There are many freelance writers out there, and while some are poor, there are also some excellent writers. Those of us that have been doing this for many years do not make false promises as we value repeat clients, and benefit from recommendations. The poor writers give us all a bad reputation.

Personally, I will price based on the number of words needed to avoid these issues. However, I usually find I have between 280 - 300 words per page.

I meant that there are many good writers regardless of gender. I did not mention my own gender, nor did I imply gender as a factor.

I do not have any personal experience with the firm, but I have heard a similar story from another writer (not on this board), who applied and provided them with a sample. That writer had their work copied onto the website, while the firm rejected them as a writer.

It looks like this really is a site to stay away from.

The cheap papers page is incomplete, and does not look professional.

The problem with many of the review sites is the lack independence; many have set up by companies to support their own sales.

I will add one... when you have eight pages of instructions for a two page paper.

I was allowing for the possibility of one being out there that I had not seen, admittedly, a very unlikely scenario!

This is not a forum for making recommendations; it is to alert people to the scams.
Personally, I have only heard positive reviews from a couple of UK students about Graduatewriter.com and have no comment on ('perfect writer').

You need the form W-8BEN. It is available online.

Under part 2 section 9 where us asks which country you complete United Kingdom (Not UK, England etc.),

Under question 10, it is article 12(2). Later in the same question where is says explain the reason, you state "beneficial owner is resident of the United Kingdom"

On their web site, the "About Us" states

"TWe are a team of writers your charge you for assisting you in your dissertation work. We work as sincerely as you would do. We reply your every query and also send you the research articles that we use for writing the dissertation."

That alone should have raised some concerns.

Ask to Skype, or talk to them on the telephone.

I have to agree with FreelanceWriter. Without more details, it is impossible to see if there was an error on the part of the writer, or if the issue was with the original instructions.
