I can vouch for @ProfessorVerb who was recommended by Wordsies after turning down the job

Positives:
· Professional, easy to contact and polite, also provided a discount;
· All round generally well-constructed essay, made good points and kept to the subject matter and followed a logical flow;
· Used generally good sources that were relevant and knowledgeable

Criticisms
· Some of the references were recycled a number of times and .pdfs from charities using secondary references from government agencies were used;
· A number of large quotes were placed into the essay, easily more than 500+ words of quotes which would diminish a mark if left as is;

· One day late but circumstances outside of his control, completely don't mind at all about the delay

All in all, best work I've received and I've used many a sketchy company, to say the least. The work has provided me with a good framework to build an essay, thanks again. Hope to use you again soon before your retirement.

The only time it would flag is if you sold the essay before the submission date of the assignment of the client and then someone else purchased the essay from that site and submitted it themselves. As a courtesy, however, I'd wait for the duration of the course before selling the old essays, so three years usually. Reason being is the client might use some of the work again but slightly reworded to answer similar questions during their course.

I think most of the freelance writers here use academon and state due to the rise of turn it in, profit from older essays being reused have gone down.

Essay Services / Best Private writers [27]

The scammers mainly use social media because of the automatically large audiences they have on these platforms. If sites such as facebook or twitter weren't popular, they wouldn't waste their time. If EssayScam's had a bigger audience, I guarantee the number of scammers that students would have to filter through would be unbearable, and the chatbox is already filled with garbage as it is.

You are right about TurnItIn, wrong about Grammarly. Grammarly searches online sources and papers stored in the ProQuest's database. It does not, however, store text submitted via its checker.

"Rest assured, your writing will stay private. Our plagiarism checker will not make your writing searchable publicly or in any other database. No other plagiarism checkers will see your text." - grammarly.com/plagiarism-checker

If you wish to run a plagiarism check with Turnitin, their sister site WriteCheck provides that service but at a cost. Your work will not be stored on the Turnitin database that way.

The TurnItIn report has an option to temporarily exclude quotes and bibliographies/reference lists from the originality score. I've been told by a tutor that bibliographies which are unique and don't flag as plagiarised are suspicious and queried for authenticity due to the implausible nature of referencing multiple unique journals. I've never considered an entire bibliography could be picked up as plagiarised by TurnItIn if in the exact same order as a previous piece of work submitted, so I tried it out in the test area, and you're right, it came back as 100% plagiarised, meaning that a complete rewrite would have to utilize some new references.

A recent development in the UK, a lot of freelance writers here use PayPal with a business account that could implicate them. I would assume PayPal would start with the lowest hanging fruit, big companies such as ukessays.com first to be hit, but the potential is there.

The UK education secretary is calling on payments firms such as PayPal to block transactions for essay writing firms, in a bid to beat university cheats.

I'm sorry to hear your university is not accommodating to your needs, they should be providing you with the help and support required. Perhaps pushing your personal tutor harder, cc'ing the year leader in emails you send to them, or asking the student union for help? Besides that, I can personally recommend 24houranswers for tutoring as I have used them in the past.

Good luck.

One major reason I did not use this forum for so long was because of a member called WritersBeware who's hostility and rudeness made me wary of this place. Everywhere I went on this forum, they were there defecating on everything. I thought they were a staff member and stayed clear. Since being banned, I do not see the posts since becoming so heated on disagreements, though some members do bump decade old threads instead of making new ones, strangely.

Such blanket bans only serve to push freelance writers and companies underground which changes nothing in the long run. I can think of many services only one google search away.

Ironically, in my experience, internet black bāzārs provide a better overall experience for shoppers. Word of mouth reviews left on seller pages establishes the trustworthiness of that seller on that marketplace. For example, one particular site (now closed) which I won't name but primary function was the selling of illegal substances, provided better quality products overall than street dealers simply because of the reviews left by customers establishing trustworthiness.

@Cite

Can you stop giving people bad advice? I keep reading your replies up and down the forum and almost always your comments are entirely wrong and outright dangerous.

The last thing any student wants to do is draw attention to themselves at the university. These shoddy essay companies make it a policy to threaten and even dox students to the university who chargeback. Even if they didn't use the work, that is not a conversation you want with the Uni when they get that email.

Instead, take it as an expensive lesson and research better next time.
