While all the academic outsourcing companies indicate that the students only get a "model paper", which they should not turn in for a grade, the reality is that a majority of the students turn the paper in for a grade. No amount of disclaimers and strongly worded advice from the company will dissuade students from doing this. To clarify, most of the students who do this are those hopeless ESL or EFL students who don't have a prayer of passing their classes whether or not they have additional academic help. The ENL students know precisely what to do with the model paper though. They either paraphrase the content, without touching the in-text citations in order to make their writing job easier or, they actually read the essay in totality then write their own version. The difference? They use the same sources the paid writer uses, but they change the placement or presentation in order to create a fresh paper. The latter method being the correct way to use the papers that writing services and independent writers produce for their clients.

I really think that there is some sort of disconnection between the brain and eyes of the people who constantly ask for recommendations. They know fully well that asking for recommendations and making recommendations regarding specific companies or independent writers is against the forum regulations. There are enough ways for these students to confirm the quality coming out of an academic outsourcing company. One method they can use the "reference rating" system which is based on word of mouth coming from their friends and classmates who have gotten satisfactory service from these companies. The other method is by doing a website URL search in the search engine box. This returns ratings (reliable or not, it is still a starting point), location information (geolocations tell you if it is in the middle of a baseball field so you can avoid those companies), and the types of complaints that are received regarding that company. These are just basic methods that can help the student in considering a particular company. Your grade is on the line so don't be lazy. You won't be writing your paper anymore, the least you can do is make sure that you will get your money's worth on the paper you will be paying for. Investigate, inquire, consider your options, then decide. Use the company that best suits your personal academic criteria.

For crying out loud people! Look up! Pilgrims will find the answers they seek in the banners flashing above. Recommendations for reliable services and worthy independent writers are not difficult to find if you know to look in the right place. Anybody who recommends their services within the thread or any company asking you to DM them with your order details via this thread is suspect. Those in the place of worship and attention at the very top of this page are of a different classification though. These are the worthy independent writers and companies whose presence at the top of the forum posts are backed by years of positive client feedback, high quality independent writing, and endorsed by the fact that they have held the positions of honor for decades at this forum. There is no need to seek recommendations elsewhere. You may take the word of the company for it. Their listing is true and accurate. Their DND or Do Not Discuss list is also highly reliable and backed by evidence by the discussions about those companies in this forum before they requested not to be discussed.

No. The above advice and discussion is only for writers that are already established in the world of academic writing. It is not meant for people starting out in the business. If you are a freelancer who just wants to get your feet wet for now, it would be better for you to work for an established, legitimate writing company for now. That way you can familiarize yourself with the business without the pressure of having to promote yourself and seek out new / regular clients. You can look up the writing companies that advertise in EssayNews and inquire as to whether or not they are accepting writer applicants at the moment. The reason I suggest EssayNews is because these are typically more reliable companies than the ones that you can find advertising on social media or search engines. It may be difficult for you to find a writer slot in any company, be it legitimate or a scam because there are just too many 3rd rate writers proliferating in these companies these days. Here's hoping that you find the right company to set you up in the business before you actually start to independently freelance.

Since we are not allowed to post company recommendations as per forum regulations, it is obvious that you are just trolling this site and trying to stir the hornets nest. You are not here to actually ask for help, you are here trying to figure out how to promote yourself without sounding like you are a company representative or something.

Yes, you are actually trying to break the frickin' rules of the forum by your post content. My advice to you is don't try to bend the rules. You want to know which companies are legitimate writing services? You can start by reviewing EssayChat and EssayNews. Those are reputable companies. You know want to know which ones raise a red flag?

Review the Do Not Discuss (DND) list of this forum. Believe me, if the company requests to not be discussed here, it is because there are numerous complaints about their services and the bad publicity they are receiving through student reviews at this forum have dealt their business a bad / financial blow. That is how you can start to tell if a service is legitimate or not.

The main problem that I had when I was an academic writer was having to deal with clients who did not understand what their homework was all about themselves. These "weak at English comprehension" students always sounded the panic button for every small detail of their essay. I would write an A grade paper for the student, then submit it, only to have the student send me a message indicating that they could not understand what I wrote and was I sure that I wrote it according to their instructions? No amount of reassurance could give them the confidence that the paper was on the right track and they would get a good grade for it. So they would file a chargeback claim on the order until they got their grade back. Needless to say, even the company did not appreciate these sorts of moves on the client's part. While this was a major complaint I had back then, it did not compare to the students who had a tendency to deliver incomplete instructions for the paper so that after I submitted a paper, they would again, hit the panic button and demand a revision because I failed to respond to the other half of instructions (which were not submitted along with the order in the first place.) When I demanded extra pay for the additional work, they threatened to simply cancel the order instead. How rude!

