This website is suspicious. First, their head office is in India. Secondly, they're lying about their offices in the UK and Australia. Emails given for both the offices are operated from Miami.

It is also very surprising to note that they have not given any email address for the head office. Secondly, 51.7% visitors are from India!!!

The only trick that (I think) can work is to straightforwardly approach them telling you will go online talking about their scam on forums, blogs, etc. And you need to ask either of the two things: Refund or properly written papers.
