Two things that bother me about this writing company:
1. They obviously paid Trustpilot to get rave reviews
2. The actually mention university names in their website, endangering their clients in the process.

Truth be told, I used to give weight to the reviews of TrustPilot when it came to ranking these essay writing companies. Then I found out that their rankings are for sale to the highest bidder. You can be a scam and they will not mind as long as you pay a fee. That is why reviews come from students with strange sounding names (most of the time). It is just another untrustworthy "investigator" whose full intention is to make money off the scam companies rather than helping the students avoid scams.

As for the university names, I sincerely doubt they will be getting any more clients from the universities they outed on their site. Additionally, no student will want to hire them since they are boasting about the universities they help students scam. This is a business that is done in the cover of night. Sure, it is an open secret, but that does not mean the company should be boasting about where their clients come from. I mean, as a student, just think about the kind of damage that can do. Specially when they claim to keep "your data private and will never share it with others." Their words contradict itself on the page.

That is strange. I would have thought that the students would have been regularly following up on their orders after having placed them with companies. They would want to have a meeting with the writer after all and discuss certain specifics that may not have been a part of the original order. The place where I worked before had a system in place that informed the student automatically when a writer was assigned, or if the order had expired without being picked up. That was because the student would have to file a refund request with the company. It was not an automatic thing for obvious reasons. These days though, the companies seem to be deleting the expired orders manually, which is why writers can see the expired orders up to a week after the deadline had passed.

I tried doing a search for kaiwrite as an essaywriting company and did not turn up anything. So I guess it is safe to assume that this character is no longer a player in the independent writing game. From what I have read in this thread, he seems to have used the field for data mining and nothing more. He may not have been able to go further with his dark plans for the data he collected due to his sudden disappearance from the web. It is quite possible that he actually ran out of money for his scam before he could actually mount it. The students who hired him and paid him were out of luck. Well, a few victims is worth saving the whole lot of students who may have been adversely affected by directly dealing with him. Everyone else, consider yourselves lucky, he was not an above board player to begin with.

Essay Services / puredissertation.com is a scam!! [10]

I would be more worried about the fact that certain browsers prevent access to this website based on a DNS issue. It appears that computers that run behind a firewall, or use Chrome, Firefox, or DuckDuckGo cannot access this website due to safety issues. Basically, the website has been flagged as a potential malware speader, leading the major browser systems to block access to the site through a "name not resolved" issue. The website may still be up and running for all I know (and others may know as well), it is just that it is such a security hazard that the browsers opt to disallow access to it to prevent further security issues from developing in your system.

If the reports on this thread at any indicator, I can understand why it would get blocked in most cases. The owners of the website are known to be criminal members of the 3rd world essay writing company groups. They are not running a legitimate business and could very well be running these companies merely as fronts to steal personal information from the unsuspecting users. It would be best to not even consider hiring this company, should you somehow be able to access it through your weakly protected browser.

It isa scary method to pay writers by

I agree. With all of the electronic money transfers and epayment wallets available these days, it is a bit concerning when a company would want to pay a writer using such an outdated banking method. If the company does not have any emoney service in their payment line-up, then the applicant should think twice about continuing with his sign up process. A decent company will pay the writer either in real time, or within 2 banking days, depending upon the electronic payment conduit. Even Paypal had to adjust their payment schedule for writers to real time when they started losing out to the newer players in the money transfer game.

It is a scary method in the sense that the length of time it takes to complete a wire transfer could very well be the financial end of any writer who schedules his bill payments by the schedule of his salary release. There are several problems that could occur with a wire transfer that could throw their debt repayment schedule into a tailspin. In the era of electronic payments, there is absolutely no reason for a writer to agree to an outdated payment / money transfer mode.

Academicwriters.org has been out of business for so long, the domain name is now up for sale. That means, it has been purged from internet history. It no longer has back up files on its company server since that has long shut down. I am assuming that the files were not transferred to the surviving entity, customwritingservices.org. It could be possible that the student files were transferred to the latter company within an under the table arrangement for pre-written essay sales with an inquiring student. Please, do not hire a company that prides itself in beign a "Cheap essay writing service, and proud of it!" Anything that comes cheap, will also come with never ending revision and refund problems. Please remember that when you think of hiring an economical writing service. The end result will be a failed grade for you.