Slow seasons can be a blessing for the prolific academic writers who are busy most of the season to the point where they can barely complete 8 hours of sleep or have any time to relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor. However, not being able to earn an adequate amount for the expense account due to the lack or slow inflow of orders could prove to be a real problem. When I was still actively writing, I opted to use the slow season to enhance my work opportunities. This was the time I took to write my e-books, work as a ghost writer for politicians, participate in paid blogging services, and other similar activities. It helped me hone my writing style, increase my knowledge regarding current events that may become topics for discussion during the upcoming academic year, and also, gave my brain a rest from the constant academic writing styles I had to practice. I pretty much free wheeled when it came to my writing jobs. Doing whatever writing job came along that offered a decent salary or selling myself to some new, potential clients whom I knew would end up becoming my regular non-academic clients. These were the clients who normally kept me afloat during the slow academic season.

General Talk / are these reporters for real? [19]

You would think that the likes of CNN, BBC, and other notable news sites would have writers who can contact actual sources without having to resort to an internet search or posting on forums such as ours. There is something that does not ring right with the way that these supposed legitimate media sources would approach random people, without being referred and vetted for credibility and accuracy. Journalistic standards apply with these companies so these methods of contacting "sources" sounds more like data mining instead of actual, responsible journalism. A true journalist would have contacted his own sources and networked within that circle in order to gain more information regarding the underground academic writing industry. They would not be blowing their cover publicly by presenting an email address and actually tell people that they are writing a story about the industry. That to me is indicative of scammers out to con the academic writers who may not be privy to the way that these stories are actually developed, investigated, then presented for approval to the producers and the network prior to airing it.

Net Neutrality only affects the users of online streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Warner Archive, and some other online, internet data based viewing services. These are the services that tend to slow down internet access for other "basic" users. The removal of the law will allow the companies to control the online usage of their client's data by throttling the services of high usage networks such as those previously mentioned. Only allowing faster and more appropriate access to speeds for the sites based upon the data allowance and speed plan of the subscriber. By doing this, the net traffic will be freed up for other subscribers and should benefit everyone overall as those who tend to be heavy users will either cut back on their usage (if they cannot afford to pay for higher fees and faster services) or pay for a higher plan (which allows access to these sites) and be classified on a faster network than the others. It's all about commercialism on the web. It won't have any effect on academics. The students and essay writing services will not be affected by the end of Net Neutrality. Rather, it will benefit the academic side as it allows for faster internet access to a large number of "same plan" subscribers signed up with a service provider. Just as everything else in this world, you have to pay for quality and that is what the end of Net Neutrality promotes. The net as a form of entertainment will still be allowed, it will just be better controlled in order to provide fair access (based on ability to pay) to all its users.

Don't aspire to get a writing job when you can't even write in coherent, simple English sentences. It sounds to me like you are aiming for the moon because of the way you can't even write an understandable English statement. My eyes hurt just reading that statement. Before you think of getting a writing job as an English writer, you will do well to first, enroll in English grammar school yourself. Your language presentation is not even fit to represent a model paper for an ESL student. That student will automatically fail whatever paper you develop for him. Training should be your foremost concern at the moment and not income generation. For those who actually do their English writing jobs well, they may seek employment elsewhere as ghost writers, blog writers, editors, content developers. and a host of other writing jobs that are readily available. Independent writers will do well to register at sites like linkedIn, UpWork, and other similar freelance (bidding) work sites. It isn't difficult to find employment as an English writer, provided you can actually write in the language which, I don't believe you can do.

@MeoKhan you seem to have misunderstood what I meant. I said that the social media marketing does not offer great benefits in the long run. I meant that in reference to the students who use the FB and Twitter pages to gauge whether or not they would like to privately contact the company or writer. The social media account may look perfect, but the services offered and work delivered could be anything but perfect. While social media can be truthful at times, it can also be a ruse for those scam companies and writers seeking to use social media to gain an unfair advantage over the more qualified professionals who lose out on work opportunities because of the scamming and conniving of the scam companies and writers. It is therefore, both a useful tool (for those legitimate entities) but non-beneficial to the users (in the long run) because of the problems that their fake profiles and ratings on these social pages create.

