This industry was originally envisioned as a student helper. A group of dedicated academic writers who would polish the essay that the student already wrote. It was later on that the requests to write the original paper for the student came to be. That was an unexpected evolution of the occupation. Now, the writers do both, edit, revise, and finalize a paper or, depending upon the client's need, write the whole paper in an original form. These services are fast going out of style though because the students have started turning to AI for the work that we were originally hired to do. Students will pinch pennies whenever and wherever they can, without realizing they are sacrifing the quality of work they submit when they use AI for the paper completion.

This is not the only fake writing review website around. These have actually proliferated in the past because of the competition between writing sites. They would go out of their way to leave bad reviews of each other on their specific flame sites, hoping that they could negative review one another out of business. While these companies still exist today, they are no longer listened to by the students, who have now come to understand that the review websites have a self serving purpose.

Often came across students who would ask for a heavy number of sources, then ask only for a few pages to be written for the essay itself. When I explain that it is not realistically possible to provide information from that many resources on a paper of only a few pages, they often times add the correct number of pages to the order. However, there are those who expect to scam the system by insisting that the number of sources be used for the limited number of pages. In such cases, I would often refuse to work on the paper, return the money, and wish them luck finding a writer who can deliver what they need. No writer should be forced to write a paper that they know cannot be accomplished and will only keep coming back for repeated revisions and edits.

While this system will definitely be of great help to the students trying to avoid plagiarism accusations, there is always a small pocket of opportunity for their work to be flagged as plagiarized. Yes, similar sounding sentences and paragraphs can be flagged by the program. Then, there are the illogical programs that flag commonly used words such as "the", "name", "time",etc. as plagiarized. That is laughable cut actually happens in real life. There is no avoiding it and some writers, have actually been asked to rewrite papers, fully avoiding the plagiarized words. Good luck writing an essay that avoids the use of commonly used words.

Plagiarism checkers will always find something to flag in your essay. It was designed to spot or generate plagiarism accusations whenever and wherever possible. There is no such thing as a plagiarism free essay because of the way the algorithm was designed. The best you can hope for is that the professor actually ignores the plagiarism checker when the values come back as less than 30%.

Hello academia girl . To answer your questions:.

1. No. I do not own the company.
2. I came across these information based upon publicly known industry information and through common friends with the owner of the company.
3. Ii cannot suggest any writer in particular from the company because all of their writers are highly skilled in their subjects of expertise. I have yet to come across a disgruntled client that dealt with them.

It is interesting that you brought this topic up. Students who participate or lurk at this forum consider the very subjects that you are asking about in your post as one of their priority considerations when choosing a writer or a company to work with. I have not heard of a specific company that boasts of these characteristics or criteria. These are always implied in their discussion points, but never clearly pointed out for some reason. I hope that we can hear from the students regarding their opinion of the queries you have posed.

I have not heard of any writer at this forum plagiarizing any essays that they have submitted to their clients. As far as I know, the independent / freelance writers at this forum take great pride in delivering first class services, without any question as to the credibility, content, and creation of the papers. Those who are bad actors at this forum find themselves always unceremoniously thrown out by the old timers who want to keep the forum in a pristine condition.

This is why it is important to discuss the Terms of Service with the writer or company before placing the order. Get the agreement about the refund policy in writing each and every time, regardless of how often you have used the writer or the company for your academic work. You never know when the policies change and you will be left holding the bag. The refund terms must be easily understandable by the student and cover all possible scenarios for a refund, including act of nature and God (I'm exaggerating a bit here). Don't just agree to hire a service and pay. Make sure your rights as the client are protected first.

I am not sure what exactly you are asking about here. What ideas are you referring to? There are definitely a wealth of other opportunities available to writers who are proficient in the field of AI and its use in various fields. Academic writers could find themselves in demand in this field as the AI is trained to be knowledgeable in various fields, where academic writers excel in. However, it is difficult to break into this market because it also requires the academic writer to have some coding experience to assist in the Ai programming and training.

