I will never claim to be a programmer. Some ESLs take for granted that "writing in proper English" is a skill, much like programming is. I'm sorry, mate! It's against the TOU to give out those sites we consider legit. Bummer, I know; but rules are rules. Here are a few tips, though...

1. Scan the forum. You'll find many posts which should be able to point you in the right direction. I know that it can be a lot of work, but consider it your "due diligence".

2. Don't trust the PMs you'll be getting. Some of those sending you messages could be scammers themselves.
3. Trust your instincts. If it smells foul, it's probably rotten. Read everything you see in the site you're applying with, and you'll find that "scam" sites have a particular way of advertising themselves.
