If one company is charging more than another does it make it non-compliant with law? Same thing with paying suppliers.

Therefore LEGITIMACY of the business and how much it is paying to suppliers are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!

Guys, I think you are both wrong. The % that is being paid to the writer depends on the many different factors, including the volume of orders, thus revenue company receives. Every company needs to cover its costs. With large volume company gets more profits and can reduce prices and/or pay more to the writers. With small volume less money are left, so prices may be higher or writers may be paid less.

This is pure economics, works for every industry and really, has nothing to do to how legitimate the company is.

You can easily dispute it, contact paypal and say you have not received your order. That should be it. But first make sure you don't lie and have a solid proof that whatever you claim is true.

There is just one problem with that. Yes, you need subject knowledge to write good quality, but knowledge taught is different in every country. In India students are taught in a different way than in UK, therefore quality, presentation, and the whole approach to work will be different. This is not what UK students require, therefore I STRONGLY SUGGEST to every UK STUDENT to order their essays or dissertation only from the companies that ONLY hire writers with UK EDUCATION.

And start from page 2 - on first page there are hacked spammers typically from Ukraine. They use .co.uk address, but don't trust them.

The address they have on the website is different from the one mentioned in the companies house, so this, at least, should make you think twice before you order anything from them.

They have only opened the website in November 2008, however company has been operating since 19/03/1991. It is quite possible, that the company they mention on the website (Oxbridge Solutions ltd) has nothing to do with them.

I, personally, would not trust such company, however the decision is yours.

I personally think that it is not possible to hide all information if you are paying by card. You can only do it if you pay by e-gold (although I've never seen Essay Company offering this) or to the bank account (UK companies generally offer this, don't know about others).

On the other side - what is the point for companies to disclose this information if the transaction has not been fraudulent? We obviously know everyone should avoid Write Essay, but I do not think we can generalize that for all companies