There have actually been cases where students hire up to 2 academic writers, on a retainer basis, for the duration of the semester. This is normally done by working students who only have enough energy left to actually attend classes, either online or in person, but do not have any more time to spare to handle classwork and coursework. What these students do is, they hire a specific writer to focus on his major subjects, wherein the best grades are required to progress to the next level then, they hire a different writer to handle the common classes and subjects where they need to pass the non-essential courses. This keeps their costs down and allows them to have enough of a balance between work, school, and their private lives. They feel less overwhelmed when they do it that way.

There is always a risk when you hire a writer to complete your paper for the first time. The student really won't know what he will be getting from the writer that would make him consider him trustworthy in today's marketplace. It is important that the student allows enough time to negotiate properly with the writer or writing company prior to his deadline. It is only through proper negotiations with the writer or company that the student might be able to gain some sort of trust for the person and the service to be provided. Trust is earned over time. It is not something that is built overnight. Negotiations will always be of the utmost of importance when entering into a business deal, which is what academic writing is all about.

As far as I know, Custom Papers does not have any problem with the clients they have been dealing with. They do have problems with clients who do not understand how the paid writing industry works. They have to explain that the payments are made upfront and they refuse the clients for writers when they know that the client is setting an impossible deadline. They protect their writers just as they protect their clients. So students who want to experience a seamless hired human writing experience should have a good first time experience when hiring CP for their papers.

IP tracing is no longer as easy at it was before. An IP trace these days results in so much redacted information, the reader would have no use for the returned information. Those information, the ones vital to the search, are now hidden behind a paywall. So, if you are a student who just wants to verify the location of a writing company, you are out of luck. No student would be willing to pay to get the information that they need about the writing company or writer. Not at the costs these IP tracking websites are charging.

Writing Careers / SWREG (payment processor) sucks! [28]

SWREG has fallen from grace. From being a pioneering digital payment platform, it is now better known as a deceptive system used for identity theft and malware through questionable subscriptions. The modern business platforms have distanced itself from this company since there is enough players in the digital payment field that have better established identities as secure financial services. A more recent problem of the company, that helped to hasten its downfall is their problematic money transfer service that result in missed payments or non transferred, but deducted funds.

It is no longer feasible to make a living as an academic writer these days. It is near impossible to break into the market since AI took over most of the student classwork and projects that used to be outsourced to human writers. These days, the best an academic writer can hope for as employment, would be to aid in the training of an Ai writing app so that students who pay for the AI writing service can efficiently use the program.

The Kenyans and Ukrainians have slowly been eased out of the academic writing game because of their negative image in the business. It is bad enough that their writers are at the 3rd rate level, but then add on the way that they tend to include crimes such as blackmail, identity fraud, among others, and one will see what these two can have a difficult time outwitting each other. They both exact crimes on the students, then insist that one is more of a criminal than the other. The fact remains that both are well known criminal minds in the academic writing industry.

I know of several ESL writers who have been giving their clients a bum deal because they use AI to review, revise, and edit their papers before sending it off to the clients. When that is the cause, the student will be better off just using an Ai writing app for his paper and save himself the money. If you are not proficient in the English language, if your grasp of how to speak and write in English is no more than slightly higher than a high school student, then you have no place working as an academic writer in an English speaking industry.

The problem that some students have with paying for small sections of writing to "test" the writer and his knowledge in the field is that the writer tends to up the price for the continuation of the project. Seeing as the student actually tested their writing abilities and intelligence, the writer charges more for the completion of the project because he has to rework the first part of the paper to avoid any plagiarism reports. He basically charges for the extra work to the done and yes, he then demands upfront payment for the full project. Nothing wrong with that provided the student is not going to be a pain when it comes to meeting deadlines. The closer the deadline, the higher the cost of the full paper and payment will be up-front, always remember that.

a fundamental matter of US Copyright Law

Then the argument becomes that the paper was in violation of academic laws as provided in the school honor code plus rules and regulations. Therefore, the student did not violate any US copyright laws. The laws cannot apply when the work in question does not fall under any known legitimate law of the country or academic laws right? So the student, by not paying the writer, did not violate any code. Since the academic writing industry has no valid laws backing it, as we operate in an underground industry, it is difficult to fight for the right to payment when the work should not have been done in the first place since its legitimacy is in question?