I have found that most professional business persons use electronic calling cards these days. Scanning information into a cellphone is faster and ensures a more permanent record of the contact details for that person. I believe that this is a better method of keeping in contact with potential clients as there will not be a tendency to misplace the card or accidentally trash the flyer. Those old school ways of promotion don't work too well for the technologically savvy millennial who would probably stare blankly at both before picking up their small screens again. They won't have any idea what to do with it. Networking through a technology that the students understand also helps to make them remember who you are and why your numbers are in their address book. However, the technological promotion using e-cards and similar reminders will only work if the writer himself can penetrate the area the millennial frequents. So having a younger friend who can get you into the places and introduce you to his crowd for self promotion will help.

As the mode of advertising shifts more and more towards social media and its paid targeting ads benefits, I have come across some writers who prefer to go the freelance route by heightening their social media profiles. Sure it costs them to get the best possible advertising from these sites but then again, once they get a regular client or two, they say that the length of time they get to hold on to the clients makes it worthwhile. I have noticed that some academic outsourcing companies have used social media as a platform to counter the negative publicity that they tend to get from other sites. The fact that they have Messenger as part of their FB contacts also helps them to gain clients as the student tend to turn more and more to social media for their search needs. While social media does help them to increase the company and individual profiles in many ways, it still does not erase the fact that the service of some of these companies and freelance writers will be lousy and below international standards. So while I will admit that it can be an effective promotional tool, that does not mean to say that it offers beneficial services in the long run. Just like everything else in this game, everything it left to chance.

The human brain works in different ways for different people. Some people function well in a noisy environment, some prefer a quiet and the solitude of an almost noise proof room. I do not consider having music as I work a distraction because I fall asleep when my environment becomes too silent. That is why I need upbeat music to work by. It helps keep my senses awake and makes me more receptive to the information I am reading or increases my perception of certain data I need to analyze. It just works for me somehow. Then again, I grew up in the multi-tasking generation so I don't find it strange to be using my tablet, my laptop, listening to music on my speakers, while watching the news on television. All of that is going on while I drafted a client paper or finalized the content of a paper for submission. My parents never could understand how I turned in exemplary grades while I a student because I studied to the same organized chaos in my room. I had a friend who could not study unless he was watching a basketball game on television, and another friend who absolutely had to be eating all the while she was studying. Otherwise, they just couldn't get the work done. Whatever works and produces good results can't be questioned though. What may not work for you, works for me, and we most likely produce the same results. It's an enigma.

It is hard to determine the quality of the writing considering the prices that were charged of the clients. The lower the price charged, the lower the quality of work. Remember, quality comes at a cost. Therefore, if you are paying between $10-$20 per page for the paper, you can bet that you are not getting a professional ENL writer on the other end. These students pay for the low quality papers because the final product is aligned with their own English abilities. That is not to say that the writer is going to turn in mediocre work. The work submitted will actually be commensurate to the pay received. However, even an ESL writer has his limits and asking him to work on an extra page for free is nothing more than the company scamming him from receiving extra pay. You can bet that the client was charged extra for that page. They just did not inform the writer about it.

Normally, when an order like that hits the system again, the tendency of the new writer will be write a totally new essay rather than having to edit and revise the existing one. It is always easier to start from scratch in these instances. The writer does not have any idea what the previous pay was and it is probably difficult for him to grab orders from the server anyway so he won't care it is priced at $2 per page. What matters to him is that he got something to work on and be paid for.

I found that I function best as an academic writer when I surrounded by music while working. It gots my creative juices flowing in a way that silence and focused concentration never could. Some of you may even find it strange to find out that I prefer (to this day) to listen to Latin music when I used to find myself dealing with mental block. Particularly, the music of a singer called Thalia. Her danceable Latin beats really inspired me to keep hitting those keys, reading the seemingly endless journals, and looking for additional academic information. Somehow, listening to a language other than English while working is what sometimes got my creative juices flowing.

