I do work for UKEssays, and I've always been very open about that (check back through my older posts!) and I thought the saying was 'A joke is only funny if more than one person laughs'?

And the suggestion that UKEssays.com operates from the Ukraine is ridiculous, perhaps the only funny joke in your posts... lol!

I wouldn't have thought that the new legislation will effect any country other than the UK, but I'm pretty sure that other countries will take this law on in time.

We currently have two accounts, this one and "EssayBay". These are the only current accounts used on this site from anyone involved with the company (which covers any company associated with Academic Answers Ltd). I have been with the company for over 6 months and I know that if anyone posed as a customer, it would be very obvious.

We often find competitors using this site to criticise our service, but as I'm sure you've noticed, they usually only have one or two posts to their name and most people realise their real motives for posting.

Sorry but that's fact.
You have individual writers who claim they specialise in all Math, English, Sciences, Law, Philosophy, Politics, Economics, etc.
Surely, if Sir UkEssays really cares about customers rather than the easy-earned dollar, EssayBay should take the time to ensure ALL writers are verified before they are allowed to bid.

If Barclay were to rightfully do so, EssayBay would have no choice but to openly turn away the vast majority of customers who submit math, science, law, etc. orders due to a lack of writers who are TRULY qualified to complete such orders.

This is why the verification process is in place. If a buyer is looking to guarantee the standard of writer they want, then they should look for a verified writer. Equally, if a writer wants to compete for the quality briefs, they must prove that they're able to write at that standard.

Suggesting that we verify every writer would simply turn EssayBay into another essay company. EssayBay was established to act as a conduit to allow customers to choose their own writer, surrendering that aspect of control.

We know that EssayBay has had some difficulties so far, but we are working on the problems and I'm sure you will have noticed (if you use the site) that there have been changes made after recommendations from this forum!

If you have suggestions (either writers or customers) then please feel free to get in touch and we will always take on board the suggestions.

You need to STOP using this forum to promote your company. You do enough of that by going out of your way to contact newspapers to ask them to write stories on you.

Nearly every time someone mentions that site, representatives come here and end up turning the entire thread into an advertising outlet for the company. We don't need that again. I mean, I don't really care, but just letting everyone know in advance that it's probably coming.

FYI, it would be correct to type either "highest number of completed projects" or "most completed projects." Your "most number of completed projects" is incorrect.

I have friends currently working at essaybay. It is difficult to get first project otherwise it can provide you good work. My friend is working as a writer and earning good bucks...

Hell yeah, I do. But that doesn't stop the orders, the excellent feedback, and the money from continuing to pour in. :P

Essaybay has some really good writers. The feedback and ranking system shown on their homepage shows the best writers so thats good

Actually you are wrong there! those on the homepage are the ones that have the jighest rating. the ratings are based on customer feedback so therefore if a customer has only written one piece and the customer gives them 100% then they will appear in the ratings as a top writer. By the same token one piece with negative feedback can place that writer at the bottom of the ranking order as the percentages are also based on the number of orders completed.

Na you have to have a minimum of three feedbacks to appear on the homepage.

Yeah, like monsta does. :) I do believe that the rating system is a tad unfair. When I get a couple of 9s from a client who just doesn't want to give out 10s, the system treats those 9s as 90s and that really hurts my average. Then again, I guess that inevitably happens when you get so many projects. >.<

I have just started working for them but clearly have witnessed the weakness of essaybay system ( from writers' point of view). First Escrow for one of my orders is still pending despite the fact that i delivered the order almost a week ago. Customer is happy with the order. He paid for the order but the money is neither in Escrow nor in my account. The status is shown as ESCROW PENDING... i have been emailing them for a week now but no reply. They did not pick the phone ( customer made the same remarks too). the issue is Essaybay is enjoying free money because it is in their account. God knows when they will clear the pending Escrow or when they will at least reply to my or customer's emails.

anybody at Essaybay.. wake up... you are loosing your credibility...

Errr... you're not supposed to work on an order until AFTER the money has been deposited in an escrow account under your name. >.< Even if the client doesn't release the money then (which only happens when the client's a pr*ck), it will be released by admin after some time. If you did the work and uploaded the paper WITHOUT your client ever making an escrow payment (which you should have first received in your list of pending payments on your writer's page) then I guess you just gave your client a free paper. XD

However, I do agree that their emailing system sucks. I've been trying to sort out an issue for weeks now but am still getting no reply from any of their representatives. Jennifer, if you can read this, I would really appreciate some long overdue assistance. XD

Jennifer is a proven fraud and liar. She claims (all over the Internet) to be an attorney, but another member with a background in the UK legal system proved that she is not. I don't think she's typed a word in this forum since.
