Starting from March 1st, all the Wire Transfer payments amounting to $400 and over, will be spared the $20 transferring commission by the billing company.

Not true - the billing company (SWreg) charges $20, irrespective of the sum.

Not make money at all? Or make money that is substantially lower than what the company is making, but which helps me nonetheless?

I understand your dilemma but, my point is simple: find another company. You should not passively submit to exploitation and, most definitely, should not be assisting these people in perpetuating their fraud ...

Another thing - why should ANY QUALIFIED WRITER - any educated person - accept the peanuts these people are handing out to their writers? Some orders go for $4 and $5. How is that acceptable? I'm not even going to mention fines ...

t saves me the 20$ commission their payment company cuts from the amount I've earned. So far they payment has been timely and good.

Can't even imagine telling our writers that we will deduct the transfer fee from the money they are owed :) Aren't we supposed to cover business expenses?

Their being Ukrainian, Pakistani, etc. is not the problem and never was. The problem is their inherent dishonesty. They lie about:
1) the company's country of origin
2) writers' nationality
3) writers' qualifications
4) number of years in the business
5) having a literate Quality Assurance department
6) checking orders for plagiarism
7) not reselling research

Is any of that either legal or ethical?

unable to accept the fact that despite your continuous advocacy of ET

Learn English pls. I am not an ET advocate and have no ties to the company. ET is my competition, not my company. That does not mean to imply that I would ever attack any legitimate company just because it is competition. I only attack scam sites, such as yours, and illiterate and uneducated writers, such as yourself.

Researcher - you are nothing but a cheap, two-bit, spamming scammer. Your only goal is to make money by ripping students off. Try making an honest living ... an alien concept to you, I'm sure.

The problem is online company formations ... Nowadays, anybody can form a company in the UK as long as they've got about £30 to their name. All they need to do is create an account through one of those online formation agencies, pay the fee and, within 24 hours, receive their certificate of incorporation. People who've never been to the UK, have absolutely no ties there and can barely speak the language are, suddenly, the owners of UK limited companies. When you consider that they can get away with not paying taxes, but we can't, that they are not legally accountable for violating SoGA or the Consumer Protection Act (to name but two) but we are, etc ... it is really unfair. I really don't understand the government's attitude towards this ... why are they allowing it to go on?

As a US resident, it would take me a day or two to find/buy a PO box in London and incorporate through Companies House.

It's not even that difficult any more ... just go to any online formation agent, pay a bit more, and buy an address in London ... I think London addresses are going to £49.99 at the moment :)

Seriously ... is this either fair or right?

Why do u say that no writing website will be able to provide me with plagairism free 100,000 words?

I said the greater majority of sites (many here know what I mean), not all

Please elablorate if u have had any bad experiences.

No bad experiences ... and, as reviews are not allowed ... no positive ones, either.

Why d u say "unwise" to use my name on the thesis if u say that the writer will not claim it to be his and when I am sure the supv wont catch me?

Academic integrity and all that.

Infoguy - as this project is important, you have to exercise extreme caution when selecting a company. Furthermore, divide your order up into several smaller ones. Do not just place a 100,000 word order; place small ones and critically assess quality prior to placing the next small order, etc.

Unless they are out to take advantage of you, none here will respond to the following:

Which is the best site to get a thesis of 100,000 words professionally being written down?

If any do, it is in your best interest to ignore them. What you need to know is that many here have a vested interest in promoting certain sites/writers. Generally speaking, the ones who do so are the low-quality writers/site owners. They need to trawl this forum in search of clients as they hardly ever get repeat business or referrals. A great many of them pose as satisfied students/customers. Hence ... it is in your interest to ignore any/all response to your above request.

Can I just my name on the thesis which the writer will write for me?

Unwise.

Will the Univ be able to catch me for completing a thesis in such a manner -cheating/plagiarism/fraud?

Supposing that the thesis you receive is, indeed, original and not copy/pasted from all over, you will be safe as far as the originality report is concerned. However, do supervisors simply rely on turnitin reports to determine plagiarism? No. You could get caught during discussions with your supervisor and during your viva (when it becomes evident that you really do not know the study). Another thing to think about - as far as a significant number of sites are concerned, the chances of your receiving 100,000 plagiarism-free words are almost nil.

I am also interested in publishing the Chapters as Articles in reputed journals? So after publishing what if the writer claims it to be his own work?

The writer cannot do that or, at least, should not. You should not be doing that either.