During most instances though, I often went through my playlist of eclectic music sources such as an extensive 80's and 90's music collection, along with Selena Gomez, Kylie Minogue, Steps, Il Divo, and Taylor Swift, to name but a few from my collection of music to work by. The common denominator among my music choices at the time was that the music had to give me a concert like atmosphere while I work. I have been known to listen to audio versions of full concerts while working because of this requirement. The natural high that comes from musical enjoyment blasting loudly on speakers or beating away through my headset always placed me in a state of writing perfection that allowed me to churn out a paper that was definitely a masterpiece often well appreciated by the client. My musically inspired writing always resulted in repeated business dealings with that student at the time.

Writing Careers / Stay Away From Livingston Research [15]

Livingston Research doesn't sound like they are trying to pull off a scam on the writers that is any different from every other fly by night / scamming website out there. While I condole with that is going with you at the company, I am more interested to learn about what you have done to protect yourself from this abuse. Since you are not recommending that writers work for this company at this point, does that mean you have quit being a freelance writer for the company? Or are you still weighing your options? Personally, if I cannot clear at least $500 a month with the company, I would leave them in a heartbeat. I hope that you are not planning to allow them to continue to abuse you just because you feel that you do not have any options at this point. I was once in that situation and that is what kept me in the game, being abused at every turn by a particular company for 7 years. Do yourself a favor, weighing your options won't get you anywhere. Leave and strike out on your own. This forum can help you do that, just as it has helped others here. While I no longer write academic papers for a living, I found a family here where I manage to help others simply by speaking my mind and by giving advice to those in need. I hope my comments can help you as well.

The thing is, not all of the students will bother to check the history of the academic site that they will be ordering from so they may just be going round robin within the network of the same company without knowing it. So they unwittingly keep going back to the same sites, the same writers, and the same problems. Will any of them wise up and stop going back to the companies? Yes, but still, they will not know whether or not they are with an affiliate company or not because the sites are careful to cover their tracks when it comes to their connection to various other writing sites. I will grant that the reviews are all made up. Again, it goes back to the discussion about whether or not the students bother to verify the sources of the positive reviews. Paid hacks can keep going to sites like this where they can sing the praises of the company to the high heavens. If they manage to con even one student into using their service or the service of one of their affiliates, then they will have succeeded in their desire to keep the students running around in circles within their control. As for the quality of the work, these students are paying for "model papers" that should help them pass the class. So believe me, they are still prioritizing quality over simply turning over work to complete the requirements. When the paper is bad, they fail and the money is wasted. So it is still all about the quality, even for ESL and EFL students.

Everything that I have heard about this company reeks of being paid blurbs. When a company comes so highly recommended by a review site, you can bet that the owner of the website paid a premium price for that glowing review. Do not be fooled. The more glowing the review, the more suspicious you should be of the services. This is one of the new companies that uses the "Meet Our Writers" profile to sell their services. I am not sure that I can trust the writer profiles considering the biggest red flag of them all right there on the front page of the site. The company offers unlimited FREE revisions. Uh-hoh! That can never be a good sign. The revision clause is actually the method by which one can judge the type of writers that the company hires for the work. Unlimited revisions signals 3rd rate writers who were hired just to fill the seats. It does not bode well for the quality of work. The reputable companies do not offer unlimited revisions because they are confident in the work of their writers. They know the writers will get it right the first time. This company sounds too good to be true. As we all know, if it sounds too good to be true, there is a marked certainty that the company is a scam.

Essay Services / ibessays.org Legit? [7]

I Be EssaysUnless you are an ESL student whose English grammar is known to be imperfect to your teacher, I do not suggest hiring their services.

This is one time that the pre-uploaded sample work of their writers definitely does not work to the benefit of the company or the writer.

The samples are riddled with grammatical errors, sentence structure problems, and punctuation mistakes that would make any legitimate English academic writer cringe.

The mere sight of the type of work that they do ensures that working with them will not be a smooth and enjoyable experience for the client. Don't allow them to sell you on the idea that you are paying for quality service because you aren't.

Not even the map of their client locations can sell me on hiring them. Those are not testimonials but accolades written for them, most likely by the writers themselves or whoever is doing the copy for the site. Nope.

The work is definitely not that of an "alumnus" based upon their per page charges. Definitely not ENL level charging and obviously third rate charges.

If you opt to deal with this company and their writers, do so at your own risk.

While the STEM students may not focus heavily on their humanities and social sciences classes, these electives or mandatory classes, if not handled properly will have the ability to pull down their current semester's GPA.