Writing Careers / Please pay your writers! =( [31]

It will do the writers good to find writing companies that pay out on a weekly basis. The academic writing companies that still thrive today have changed their pay outs from bi monthly to weekly. It appears to be more beneficial on both ends. The company always has updated accounts and the writers have spending money every week in a world economy that sees inflation rising on a daily basis.

I agree that the quality of work is the main reason that academic essay writers will either thrive in this industry (regardless of AI writing) or fail to secure clients on a regular basis. Academic writers are expected to be of a certain level of intelligence, A writer should be multi faceted in his abilities to write about various topics ranging from high school to PhD papers. If his writing level remains at high school, then he will stagnate in that field. If he proves to lack the intelligence to write about more advanced topics and cannot complete a piece without cut and paste comprising a majority of the paper, then he will fail to find regular clients and online writing jobs.

There are no advantages to be had as an academic writer these days. Gone are the big paycheck days that could support a family and even pay off a mortgage. No. These days, there are only disadvantages to being an academic writer because the students do not want to deal with a human being when it comes to writing their paper. They have become too technologically dependent, without realizing that it is detrimental to their studies and learning process. By not hiring a human writer, they fail to grasp the mindset behind the writing of their paper. They lose the opportunity to argue with the writer about how to make their paper better. They take the AI generated paper at face value and are satisfied with whatever grade they receive. The human factor is no longer a major player in the job market. While there are still some students that prefer human interaction, they are becoming fewer and fewer as the academic seasons progress.

Maybe the OP was running this website as a side business of his while he worked with his regular employer or partner academic writing company. There is nothing in the rules that says the writer cannot run his own writing company while working for the firm. There is no caveat for unfair business practice in this business. So yeah, I can see how it might have been possible for him to run a website for 2 years without having any client during that time. It isn't normal, but that is not to say that it could not happen.

Using an essay service to write your paper is not in itself an act of plagiarism. Rather, it is an act of hiring academic help to complete your paper. However, when the writer plagiarizes the content of the paper, then the paper, rather than the act of using the writing service, becomes a plagiarism problem. It is easy to see how someone could easily get confused by this since academic writers from 3rd world countries have been known to rely on plagiarism to complete their work orders. Do not confuse the plagiarism action of the writer with the act of hiring the essay writing service.

I hope someone can help me understand how this so-called "New Age of Academic Writing" is supposed to instill more trust in the company and its writers just because thee owners have taken to advertising on social media websites rather than using the regular website route. I do not see how this is less prone to bad actions and negative players like some suggest. After all, identities can be faked on social media and the requirements for registering a business website on say Facebook is not as stringent as one would think. As long as one is willing to pay for a business account and advertising, he can boost his profile across social media sites owned by Meta. Personally, I would not immediately trust an academic writing company that promotes itself across SM. What do you guys think? Are the soc med based companies truly more reliable than the domain name / website based sites?

Writing Careers / Duenow.com don't pay their writers [18]

Well, this company is now out of business. The url already returns an address not found result so we know that the domain name (at least) is no longer active. The only question that remains now is how much money did they pocket by not paying their writers before they went out of business. That is the way these dark players work. They con not only the students, but their writers as well. That results in severe harm to both victims. This is not a victimless crime as non payment and non fulfillment of orders are both severe offenses.

I like how this company was able to create an effective website that would allow them to sell their writing services in a not so blatant manner. I mean, it is pretty obvious that they are promoting their writing services, but they are not in your face about it. Instead, they offer a comparison review of all websites, then encourage you to contact them directly with any questions you may have. Thus keeping their company out of the "academic writing" business and limiting their company exposure in terms of bad reviews and the like. They can "refer" you to services, which are probably their own as well, they just don't point it out to you at the beginning of the discussion.