They also told me to wait till Saturday when they will give me a refund... but I am not sure whether to trust them or not?

Why Saturday? This does not even begin to make sense. Tell them to issue the refund immediately and send you a copy of the refund transaction they subsequently receive from SWreg.

did they contact your uni?

Do not take blackmail lying down. By doing so, you are enabling fraud. Should ANY threaten to report the matter to your university for no other reason than your demanding a refund (owed to you because of shoddy work or non-delivery), simply tell them that you will be reporting them for blackmail:

1) forward the `blackmail' email to their payment processor
2) forward a copy to your local law enforcement
Inform them that you will do so.

Customers:
1) Blackmail is illegal
2) refusal to process of LEGITIMATE REFUND is unethical and illegal

General Talk / Original papers or not? [29]

I can't say for sure but, I rather do suspect that they are stored.

Precisely! You need to cancel all your cards, close your bank account, change your address and, if you really want your money back, change your name and go into a witness protection programme.

For starters, full-stops should be placed at the end of a sentence, never in the middle.

After taking my personal details, including my essay.

How is this a sentence?

Telling me that I was not a suitable candidate for the writing job.

Or this?

Now - to the issue itself.
1) AA made its decision, and as with any company, is at full liberty to accept or reject an application WITHOUT explanations
2) Since AA could not verify your credentials, they acted responsibly when they rejected you
3) As with other companies, they asked you for a test essay and you submitted it. It is part of your application package and does not mean `they took it' are going to `resell it' or that any proof of your ownership of it is required. Obviously, they did not find it acceptable

4) How is AA `abnormal'?

Now - seeing that you are happy that they rejected you, what is the problem?

Does your rejection constitute proof of AA's dishonesty? To the contrary ...

General Talk / Original papers or not? [29]

Yes, Turnitin does store a copy in the repository.

they do not store it in this database hence when the lecturer checks it, it will come up original.

That's what they say. The fact is that if you use writecheck and your instructor later scans the same paper through turnitin, it does come up as original. Whether or not the papers are stored or are simply eliminated from the cross-checking, is hard to tell.

The Psycho makes this declaration:

Libel and lies are not allowed

Then goes on to state the following:

you own a scam essay website and hate legit companies to get your business

Ignore the scammers here (WB, WRT et al).

Your powers of persuasion are, indeed, amazing. Your arguments are, by all accounts, absolutely unique.

It is difficult for any to counter the remarkable points you've raised :)

Maria - the psychotic scammer's real problem with AA is that they are beating him silly in the UK market.

His problem with WB is simple - he does not want her to reveal the truth about his sites and less than honest operations.

Like ****** and ******.

Is this supposed to be a joke? Maria and all students - stay away from these two.

Considering that the owner opted out of being discussed on this forum, the OWNER should not be trying to market his sites through this forum.

Seriously, people, read the psychotic loon's posts and decide whether or not you could actually trust any site he is connected to. BTW - don't just look under Kevin but under all his 14 (banned) usernames.

Kevin - you opened the door here and we can now discuss the sites you have repeatedly recommended. We'll copy you and bend the rules we have, thus far, respected.

Seriously - are you so damn desperate that you need to trawl this forum in search of clients? Pathetic :)

should we all be like WRT and throw abuse and insults at other posters all day long?

I confine my insults and abuses to you and Researcher. Can't help myself - I'm so envious of the two of you! How can I not envy those who live in their own imaginary worlds? As for the absolutely spotless minds the both of you have ... well, what can I say?! I just turn green :)

Shall we then burst into tears and demand anyone who exposes us as being liars is banned as WRT does?

So far you have exposed no one and nothing. Why did I ask the mods to ban you? As any mrn knows - it is because you keep recommending your shoddy sites and, in so doing, are attempting to scam students. BTW - this is not a marketing forum ... take the marketing of your sites elsewhere.

I am being helpful to posters here

As I said ... the boundless joys of living in one's own imaginary world!

accusing me of being a fraudster is libel

It is not libel:
1) it is the truth
2) I can picture you running off to your lawyer, demanding that he sue WRT for insulting MY NAME IS NOW KEVIN :)

Shall we then burst into tears

I think you already are in tears.

Sites like E-writer and WritemyE are fine.

Mods - should we all begin recommending are own sites?! The imbecilic Researcher and the psychotic Kevin have been recommending their own sites for a while now. BAN THEM!

American sites are cheats and proven fraudsters including your site essay*town.com..