They may not be inclined to hire 3rd rate writers nor be confident enough to take chances with the cheap academic writing companies either. Some STEM programs have strict grade and project requirements, specially for the scholars so spending on less than reputable academic services may not be something they will consider. I think these are students who will know that in order to keep their GPA up, they will need to pay for quality service. Perhaps they will scrutinize the company before they deal with them on a deeper level.

They may even seek to hire independent writers directly for the semester to do their elective and mandatory non-STEM related work so they can focus on their major research and projects. However, these optional and mandatory classes will not last more than 2 years at the most so the need for ordinary academic writers on their end is on a limited time basis.

They also will require a higher quality of ordinary academic writers in the process because of their grade considerations. I believe that the specialized writers that may end up very lucky during the upcoming years because of the major focus on STEM courses for at least one generation of college students.

I'm currently a consultant on a number of international college and masters degree application essays lately.

Science ResearchThe most common denominator these days in the applications seems to be a focus on incoming freshmen within the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

I could not help but wonder, since STEM is mostly focused on experimentation and specialized research, could this be the break the legitimate academic writers have been looking for in their quest to end the horrors that the third rate companies and their zero quality writers have been spreading across the academic side of the web? Could it be that because of the intricate method by which these papers are written, that the pretenders will finally throw in the towel and admit that they are nothing but a farce?

If one does not have the ability to complete the research in the required setting, and one can barely explain what he is doing in English, then perhaps they will finally stop trying to sell themselves as expert writers in whatever STEM field that is? Could they successfully paint themselves into a corner from where they cannot extricate themselves?

There is no way the STEM projects can be plagiarized in the manner that ordinary essay papers can. So maybe, just maybe, this could be the end of the scam companies and their writers pool?

Words on PageIt depends upon how long each sentence is, how many sentences are in the paragraphs, and how short or long the words used in the essay are.

It is also the preference of the writer (in the case of the independent writer) or the requirement of the academic writing company (normally 300 words per page).

Sometimes, 400 words can be squeezed in there.

Personally though, I try not to write more than 250 words in order to leave some space for possible revisions to the essay.

It is also best to not write more than the required minimum word count as per the provided instructions because you don't get paid extra for additional words beyond the minimum indicated.

Unless of course, one is paid per word, in which case, the writer should keep going for as long as the single page holds out. There are no hard and fast rules about the number of words on a page unless actually indicated. That is something that is discretionary on the part of the writer or the part of the company.

111. A client requests for a revision when all he needs is a reformatted bibliography page. When the company fines a writer for even the smallest possible mistake, this turns into a big deal.

112. The common app essay is perfect but he plans to submit it to 4 universities so he needs 3 free revisions.
113. The client is very happy with the work but it turns out he misunderstood the instructions and submitted the wrong instructions so he needs the whole 30 page essay revised.

114. I ask for research materials such as class notes or copies of an ebook and the client says he never had to submit reference material to the writers before and he isn't about to start now. He claims that he paid for the ease of not having to supply anything but the prompt for the assignment.

115. Clients demanding a full refund without indicating a reason for it.
116. Parents placing orders for their children with the instruction that the kid needs at least an A+ on the paper which is why they are hiring a service for the kid.

Essay Services / WHICH ESSAY WRITING SERVICE? [52]

Stressed StudentUnfortunately, recommendations are not allowed and the writers are not supposed to sell themselves blatantly in this part of the forum. I understand the stress that comes with choosing the best possible service however, it won't do you any good to ask for recommendations regarding services for a number of reasons. The main reasons that I don't believe recommending companies or writers is applicable in all instances is because the working relationship varies per student.

What may have been the perfect working relationship between Student A and Writer A may not be the same thing for Student B and writer A. Student B might actually have a better working relationship with Writer B instead. Due to Writer A being recommended to Student B though, the student may try out the recommended service instead. Choosing the right company and writer to work with is always on a case to case basis. It cannot be based on recommendations from others and it cannot be based on the experience of others as well.

You need to take the time to truly analyze the services offered and writers on staff at all companies, or do a painstaking interview of the independent writer before you hire the person in order to assure yourself that you made the right choice in picking a service. You may need to work with a few company writers or a few independent writers before you can really find the perfect fit for your needs. Provided you don't panic and try to take the time to consider all your options, you should end up suitably matched by the end of your search.

