The commentary is "borrowed" from WB's post. Is the commentary also in "design mode"? Or does it prove a pattern of unapologetic "borrowing"?

I am confused. At one point John says that they will issue a refund if the work is plagiarised. Then he goes on to emphasise that they never issue refunds, under any circumstances, whether for the full amount or part of it. Does this mean that

1) you are not entitled to a refund if the work is plagiarised?
2) no refunds are issued if the work provided is completely off-topic?
3) Absolutely no compensation if the quality of the research provided is shockingly bad?

Sounds like a good deal.

WTF!

Here's the story: The websites exposed here were, at the time of access, live and readily accessible. They contained `borrowed' content (word for word) from established companies. Instead of apologising for her actions, this person holds us, here, responsible. We hacked into her websites because we are `jealous,' `pathetic,' `do not have a life' and are `afraid' of her `success.' Very reasonable.

WB, I don't know much about this but is it standard practice to include other people's webcopy in your site's design? How about designing live? Is that standard? I assumed that websites which were under construction clearly stated UNDER CONSTRUCTION, COMING SOON, etc.

Seems she has restricted access to academiaeducation but concealing a crime means little.

So, to date, it seems that she does not give a fig about essayscam or masterpapers and is determined to continue `borrowing' if not both caught and threatened. Just a sec ... the Scots, categorically, do not speak English. I defy any to understand a group of Scots deep in conversation amongst themselves. And, you forgot to add Cockney to the list (East End); they have their unique turn of phrases, slang, etc ... Basically, if we go down this path, the only ones who still speak British English are the elder members of the Royal Family (there are some objections to Princes William and Harry's speech :) ). Does this mean that only a handful own the language?

Conclusion: while none own the language, good English is always recognisable and poor ESL writing, effortlessly identifiable.

Don't pick and chose the points you respond to. Primary reasons, as stated:
1) Alexei told me to ignore plagiarism found on an order they'd assigned me from a previous writer, as the customer did not detect it

2) they repeatedly harrassed me about sending mail to customers from my London address, so to establish that they had a presence in the country

Some may find that ok, but I do not.

No, they are not lame reasons. Unless asking me (repeatedly) to send off packages from my home address to customers, is lame (took 6 months of NO and quitting before they finally got the message). Or is being told to turn a blind eye to plagiarism, a stupid reason to quit as well?


Snob!!! Really??? Do you believe that being promoted to Premium or First Class by those illiterates means anything at all? Tell them you are leaving and if they really want you to stay, they send you a Congrats, First Class email. I made premium in my first month there. Does that mean anything? Yes. Look at the evidence WB posted. Every one of the sites are copied off established websites. In academicaeducation, she claims to be part of the Academic Answers group. She is either lying and plagiarising or Jennifer is concealing the fact that Melissa has purchased Academic Answers and is now their boss :)

As WB says, all of this points to a disturbing pattern of dishonesty.

Question is: does she get away with stealing copyrighted webcopies? Does she get away with her disregard for the law?

Masterpapers may not do anything about the theft from their sites because they have too much to conceal and wouldn't want to draw attentin to themselves. What about Academic Answers and the others? Will they take it lying down? As their webcopies are still displayed on her sites, it looks like they won't do anything about it either or cannot.

She lacks credibility. Blantant theft from how many established companies? Academic Answers, Masterpapers and many more :) Would not put lying and forging past her. If you read WB's screenshots, and access the OD desk, you will find that her programmer is an Indian named Krishore. Probably him.

Earlier posts show that another member here had accused her of giving someone access to the backends of the sites and `borrowing' the programme :)

Couple of questions:
1) WB exposes the less than honest practices of some companies, provides evidence (and all of us know it's true anyway) and, yet, gets called a liar

2) Those who call her a fraudster/liar (etc) ... how about supporting your statements. She supports hers so, how about returning the courtesy?

Writers and customers, WB has 4000 posts, has exposed numerous acts of dishonesty in the industry and as a result, has made several enemies. Not one of them has ever been able to discredit her.

Few have the industry knowledge she does and none have so vehemently fought for customer and writer rights as she has. So, what is the problem?

Could the problem be that she is sometimes aggressive? Well, look at the posts directed her way and ask yourselves, wouldn't you be?

This forum is about exposing the scammers, protecting the rights of customers and writers. That is what she does.

Of all the claims made against you, that has to be one of my favourite :) 4000+ posts, countless enemies in the industry, and nobody has been able to identify a single lie. Yet, you have no credibility ... Strange world we live in.

Fracturegang, please try to understand our point of view. I, for example, know very little about professional programming or graphic design. Were I, and countless others, to invade your industry and offer our services as professional freelance programmers, we would be harming the rest of you - the real professionals. Your industry will end up with a horrid reputation and you, as all freelance programers, would be regarded as scammers, etc. This is precisely what is happening to our industry - the professional writing one. That is why we get so angry.

We have the same problem with many of the companies in our industry. Look at the example which WB uncovered and exposed here. A person who claims to provide students with plagiarism-free work has plagiarised entire webcopies from other sites. The consequences are

1) customer confusion: when a website owner spouts the name Academic Answers on his/her website, customers will assume that it is part of the AA group

2) webcopies cost money, time and effort. What gives any the right to steal that?
The list goes on and on and the end result is that the industry gets a bad reputation.

I hope you can now appreciate the reason why people like Melissa, Yuri, Alexei, Eugene and Co. make us so angry and why poor quality writers (nationality is not the issue) bring out our aggressive side.

If you insist on corrupting every single thread, we should consider opening one on the real Fracturegang. What do you think? Should I open "Who is Fracturegang?" You are at liberty to publicly deny your real identity but you know that I know who you are.
