Nothing like that. You should take note of what others have stated above and respect the limits of this forum. Simple.

No one can guarantee grades

Yes, indeed. However, you must note that a good company does not say it out that it guarantees certain grades. It's because grading is a very subjective matter. Even the assessment matrices are subjective despite being well-defined. The research on assessment has only recently begun to realize this gray area.

Now, if a company does guarantee certain grades, it cannot be trusted.

However, for an experienced/good writer, it is possible to foresee a likely grade for a paper against the assessment matrix/rubric, but still no crystal-clear guarantees can be given.

If a company has fake addresses, multiple web pages, it cannot be trusted (my personal experience).

However, there are companies that do not lie about anything and so can be trusted from A-Z because their aim is to do serious business rather than cheat people.

Yes, these days, I think 80% websites are cheats. It's because of the porous nature of the cyber world and almost no jurisdiction.

These website are 100% from Pakistan.

All you need to do is place a call to their number and ask of them their address. You can also write to them an email as a customer and ask for their address. If it's the same as yours, you can approach their registrar 123-reg.co.uk with your lawyer (who will initiate a legal notice to 123-reg.co.uk asking for the personal details of the owner and then beginning your legal action.

from a customer

I wonder what you guys have been doing that a customer informs you of the breach. Secondly, when their registration is private, where have they been using information of your company? Why have you not initiated any legal response, etc.?

Yes. And you should also visit different forums, discussions, blogs and unveil their ugly face to the world. Moreover, you should let those guys know what you're up to so that they learn a lesson and think a bit before scamming someone else.

This is also your right to record your protest; do whatever you can with your capacity.

This is really sad to know how many people have been cheated by them. They have no values. On this forum we're trying to unmask scams to help people get away from them.

This website is suspicious. First, their head office is in India. Secondly, they're lying about their offices in the UK and Australia. Emails given for both the offices are operated from Miami.

It is also very surprising to note that they have not given any email address for the head office. Lie no. 1: "Over the last four years, we have built a team with unmatched credentials and brilliant academic backgrounds", but the website was created in 2010. Secondly, 51.7% visitors are from India!!!

can tell me a best Java assignment solution provider

We're not here to name websites to the people who don't even bother to spend a little time in the simple search on this forum - let alone google search.

The forum is loaded with good information about some companies, but if you cannot find a few names, no one can help you.

Is this web site assignmenthelpsite.com is a scam or what?

There is this article written by an Indian, Chris Mehta, about assignment help industry, and he has written that he's been working for this company.

Now there are two excerpts from Mehta's article - see the skills:

"But, when it comes to research something and writing the report, it is experienced that the students are avoiding the work and just get it done by their tutors."

"I am an expert in Locus RAGS (assignment help site). Locus education is leading education company in India"

ezinearticles.com/?Assignment-Help-Industry&id=5397470

And finally, the company is found with all its truth on:

facebook.com/pages/Locus-RAGS/209974302375002?sk=info

They're Indians for sure; they are lying so mercilessly on their websites.

They have the following websites:

assignmenthelpsite.com
assignmenthelpsite.com.au
topyaps.com
flopfacts.com
marketing-facts.com
wiki.locusecucation.org

The registrant is an Indian. Dot.

And now as you're out of the job, you should NOT sit silent. Protest is your right. Go out and tell the world as much as possible. Also, let those scammers know what you're up to. This way, they will get under pressure and will think twice before they fire another employee without any reason.

You should also approach all the customers (old and present), compose a standard email, and tell them everything. My point is you should not sit silently.

I am sorry to say but your reasoning is not very convincing to me. You stated you worked as an admin. Now you're saying you forwarded the info to them. Above you have also stated that you took sides with the writers when they were not paid. The bottom line is: someone on admin job knows much more about the inside story of a company. I feel you really were aware of many things they did to the writers.

However, now that you're out of their circle, you should do some service to humanity and let the truth be told. Spread the information, data, etc. on forums, blogs, and so on.

Shawn
You can also post the ways they operate and try to scroll through their record and expose them as much as possible.