All essay writing services aim to please with their service. Though the writers of the third rate companies may be horrible at times, they honestly have the best intentions when writing your paper. However, you should not be made to pay for lousy service and you should demand your money back. As for getting a good writing service, though we are not allowed to make endorsements of any writers here or any academic outsourcing companies, you can pretty much figure out who is legit and who isn't based upon the conversations that you can read at this forum. If that doesn't help you out, the banner above, listing an essay company directory, an essay chat, and individualized listing of direct hire writers and services should help you figure things out. We don't assure of you work satisfaction in any case but at least you will have some pretty solid ground to start your hiring considerations from. The writing service can only be considered good once you have completed the work process with the writer or company that you have chosen. What constitutes a good service really depends upon your personal experience and nothing more.

My friends in the business have been saying the same thing as well. They have been experiencing a lowering of their clients and a cooling off during the "hot" seasons as well. This is on a year to year comparison for them. It has forced them to seek other writing opportunities while still keeping the academic writing side of their income active. Simply relying on the students this semester isn't enough to keep the bills paid and paid on time. The consistently low season has also forced a slow down in the payment of their salaries and the business has become more cut throat than ever with a large pool of writers fighting it out for a limited number of clients. They are attributing this to the way that studying has become more modular in content and the essay assignments are often given out at the start of the semester, allowing the students ample time to do their own research and writing prior to the deadline. It isn't that the market has dried up, it's just that the students are starting to value academic integrity as they take the academic oaths that they sign more seriously these days as universities are starting make more and more examples out of students caught using academic writing services or independent writers.

One of the strangest requests I have ever received was from a student claiming to study in a military school. He needed someone who could interview an active duty officer from a nearby military based for a research paper on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and its effect on military men in active duty. I would have needed to get the soldier to sign an affidavit of sorts attesting to the fact that the student interviewed him on a particular date at a particular time. I needed to record the audio (this was before mobile phones with cameras) and present a photo (that is all the cellphones were equipped with at the time) of the student with the soldier. I could have done the first two requirements easily, but the third one was just impossible for me to do. Needless to say, I turned down the paper and told the student that he would simply have to make the time to go down to the camp, make arrangements for an interview, and do it himself.

The legitimate US and UK companies do not function on a multiple website listing as they deal with all of their writers and clients on the level and, due to the high quality of their product and reliable writer service, do not need to masquerade behind varying company names just to stay in business. If an academic writing company claims to have affiliate companies, it stands to reason that these companies are not legitimate at all and will pose a problem if a student opts to deal with them.

Due to the illegal nature of some essay writing companies, the owners tend to hide behind multiple "websites" that they claim to be "unrelated" to each other should they be asked directly. These "umbrella" companies do use the same writers from their writer pool because they cannot afford to hire new writers for each scam company they create. All of these companies claim to directly hire and work with their writers though. That is true to a certain extent. They do have the contact numbers, email address, and PM system with which they can contact the writers when necessary, regardless of the ungodly hour. Based on the way that the scam companies work, their various websites does represent the same company and the same writers pool. The company name varies to protect the true identity of the scam company instead.

Students are constantly under pressure to perform academically. Their workload is such that it could actually put a professional working in a set career to shame. Just like anybody who is expected to constantly deliver at a certain level, they too tire out and need to rest. They are of no use to anybody if they are mentally, physically, and emotionally spent due to the constant barrage of research work, individual and group projects, and the desire to still have a life that allows them to explore non-academic pursuits. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that they actually look for help when it comes to writing their papers.

While there are some ESL writers out there who can actually do the job and sound like an ENL doing it, not all of these writers pass that criteria. Mostly because the students do not choose the right company to work with. Rather than telling the students to work on the paper themselves, knowing very well that they have valid reasons for not being able to do so all the time, you should instead, be advising the students as to how to find reputable companies that use ENL writers or, you should be encouraging them to contact the independent writers who participate in this forum and are registered with the affiliates like EssayChat and EssayDirectory for reliable services. Not the other way around. If that is how you feel, then you should not be participating in this forum at all.

There are actually 2 places where you can contact independent writers directly on this forum. The first, is through EssayChat and the other, is through Essay Directory. Both methods allow for just what you want, direct contact with the writers without the meddlesome middleman pretending to "facilitate" the deal when it is not necessary for him to do so. You should not have any problem dealing directly with the writers here since they are long upstanding members of the independent writing community whose experiences in writing fields are varied and up to date. Now, since I am not a freelance writer, I am not saying these things to get clients. I am saying this to help move clients towards the reputable services of the independent writers here. I can assure you, they don't get any more qualified than the guys here. Just shoot them a quick contact email and the ball will start rolling to your great benefit. Your experience will be so good, you will never hire a writing company again.