Sadly, electronically generated income is now in the sights of not just the IRS. but the rest of the tax collecting agencies across the world. These agencies do not understand that people in our position work within a variable income and we are faced with shouldering our office expenses, which cannot always be written off. Yet we continue to work in this job because the fact that we do not have to go to an actual office everyday already offers us some savings. Savings which we lose because of unfair taxing practices. Here's hoping the international tax codes eventually catch up with the 21st century workplace.

Definitely. I also understand that since you seem to be the most active independent writer at this forum, you should also be the first one that they should reach out to. From what I have read, you come highly recommended by most students and, dare I say, even some of your previous competitors. Which is why i believe that you should be at the top of the list for any student looking for a writer here. From what I have heard, you are easy to negotiate with and go the extra mile when you can to help the student out.

1. Is the Spanish student "prejudiced" or "racist"?

No. The client was not racist. Everyone knows that there are certain types of papers that need to be written by specialists. A language paper must be written by an expert in the language in order to deliver the client requirements. While an SSL writer might be able to write the paper, it will not have the same efficiency and grading consideration that a paper written by a native speaker may have. Prejudice is something that non-native English speaking writers always claim when they are caught lying to a client. They try to turn the tables on the student by turning it into a social and political discussion, when it is only a matter of academic competence.

I believe that only the owners of Essaybay can explain why expired orders stay within their system. Companies normally have varied reasons for keeping the dead order active in the system. It is an internal operation I think. Usually though, there is an automatic deletion trigger in the system that clears out the dead order after a given time period. This allows the user time to refile the order or just close the order down. There is no sinister idea behind this practice. It is just an office procedure that they need to follow. Writers cannot normally big on expired deadline orders anyway. That button or text window is grayed within the order page.

The American research paper site business has been killed by the offshore competition.

This will never happen. The offshore competition always manages to drive themselves out of business. These company owners are self destructive since they are always running a con. They are just out to collect funds any way they can. The truly American run writing companies though, they are in this business for the long haul. They keep their dignity and the respect of their clients long after they have graduated. They go on to help the same students professionally. Something the offshore companies can never do. This is definitely fake news long before fake news actually became a thing. Authentic American research writing businesses will never be put out of business.

A verification system is not really necessary in my opinion. I mean, the company representatives who wander into our forum threads already do a very good job of revealing which company or writer is being untruthful in their claims. They do not even need our help to prove their lack of writing standards, actual company location, and little educated writing staff. All the legitimate company owners and writers have to do is sit back, relax, and watch these idiots blow their covers. It does not take them too long to do that. They usually manage to prove that they are working for a scam within the first sentence of their post or new thread. The students are intelligent enough to identify these signs already. There is no need to overcomplicate things.

I take it that you are also a writer for this blasted scame of a company? If so, then the students will judge the quality of the work you provide by this blurb. Nobody will hire your service based on this writing sample. Yes, the advertisement of the company rep in this forum is always considered the main writing sample of the website. I do not even need to go into your site as advertised to know that I can safely make one recommendation to the students, DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD ! THEY WILL NOT DELIVER THE PAPER THAT YOU NEED! This sample post is evidence of the kind of work they will be producing. They may as well just ask for your money because if you pay them, they will not refund it when you complain about shabby work.

"We immensely take pride for being the original and premier academic essay writing provider. "

That is the direct claim on their glossy front page. My problem with that claim is that the essay writing industry, and its accompanying companies, both questionable and legitimate, have been arouund far longer than the 16 years that this company has been in business. They cannot claim to be the original when the business is far older than their questionable service time or years in existence.I believe the industry saw its roots take hold back in the 60's or 70's, when the orders and service requirements were still placed in the want ads of the local newspapers.

"The UK's Biggest Online Provider of Custom Essays and Dissertations" - The Sunday Times

Uh, yeah, my international contacts tell me this is a false claim and that The Sunday Times most likely, has never made such a claim. This legitimate UK newspaper will never associate itself with a fraud based company that has a questionable history and even more questionable writer roseter credentials.

Okay, you are hawking the services of Paperhelp but directing the students to Greatssignmenthelp. Are you plagiarizing website content again and we will have to deal with "plagiarism" accusations of the original site representatives again? Please note that you are not doing anybody any favors by misrepresenting your company as being partnered with a problem website. Rather, you are just making the negative things about your company obvious. There is nothing about your website, plagiarized or otherwise that would indicate a "highly classy team of writers". What does that even mean? It means nothing to the students who know that they will be hiring 3rd rate ESL writers regardless of the boisterous claims made on the (plagiarized) website.

