Many times I asked American freelance writers about their rates for writing an article (simple). If it's not a rush project, the least experienced ones charge $10-$12 per page (netto). If you add Paypal transaction fees, the actual charge is $11-$13 per page. The "professors" or experts in their fields - $20 per page to start.

It's an interesting "approach" - a competitor posts a fake information on an international website and then claims it was the original company that posted it. Hmm - sounds fishy..

You can visit any page (including the one you're currently reading), and in your web browser menu go to "View" and "Page Source." What you'll see is HTML code you can then copy and paste to an HTML editor and publish online as many times as you want.

jackanderson, I wonder how you would define an "amateur copy." It seems you confuse proxy copy with "amateur copy."

Do you mean essayplan.com? They seem to be cheap (not sure if it's good or not - most likely they use ESL writers).

General Talk / Essayfraud is abusive [40]

Obviously I don't know any details, but it may only cost $5-$10 a month to run a website (hosting fees)... So no special funding is usually needed.

How to cheat turnitin.com?

Not to submit anything to them ;).

I seek other recommendations because I would like to find a site that delivers quality without mistakes, and that doesnt turn you down if they are busy.

Ok, so based on your "reviews" Essayoncalls can meet your needs. I'm not sure why you look any further.. Just give them 4+ days (or deal with them so that they book a writer or two for you in advance).

ron182,

My gut feeling tells me you own EssaysOnCall.com :). Who would like to do business with a site that was established 2 days ago (whois.domaintools.com/essaysoncall.com) and the only contact info is an anonymous email address.. Why do you seek other recommendations?

I was both a full-time student and full-time worker and didn't complain too much; today's youth sometimes have it too easy to achieve their (or their parents') goals.

I don't know them.. I would first email the companies you think are Ok and inquire about their services. Then asses their response time and quality. If they don't get back to you within a reasonable amount of time (a few hours or less, I guess), skip them. This is the most logical, initial step you could make.

If it's just a revision or editing, pretty much any company should would do. But if you expect a good quality, expect to pay more than $2 for editing/revising a page.

(screen shots taken with observers watching)

I don't really know what's "screen shots" have to do with it. For me it suggests you post something controversial or not true to make the responder act in a certain way so that you could take yet another screen shot. It's silly and doesn't make sense to make a conversation with you.

Now it's interesting - who "hired" you to do that?

Is "Rashid" a first or last name? I personally wouldn't put my personal details online (unless first name). I wouldn't ask anyone to do that, either. What for? If you are going to sue somebody, your lawyer should be able to find out everything you need.

Well how would you know that scam list is verifiable.

Yes, there are lots of "free press release" sites that allow anybody (even without a confirmed registration and approval) to post whatever they like. So it's up to the reader to determine what's true or not. Note: the same should relate to this site, too.

As you rightly say with ukessays/oxbridgegraduates there is an a guarantee that if you find that the essay you bought has been plagiarised then you will get £1,000.

It would be interesting to actually find out what constitutes "plagiarism" - would one sentence be enough? Or over X percent.

The answer could be: Maybe/Maybe/Maybe, it depends. Why/Why not do you think of ordering from them?

I guess it's normal if they think it could lead to a fraudulent credit card transaction. But they also accept accept Paypal, moneybrokers or money order?

But my question is still there, for whom are you working? How much are you paid for this mudslinging job?

I think it's a personal information and there's no need to answer your repetitive questions. You assume something and then ask if that's true...

Based on the current and future scams it seems like a good way of preventing credit card fraud. Especially important to get protected from overseas fraud attempts.

I took screen shots of it.

I'm not sure why you got so excited. What in the first place you need screen shots for? I could post in this message that "Mr. M. Smith who lives at 233 Sunny Street, City is a serial rapist and killer," then take screen shots and accuse the host or website for hosting slanderous information.

What is the purpose of your being a member here; to take screenshots?

Superiorpapers.com and all sites affiliated with them - You are a fraud! a scam! and a cheat!

I understand you had a bad experience with one essay writing website; but have you ever ordered anything from their affiliates? How would you know they are "a fraud" too? It's like you claimed that VH1 promotes violence just because you saw a violent show on MTV (and VH1 and MTV are owned by the same parent company).

Are they gonna fly over here and claim libel? Under what jurisdiction, lol

All they could do is to hire an attorney based in the US (there are plenty of those, some are very inexpensive) and sue you for libel in the US. They don't even have to be here; all can be done over the phone/Internet.

I would also post this disclaimer

But how does it correlate with your original statement:

So the next best thing is to expose their fraud and hopefully get enough traffic and enough of a ranking to hurt their business.

If someone posted complete rubbish about the site that once scammed you, do you think you'd be objective enough to avoid prejudice, libel, and slander?

I don't want this to happen to anyone else and since they aren't based in the USA I can't really sue them.

Let's assume they are based in the US. What arguments would you use to actually win the case?

Milkovich v. Lorain Journal Co. 497 U.S. 1 (1990).

Now we have 2007. In 1990 hardly anybody knew what the Internet and forums/blogs were. Since then the law has changed. It seems you only take the information from written sources and I even doubt you are based in the US; if you were, you'd have a chance to listen to some other independent news and read newspapers.