Educators have taken to using personal preference when it comes to plagiarism checking. Students these days find themselves having to subscribe to various online plagiarism checkers due to this emerging trend among educators. So it is difficult to recommend any one app or system for plagiarism checker. While there is nothing wrong with the commercially available and free plagiarism checkers, there is always the problem of your paper being stored in a database and coming up as plagiarized due to your submission in some instances. It is best to ask your professor for advice or wait for the teacher's recommendation regarding plagiarism and AI writing checkers. That way you do not run the risk of self-plagiarism.

Living in a gig economy, there is nothing wrong with mentioning your level of education achieved or currently undertaking, as well as the fact that you are freelance writer and researcher. It not a big deal anymore these days since the digital nomad lifestyle if widely accepted and admired by most. There is no more stigma attached to being an academic writer and researcher these days. There are creative ways ot explaining the job already.

The company services are very cost prohibitive in my opinion. I mean, what seems like dollars and cents to the student on a per day or per topic basis can add up once the student finally chooses an essay model. The same goes for their "membership fees" and other considerations. Don't even get me started on their writing services. There is no place to confirm that their company legitimately deals with the students and the lack of information about this website in general makes me think that this company is not as legitimate and affordable as they paint themselves to be. I would keep away from this company for now. I mean, why pay for a sample paper that you can get for free or AI generated without cost right?

Essay Services / Academic Research Market Leaders? [29]

Are there any real academic research market leaders these days? It seems like the companies that remain are mostly of the 3rd rate kind and are all scrambling to remain afloat. Even the independent writers seem to have lost interest in perfecting their craft with some opting to go back to the regular 9-5 grind since the academic writing field is more of a ghost town these days. What with the students increasinglyrrelying on AI even for the draft of the papers, it is impossible to say that there is still an actual market leader in this field. The battle now is not among the companies, but among the remaining academic writers instead.

I think essaywriters.net.DND is on its way to going out of business. The domain now directs to a writer's login page, but does not really function as it should. It won't even direct you towards a reset password or username page. Maybe, just maybe, they will be out of business by the new year. The site carries all of the red flags of a company going out of business.

Kindly provide evidence that Ai plagiarism is now detectable. As far as I know, the AI papers are stored only for AI training purposes, not for plagiarism comparison since the AI will produce a new paper each time for the student based upon the information fed into the system. It is not easy to detect AI writing these days because of the ability of the program to vary its writing style.

Which AI writing app has the built in detection tool? I find that the students who use the AI essay to take the place of model papers do a better job of writing their papers. The AI app makes it easier for them to complete the paper since the citations and links / sources are clearly indicated and easily verified by the student. Something that is not easily done when using the human counterpart from a 3rd world writing company.

Livingston Research has segued into a more professional image that no longer follows the academic writing world. They are trying to re establish their company as a corporate research firm at this point. I think that will be difficult for them to accomplish since they already have a reputation as a questionable academic writing firm. However, nobody said they cannot try. However, they are asking for an unreasonable amount to release the name to a new owner. It is almost like they do not want to sell the name. Anyway, the best part of this is that they are no longer able to con the students who have had only bad experiences to share when you ask those who have used the company. Students looking for writers and writers trying to get back into the game are using the chat specifically for these purposes. Students have been using it to find writers. I have not seen any sign of Kenyan writers posting this year. The client recruitment post disguised as an interview is from one of the formerly active writers at this forum. I guess he left when it became clear that clients cannot be enticed anymore using old school ploys to get students to reach out to the writer.

While I agree that stating the name of this writer and posting his bad job at this forum would be one way of getting even with the bad writer, I blame the OP for what happened and the bad experience. It is important that the students learn this one important rule when hiring a writer, ASK FOR A SAMPLE PIECE OF WRITING. As often pointed out, it is important to prove that the writer has the writing and research skills to complete the paper. This can only be done by testing the writer using a shorter, simple topic that relates to the major paper to prove that he should be hired for the job.