I took a look at the company online and recieved the error message "name not resolved". The url is no longer in existence / in use for the original purpose it was intended. This is a clear signal that, since the last time someone tried to visit the site, it has gone out of business. The error tends to tell me that the company files are still on a server, but no longer connected to a domain name. I could be wrong about this but, that is how I understand the error message. It appears that search engines no longer cache or have cache copies of the site to direct searchers to.

right now, the problem with this company is that they are trying to sell themselves as the savior of the unemployed or people who cannot find jobs. They are glossing over the actual facts of what it takes to be an academic writer. As I read their website, I came to the conclusion that they should be working for Disney as animation writers instead, because that is what they are selling, a fairytale.

They have completed misled the potential writer applicants regarding qualifications for the job and the educational level that a writer must have in order to produce the student expected quality for their orders. They have made it appear that anybody can do the job, regardless of actual academic learning/status on the part of the writer. Sadly, their applicants are from money starved countries who can easily be sold a bag of lies because they do not have good prospects in life.

For me, the most important warning sign to look out for is the percentage of and basis of penalties applied to writer earnings. Once the company places too much emphasis on the penalties of a writer, you can bet that they will always penalize your salary for any trumped up charges, whether client or QAD related. Read the fine print. The companies that plan to cheat the writers will always bury the penalties reference in a part of the website that the applicant writer would never consider looking into. If you cannot find it, ask their writer representative outright. The mor evasive their response and explanation, the more you should not work with the company.

If these companies do not wish to have their actions and activities discussed at this forum, then they should get out of the business. When you are in a public service based business, and yes, academic writing is a public service, your company and your actions are open city. One false move and your clients can and will turn on you. Now, I believe that only truly proven scams are included in the DND list right? So by asking to be placed on that list, they admit to their scams and other crimes. That abbreviation is a sign of guilt, which they wear like a Scarlet Letter when they request for the DND treatment.

The URL now comes with a Coming Soon announcement on the front page. I beleive this means that the company has managed to change ownership at this point. There are now movements being undertaken to either reformat the image of the company or, continue it as is within a different server location. That means, the students will have to approach this company with apprehension once the site finally goes online. Do not trust new management. From what I have learned in this business, new ownership does not necessarily mean better service or trustworthy client engagement. It would be better to be more weary of the new company until you have safely tested their relability a few times.

Writing Careers / Educated Essayists at yahoo groups [19]

By the time Yahoo Groups was shut down in 202o, the social media platform was no better than Craigslist. Rather than putting people in touch for valid reasons, it became a haven for unsolicited emails and fake job opportunities. Exactly what fake academic writing groups like Educated Essayists were looking for and, benefitted from heavily during the existence of this early social media platform. By the time the social group finally shut down, this so-called "writers group" had caused severe harm to the students they had conned regularly either through fake academic work or, academic blackmail. I for one, and quite happy the Yahoo! Groups finally shut down. It was really unregulated at the time and showed no signs of even trying to fix the problems with the system. Specifically, the continued existence of this scam group until the system finally shut down.

Does a non-fradudulent website exist? Well, it is difficult to answer that question truthfully. I will be the first to admit that there were several non-fraudulent sites existing in the past. They were under reliable management and had a pretty reliable set of writers on staff. However, when these sites fall on hard times, causing their sale to new owners, the non-fraudulent status of that site tends to change. The new owners want a brisk return on their investment and sometimes, it pushes them to do things that on the level businesses would never do. If I were to answer this question based upon what I know, there are perhaps, 45% reliable companies out there with the rest being either outright frauds or data collecting websites pretending to be writing companies. How do you find them? That is a good question.

I would have suggested asking Freelancewriter for the names of the companies he works for, but I might get him into trouble as a user if I encourage him to do that. However, reaching out to him first, would be a good first step towards finding reliable term paper services. I am sorry to hear that his outward PM priveleges were suspended. It would have saved the students here a lot of stress and trouble if he were allowed to reach out to them. Personally, I believe that off forum threads solicitation via PM is not a violation of the rules. it should be allowed for proven reliable members of the forum like Freelancewriter. (Hint, hint to the mods).

