In the context of the Ukranian companies, they often deliver a ****** product at best, and steal your money at worst. If a *legitimate* company falls into the latter, this does not somehow negate that the customer did not receive what was obligated. If I go to Dairy Queen and order a burger (gross) and they give me something that resembles a piece of meatloaf, we have a problem Phee. Ok WB, as this site is meant to promote the honesty and integrity of the company, I call B.S. I know that this site is not a scam, but in the same veinm everyone has the right to know what his experience. If this site is not capable of delivering what it says it is capable than this is two steps away from a Ukranian company-- regardless of whether or not he gets his money back s it is a form of false advertising. You are not breaking any rules by sharing your experience gambit and do not be cowed into thinking otherwise. There are many people out there who can learn from your experience, and I for one would be more than happy to hear it.

Stu4, your argument makes no sense at all... Yes, although some illegitimate companies might share a infinitesimal overlap pool of writers with legitimate companies, they are still a SCAM. The writer is, quite possibly, the least of your problems If it is an illegitimate company it could:

A. Resell your paper, and thus have it end up in a plagiarizing database.

B. Hold your product, and try to negotiate a higher rate.

C. Not offer a refund if the paper is late.

From the amount that I have seen in this, "industry" it appears that legitimate companies have policies and guidelines in place to protect both writers and clients.

You can use they generically, which violates the Rule of Grammar that says
that they is Plural, and therefore can't be used with Singular reference, even Indefinite Singular reference, just as you can't use we.
(This violates a Number Agreement rule)

Neither rule seems to me worth dying for, since they're just generalizations about number and gender agreement, and Number and Gender are just abstract grammatical properties. A. Immediately accessible by everyone--the first one to claim the order, writes the order.
OR
C. Certain orders are only accessible only by certain writers, which is determined by a measurable skill level from said company.

Why would they state not to post the paper again, when it was an emergency situation which stopped its prevention. This would be based on time frame, and not the actual difficulty of the work itself!

I understand that you write for SRN, but in actuality I guess it is kind of surprising that out of the 300+ sites which have been researched on this site, only 2 or three seem to have any basis in authenticity.