Going against my better judgement here ...
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you have some logical and factual evidence to support your claim. Your posts could, therefore, be of high contributory value. So, please open a new thread and post the evidence which remotely suggests that "American sites are cheats and proven fraudsters."

I'm in a rather expansive mood, so I'll give you another benefit of doubt. You have repeatedly claimed that the exposition of certain sites as fraudulent is motivated by racism. I am assuming that you are aware of the fact that some American sites (less than a handful) were exposed as shoddy, here. That being the case, please explain how and why you arrived at your `racism' conclusion.

Petey ... Petey ... are you in the throes of a psychotic breakdown? Your communication and comprehension skills are getting worse by the minute. You pose as a serious threat to all that is logical and sane. Please seek help before civilisation, as we know it, ends simply because you walk the face of the planet.

Again - seeing that all therapeutic treatment plans have failed, I recommend electrocution as a cure :)

Try the legit non-fining companies in the list below E-writer; WritemyE (only the UK ones

Recommending your sites again? You must be terribly desperate ...

NEVER work for a company that threatens fines; always try and work for UK Limite companies because they are always legit

Poofster - AA is precisely that - a limited company, owned and operated by Brits. The only reason why you hate them is because they dominate the UK market. Envious little poof of a prat :)

Are you going out of business yet?

Apr 20, 2010

Ignore WrirtersBeware and WRT - they have connections to this industry's worst essay companies so cannot ever be trusted.

Name the companies, please :)

Don't think that because yours are on the Do Not Discuss List you are, in any way, protected.

Were you to run a clean and honest operation, MY NAME IS NOW KEVIN, maybe you wouldn't be so desperate for clients.

Were you to grow a brain, maybe your posts would make a modicum of sense.

Were you to acquire an education, maybe you wouldn't be the laughingstock you currently are.

How many students have you scammed lately? How about writers?
WRT
Apr 20, 2010

Therefore, using a UK Limited company site such as those who have sensibly opted not to be talked about on this scam forum

Such as your sites? Customers won't fall for it :)

Everybody - MY NAME IS NOW KEVIN is recommending his sites.

Deny it till you are blue in the face ... we all know.

Now - go back to Whipsnade and consider a career as an Animal Planet reality tv celeb. You will shine :)

Maria,
As WB told you - never ever send a foreign-based site money through WU, MG or wire. Furthermore, when selecting a site, you should always try look for one based in a country which actually protects consumer rights. The problem with many foreign-based sites (and some UK and US ones) is that they are unregistered entities - they are not companies at all. When they send you shoddy/plagiarised work in exchange for your money, you have to go through hoops to get a refund because

1) they are based in countries which do not recognise consumer rights or define them in accordance with international standards
2) you are dealing with an INDIVIDUAL (usually an immature kid who entered the business under the assumption that it is all about getting rich quick) and not a company/trading individual.

Make your selection very carefully and do not accept recommendations from ANYONE. Ignore any who PM you their recommendations (pretending, of course, to be students).

And so, WRT is proven to be a liar who accuses companies he knows nothing about of being scams.

If you knew anything - anything at all - of the English language and had something more than a gnat's brain, you would have understood that:

One of the most prominent in the business.

meant that the company in question is anything but a scam. Actually, the OP's feedback proved me right:

finally got my paper! am liking what i see.

What I did get wrong was the company's affiliation and, upon being corrected, admitted that I was wrong. You see, Poofster, I admit it when I am wrong :)

I am quite positive that WRT will admit her purported mistake if you simply enable her to verify the mystery site to which she will be apologizing.

Exactly :)

In that case, desperation will drive him towards a career as a one-man comedy show (not act, Kevin, but an entire show) :)

FreelanceWriter - CP is an SNR affiliate. American, through and through. About 10 years in the business. They aren't scammers and, as is clear from the above, the writer responsible for this mess was let go.
WRT
Apr 18, 2010

did I just dug my own grave by choosing custompapers.com ?

No - not at all. One of the most prominent in the business.

Ultimately, we are all dependant on our writers - whether its xyz.com or abc.com. It happens and what you need to know is that the good companies keep you, the customer appraised of the situation and do their utmost to deliver your work - find a replacement writer, etc. Worst case - they refund you in full. The bad ones just ignore you and your messages are left unanswered. They put you through the wringer before refunding, etc.

Yours is a case of rotten luck - and it could change. So, don't give up.

Petey the Poof - no, I am not at all affiliated with the company in question. So, keep guessing Poofster :)