I tried to visit the site just now and found out that it is no longer existing. The url itself is owned by GoDaddy.com and they have put the name up for sale at the moment. It is free to buy but it seems there are no takers for it. This is a clear representation of a failed business. The OP thought he could make a go of the business, but did not manage to move the needle over time. He had to give up because he did not have the talent that it takes to last in this business. Some people think this job is very easy and anybody can do it. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Aside from having been downloaded numerous times, the ages of these termpapers also make their information problematic to use. Correct me if I am wrong but professors tend to frown upon the use of information more than 5 years old in publication. That is because newer, more verifiable, and updated information is also openly available after that time frame. So if the student would like to use the information in the free term paper, it would not have any academic value anymore. It is not usable or reliable after that expiration date. While it may be useful in some instances, it fails to add credibility to a paper when commonly known updated information is already readily available for access. As far as I am concerned, this is the main reason why students should not use pre-published term papers.

@FreelanceWriter
I understand what you mean. However, not all of the students who go looking for a company or writer to work with them are as jaded as we are. These are the types of clients that I was referring to in terms of the outlook that they may have about the essay writing sites. I did not mean to imply that all the sites are good, just that most clients are innocents who see these companies and writers through rose colored glasses. I know that I was one of them at the start. I always thought that the people I dealt with were on the level, until they proved otherwise. My statement was based on my personal experience. No offense meant.

This is an academic writing company masquerading as a blog. Now, it would have been somewhat acceptable if they used proper English grammar and, did not try to invade the privacy of the site visitor. They inform you that you have to accept cookies that they want to plant in your system without giving a proper explanation why you should accept it. Clicking on "further information" means you agree to have them plant cookies in your browser. It is a con. It is a fictional writing company that is focused on data mining and privacy violations through the use of cookies. They pretend to want to write your paper, but they are actually more interested in stealing your information. Never click on accept or learn more about what their cookies are used for. Yeah, before a student hires you to mess up his paper, he will do better to try to contact Freelance writer or any other verified independent writer from this forum instead. I mean seriously, you are not even trying to make yourself understandable in this post. It reeks of ESL material, which will not be helpful to the student who is on the lookout for a high quality independent writer. No way. If this is a sample of your writing style, there is absolutely no way you will be able to produce even a high school level of research or opinion writing for the orders that might come your way. Not in a million years. Take your non-passing writer skills somewhere else. This forum prides itself in having only quality centered independent writers in its roster of members. You definitely do not qualify as such.

Work solicitation is also frowned upon at this forum. You will do well to not openly advertise your services in such an unprofessional manner. You must contact these people off the forum. Or wait for the student to contact you directly, if he so wishes. You cannot ask the client to contact you directly through various avenues when you know that direct solicitation will get you nowhere. Why don't you work on improving your English skills first, to at least a high school level, before you try and mislead any students here looking to hire a writer, about your actual writing abilities? Or, at the very least, try to disguise your soliciation in a manner that will be acceptable to most people at this forum? Right now, you reek of desperation in terms of work order needs.

Why are you here advertising a website that has already been proven to be a fraudulent company just by simply reviewing your website? This was already previously advertised at this forum by OliverJake who has been flagged for plagiarizing the content of his post from essaysnassignments.co.uk? Listen, it does not matter if your site content was plagiarized or what. All that we can see is that the company does not qualify as one with integrity and work quality. The same problems we previously observed and discussed in the OliverJake thread still exists. Merely saying he plagiarized the content does not erase the serious reliability and honesty problem that your company has. It only highlights the problems that can crop up when dealing with your writers and agents even more. Do not expect students to flock to your site just because you claimed plagiarism in a previous thread that was posted, then merged with others. Your company is still a fraud.

Essay Services / American Research Companies [21]

That may be true for the companies that you know of. We are exposed to different fields I guess, which is why we have different experiences regarding this situation. I have experienced and have professional relationships with some companies that go so far as to trace the IP address of the applicant while they complete the chat interview phase of the applicant. This is actually the second step in their application process. The first being the submission of their resume.

They keep the applicant on the line long enough for their IT staff to do a complete and accurate IP lookup on the applicant. That is because they have come across some writers who claim to be US based or educated when applying for the writer position. Since they discovered that some of the applicants actually purchase previously used writer information (with only the applicant name changing) to give them a believable background when applying, they thought it best to do IP address traces to find out where the applicant is really located.