Most writing companies these days require their writers to upload samples of their previous work to the server. This is available to the client who is assessing the writer for potential service. The sample work shows you the range of his writing skills as well as the coverage of his academic knowledge / competencies. This is something fairly new to the writing services so some of the older companies may not have adopted it yet.

It is precisely because of the rising concern regarding third rate writers proliferating in the field that a number of these groups were pushed to insist that their writers provide writing samples as part of the writer resume on the company site. This way, the student can decide which writer is closer to his writing "voice" and also, whether or not the writer being considered will be able to accurately perform the job. This is used in accordance with the rating score that appears beside the writer number or profile on the site.

You should find it a lot easier to decide if you can trust the company or individual these days based on the changes they have made to their service consideration guidelines. If the site does not provide this service, I would most likely not consider hiring their services.

Recommended WriterThe truth is that one cannot make any recommendations regarding academic sites for writers to work for simply because we all different experiences as freelance writers contracted on a per project basis by these companies. What is good for Adam may not be good for Eve and vice versa. The best thing that you can do is go through the whole rigmarole of applying at various companies, passing the assessment tests, then trying them out. Word of warning though, if they say you will have to provide a number of free essays before they start paying you, or that your salary will be withheld for more than 2 weeks prior to releasing your salary, run for the hills. Each version of the company is not a company that will ever pay you.

You are the only person who can tell if working for one company will be good for you or not, depending upon your work experience with them. Additionally, if the online interface for the ordering system is one that you are comfortable using and if the bidding system per order makes sense to you, those could be major considerations for your deciding to work with the company on a long term basis. Of course, the pay schedule system is the most important consideration.

Your English level is nothing more than pidgin, so it is understandable that you would not pass any of the writing exams that even the worst third rate academic outsourcing company could provide. Your claim of having the ability to write such a highly technical paper such as Business Management papers is nothing but an exaggeration on your part. Boasting about your non-existent abilities in an effort to keep up with the real and reliable academic writers at this forum.

There is nothing legitimate about your post. I am wondering how you managed to con the middleman into hiring you. He must have even worse English vocabulary and writing skills than you do. I don't believe that you have a future in this industry. I also think that after the post you made, and the responses you received, you figured out that academic writing is not the career for you and hopefully, you set off into the sunset, in search of a career more appropriate for your skills.

Since such Readings are popular only among a particular segment of society, you would have to consider a number of things in your pricing decision. The first that you have to consider is the popularity of your service. Are you an in demand reader / writer? If you are, then you should include "popularity" in the pricing consideration.

Of course, the second consideration is related to the first. If you are popular, how many of your readings have come to reality? Based on that, you can include "accuracy of assessment" in your list of pricing. As a third, criteria, you need to know how many questions per reading you are willing to respond to.

From there, the fourth consideration will be equipment based. How much do you pay for your internet? How much per ream of paper bought translates into a per page price (yes, even if you are typing on a computer screen and emailing it. You never know when someone may want it snail mailed). How much for the ink ? (in case of snail mail that requires printing.) Will you supply a soft copy of the reading? If yes, then price that too. How many hours does it take you to make a reading? Price that per hour or degree of difficulty.

In my opinion, you could probably start out at $15 for a single draw and up to $150 for your premium writing orders (5 pages). Of course mine is a ballpark figure. You should be able to better judge, based on the considerations suggested, whether or not a reading should be higher or lower in costing. Good luck with your business.

I would expect that even a Kenyan would have more sense than to give away his work without expecting to be paid. This company makes its living by scamming the writers in this manner. For every writer they hire, whom they require to complete 3 free orders, they get to keep 100% of the profits from the client orders. String along enough foolish writers who were born without common sense and you keep your company running for years, without ever having to pay anyone labor costs. I hope that you finally grew a brain and realized that you were scammed. Don't even try to request for additional orders from them. That is, unless you are a sucker for punishment. There are other 3rd rate writing companies out there that would be more than willing to give you a chance and pay you a pittance for your hard work. Find those companies and try to get hired by them instead. Stop wasting your time when you know you have been conned. You agreed to work within the con in the first place.