Unemployment

Lolz. Shawn, I am sorry to say but you were a part of that scam and now you're out of the circle. But you should have thought about all this while on job and quit.

Yes. And you should also set up a blog on which you can post all the information and let those guys know so they learn a lesson. Don't hesitate. They've scammed you along with many writers.

Then I guess you should approach that woman with your lawyer and try to get things straight. I wonder how you could start working for them 70 hours a week without any verification and legal contract. Do you mean to say you got this job opportunity online and started working for them? It all sounds very suspicious, sorry.

All that you said might sound convincing, but I wonder why you didn't approach job security agency in the US yet. I also wonder how they can fire you without any notice, lay off letter, or anything like that.

We already have so much information about this company loaded on this forum; however, if you have any information that can help the visitors even more, I think you should not hesitate to post it on this forum.

There are a number of reasons for which these sites charge less per-page amount. This forum is full of such information. Why don't you take a few minutes and search the information here?

This website is again the same scam. Some company in the UK has sold the space to the owner of this company (working in Pakistan). The registrant is from the UK, whereas the address is of United States!

59% of the traffic is from Pakistan and the hosting company is in the Netherlands! What is more? The Reverse IP is milliondollarlolita.info ... Lolz!

I wonder why you didn't pay attention to their poorly written web copy. "*in you life"

The only trick that (I think) can work is to straightforwardly approach them telling you will go online talking about their scam on forums, blogs, etc. And you need to ask either of the two things: Refund or properly written papers. As I am sure they're a scam, I cannot expect them to write good papers; henceforth, you're left with the first choice.

And remember, next time you think of placing an order with any company, conduct a simple research beforehand.

Let's unfold the mystery of this website.

There are numerous websites registered by the same person Rua Dr. Brito Camara and the phone numbers given in the registration data for all the websites is the same. (Check WhoIs.)

Websites:

1 - essaysessays.net (boasts that writers are from Oxford, Cambridge, and Imperial).

2 - standoutessay.com (does not talk about where the writers are from).

3 - essaycrawler.com (no longer functional, but suprise! This website provided search optimization for free essays! An ad by EssayCrawler reads -

"EssayCrawler - 35,000+ Free Essays, Term Papers, Book Reports, and More
EssayCrawler considers themselves to be "the metacrawler of the essay world". Their metacrawler searches over 100,000 free essays available on the most popular term paper sites. Over 1000 local essays are also available."

4 - clearadmit.com (Providing application writing services to MBA students.)

What is more!

All these websites are from UK, or United States (as stated in the webcopies). However, the address on all the websites registration data (WhoIs) is Funchal, Madeira! We know there is huge physical distance between Funchal and the former two locations.

Analyses of Reach rate, Bounce, Traffic, etc. reveal interesting information (which I have not included because of saving space).

I hope it helps you figure out the status of this website.

There is no animosity at my end. If you go through your post carefully you'll find out what I have counterargued above. Secondly, how many ever languages you speak, it doesn't matter. Your personal linguistic repertoire maybe rich. It, however, doesn't mean you understand the delicacies of the latest research in Second Language Learning. Once again, I'd suggest that you go through my previous posts and read a few articles that I have posted.
MeoKhan
Jun 14, 2011

You raised a point in your post above and answered it yourself. Of course, I am not a native speaker of the English language so such L2 differences are natural. You're trying to impress me with your readings and perhaps knowledge; however, you don't have even the slightest idea of what the latest research says about second language learning. And so I will suggest that you review my previous posts and read a few of the articles that I have posted regarding the same matter.

As for the rules, your willingness to defy the rules of this forum simply shows you're an arrogant person who doesn't care about logical argument others make.

It sure is a wire transfer. I don't think your approaching the bank for the scam will prove effective because the bank is always conscious of their customers' wrong deals and so they make sure while someone makes a payment, they (the customers) bear the entire responsibility.

However, it'd not be useless if you approach your bank and discuss the matter with them. Let's see how they respond.

I am so happy you are trying to correct me in vain. It's really nice to see guys like you spending time in some quality work. However, look closely, once again; it's the part of the subject of the clause I have used.