Once they learn that the applicant is misrepresenting his location, he receives an application rejection based on fraudulent representation of his personal data. Maybe not all companies do this, but there are some who actually go through the trouble to do so to protect their current and potential clients.

When I tried to access this website using my browser, I recieved the previously mentioned error message and decided to look it up since it regularly comes up when accessing the sites indicated here. They do not have a strict confidentiality agreement. Everything is for sale to third parties, they will use your data as they deem fit. It is also unbelievable that they have over "5000+ PhD experts writers team". That claim alone is a grammatical nightmare, nevermind being an outright lie. The student's vision is their mission? Really? Are they mind readers? Talk about a blanket lie. They will say anything to gain the trust of the student, which makes them dangerous players in the academic writing field. There is nothing in their list of claims that can be believed. Everything they claim is either a lie or a guaranteed undeliverable.

You managed to do 2 negative things for your company with a single reason. First, you managed to call your potential clients stupid for not being able to use their brains properly. Second, you just told them the reason why they should NOT use your services. Did you even think about what you were trying to say when you wrote this post? It is obvious that you cannot form a proper English sentence because you are incapable of logical thinking in English.

The whole post is enough reason for a student to NOT hire your services. They should not even look into your company because, when the writing service is judged by its advertisement, this is a big fat FAIL ! C'mon, the students will be using your writer's gray matter to learn, something this post tells them that they will fail to do. With a blurb like this, there is absolutely no way the students looking for services here will believe that your company and your writers are located in the UK.

While I cannot provide the exact data that will prove that this company is based in the Ukraine, I can provide first hand information that will prove this is a non-USA based company. Their blurbs are written by writers at Academia - Research. Since Academia Research has been known to have their writers write copy for their other company profiles, I can safely say that there is some sort of corelation between the two companies. The way the copy is written even has the SEO optimized keywords within the page. It is easy to spot the keywords when you know what to look for. They have not even changed their writing format. It is still based on the format provided by Academia to their writers. There is no way that this company is US based. Why am I making this claim? A writer acquiantance of mine who happens works at Academia called my attention to it when he saw the URL of the company. It is a regular client of the company.

A vast majority of the companies mentioned in the original post are already offline. So there is no sense in further discussing this topic. They are no longer problem sites for the students. Their scamming days are over. The owners are not known to have moved on to new academic writing companies so it is possible that they went into another con game. They probably found it too expensive and difficult to keep their writing con going. Afterall, they had to pay the writers who were instrumental in keeping the scheme going. I believe that most of the companies that eventually raise the white flag do so because the refunds just become too expensive for them. It eventually starts to cut into their capital.

Publishing the excerpt gives the potential client room to consider changing his mind. However, the bigger food for thought here is if ebay is a reliable place to hive a uwriter from. sure there is won for queries and the work comes with an automatic money back guarantee. Are those the only living considerations though? Those should be the last of considerations as far as I am concerned. Then again, I would never hire a writer from a service more known for auctions and problematic service and item sales. Ebay has really sunk so low that those who still remember it from its heyday are surprised to know the company, or a semblance thereof, still exists.

Essay Services / American Research Companies [21]

It would appear that the legitimate US writing companies are not big on publicity. They would rather the companies find them through the right channels than have to advertise themselves on forums such as these, where they will be open to attack from the actual scam companies. These companies do exist. There are actually several of them that I know of, but cannot mention here lest I be accused of promoting the companies. What I do know is, is that the American based companies do not hire ESL writers. Their hiring system is way different from the ESL companies hiring method. They are as different as night and day, but as always, the legitimate ones prefer to remain in the shadows and on the sidelines. Their only focus, is on getting the job done right.

For general information, students need to know how the payment system usually works. Some companies require a downpayment rather than advanced pay. A downpayment is standard practice in most consumer service based businesses. It serves as the client's bond or promise to completely pay upon delivery of the paper. It is also refundable in case the paper is not completed by the writer. If you do not want bonded service, then you should contact a freelancer instead. Maybe you can negotiate something with such a writer. No promises but, it is worth a try. You may find it difficult to find one though since most independent writers require a complete payment before paper delivery. The scam works both ways you know.