The writing company will try to make you believe that their writers are like genies out of a lamp. They can write about any topic and on any required writing level. Nothing can be further from the truth. In fact, some of the writers these 3rd rate companies hire are just high school graduates or high school students who are trying to make a quick buck. They do not have any real writing levels to speak of and it shows in the work that they turn in. That is why they can only work for scam companies. In my opinion, if you are a masters degree or PhD level student, you should be doing the papers yourself. Specially your master thesis or dissertation for the most obvious reason, research. These types of papers require more specialized research in an area that may not be readily available to other academic writers. Due to the specialized nature of the paper, it would save the student stress and aggravation if he simply did his best to make the time to complete his papers on his own. Writers can be hired to do the work for you, but you are not sure about the relevance of the information nor the applicability to your specialized area requirements. Do the work yourself when you require higher levels of continued education.

No. Not all of the students who hire the services of independent writers are of the lazy variety. Most of the clients that I worked with during my time as an active academic writer were either working students or with families that they had to take care of. While I will grant that some of them are actually just trying to get out of doing the work themselves, there are more who really require the extra help for more qualified reasons. That is why I always made sure that the essays I used had similar speech / writing patterns to their own and that the sources I provided were the most current possible. Just in case they did not have the time to rework the essay and needed to submit what I wrote for them for a grade. I did this regardless of the reason the student had for hiring my services. I felt that the reason the student decided to hire me was none of my business. My bottom line was really simple, "you hire me to write your paper, I do it perfectly, you pay me for the paper. It was nice doing business with you. "

Provided you did what you were supposed to do and just used the paper that you paid for as a sample instead of submitting it for a grade, I really don't see how you could have been caught by the university as having used a writing service. The idea behind the model paper is that you should only be using it as a guide in the writing of your own version of the paper. Now, I have known of students who have decided to simply paraphrase the non-quote material from the model paper in order to lessen their research and encoding time. That is alright. It gives the paper their personal voice and creates a personalized point of view in the presentation. It looks like what you did was the exact opposite and, since your writer would have a different writing style from you, the teacher will automatically pick up on this. It is not a matter of you having delivered too much personal information to the writer, it is a matter of you not bothering to create a paraphrased essay from the original. Hence the situation you found yourself in. Don't blame the writer or the writer service. In this instance, the blames falls squarely onto you and your carelessness.

While there does seem to be a proliferation of online writing companies, you are right that they tend to be owned by the same people under an umbrella organization, but the owners themselves refuse to admit that. So you will find it difficult to prove such accusations. However, the people at ES have put on their Sherlock caps and called these companies on their illegal practice of using various company names to con the students. The new name is not usually because of a bad review online. Rather, they tend to gobble up their weaker competition, which leads to the "subsidiary" set up. Whether the "companies" operate independently or by the same people is what creates the question about the legitimacy of each. We already know that these types of companies use bad English copy and yet students continue to hire their services. Actually, your whole post just repeats what has already been said here over and over again. However, having you say it again does show that people are waking up to the scam and as such, are becoming wiser when dealing with online, virtual academic writing services.

Nope, there are no sites for model exams and answers. There are some illegitimate companies though that will allow you to hire one of their writers to take tests for you. I don't personally suggest doing such a thing as the university will most likely block the IP address of the writer taking the test for you or, the professor may have access to the login credentials of every student and having someone take a remote test for you might trigger a red flag. Now, you could submit a series of questions from your test (if it is a modular, take home test) and hire someone to answer it for you. Then you will just have to rephrase the responses in a manner that will make it evident that you wrote the response, but not that you hired someone to find the answers for you. That is normally the foolproof way of getting "model exams and answers". I don't understand why you would not want to take the test yourself though. There is just too much at stake to use a model writing service for an exam.

Basically, you should be able to continue your good working relationship with the company for at least a full semester, provided you work with only one writer from the company. By allowing only one writer to work with you on all your papers, you will be able to create a working relationship with the writer and the company that makes the whole writing development process a memorable and pleasant experience for all concerned. I would not worry about ordering a second paper from the same company if you use the formula I explained above. The horror stories that you hear are probably related to the client not sticking to one writer throughout the semester. When you tend to get assigned to various writers, you can expect problems to crop up and create a nightmare working scenario with the company. There is nothing to be scared about provided you are also working with a legitimate company and not one of the scams. A legitimate company will always work towards retaining your desire to hire their services. So they will cooperate in every way that they can with repeat clients.
