Well, on the monitoring note, I have worked in an environment where we monitored 750,000 users everyday for the access. It is mostly done through software and reported back to the operators. Educational institutions actually have less issue implementing software solutions because they have students to write them for free.

Can they? Yes. Do they? Who knows. It really depends on the institution and the resources they have to grep the files.

Please, before you attack the intellect or character of people on a website, please think out your argument.

A) I never actually said that I trust OR, I just said that her persona on the site has evolved. It is a general statement about outward actions, not internal motivation. This part is purely opinion though, I believe I would feel comfortable allowing her to write for me. Quite honestly, no person alive would write to my satisfaction, but that is just due to my writing style.

B) Telling me to get real is insulting to my intellect. Con artists base most of their work in emotion. I have no emotional tie to any of the members of this forum. Actually, I have come to dislike some but consider none my friend.

C) I will leave the research up to you on this point. We will examine the word "mad" in the context of insanity. Many types of madness have been linked to creativity and high IQ. An example would be the American writer Stephen King. His emotional trauma of viewing a childhood friend being run over by a train is most likely the fuel for his macbre style.

In closing, I do agree that no one is to be trusted, but attacking someone who happens to disagree with you is childish. And the use of all caps is considered rude to all who read.

I will say this about the site. I am relatively new here myself. I am neither a writer or student at this time. I am just an individual who is mildly interested in the industry from a business sense. (I am really watching outsourcing right now.)

My interest started as a person who just needed some writing editied and got returned a horrid piece of trash no where resembling my orinignal work. Yes, I still have the paper and its revisions. I share them quite frequently with my friends.

The backstory out of the way, there are many confidence men on this site. I have actually begun to trust the opinions of certain users by reading the entire site twice now. If you watch, some users acually evolve on here. OR is one that I can say that I have seen this in. She was at one point slinging mud, but now seems to have taken a level headed approach to the site. She admits that she owns a company in this business. I believe she is being fairly upfront on here. (Well, as much as anyone.)

That all being said, just read the site and you should be able to determine which sites work and which ones don't. Above all, just use your head and you should be fine.

I really cannot claim to know why someone else would do it, but I believe that some subjects are truly useless to a student. When I was in school, there were two classes which I found to be so incredibly pointless that I could not fathom reading and learning the material. Considering I do think of myself as a student for life in both the literal and figiturave senses, this is a major statement.

That is why I considered using these types of resources during school.

<Sarcasm> I love the concept of half upfront. I like getting ripped off only half of the money instead of all of it. Makes me feel all warm inside. </Sarcasm>

Honestly, if I am ordering a multipage paper, say at least four pages, give me the first page for review without money upfront. If you really are a good writer, I am going to pay for the rest. Grab me in the beginning, and I will become a follower.

This being said, I tend to use the same people repeatedly once they have proven their value.

You could always rewrite it using the sources provided. If I am not sure of something, i would not wager my academic standing on it.

That would actually harm the entire industry. Would students really feel comfortable using any service at that point? Just thoughts.

I am glad to see that you had a good experience. My experience was horrible. I had the paper passed to multiple writers and always recieved a putrid pile on each iteration.

When I feel I can produce better work intoxicated, it is truly bad writing.

Actually, I would do 3 seperate service and I would include one true US or UK site that says it only uses native english speakers. I would just like to see a true perspective from the outside.

Reading in another post, someone indicatred that the investigation should be centered on essaywriters.net. I would disagree that it should focus on one particular service. I would actually select 3 services. I would try to ensure that the services were not inter affiliated. I would also try to ensure that a "proven" english first language and a "proven" english second language service were investigated. The third could be a wild card and would most likely be used to create the intended inference the authors want to imply

I believe it might be hard to find anyone without a guarantee of anonymity. It would seem a majority of the people using the service would be students who do not want their school finding out that their work might not have been original.

I work in a field that is not known for creating writers and I have tried to use one of these services to proofread my work. The quality I got back was horrid so, I am here now. I read the forums and listen to the stories. That has told me more about the industry than I have really wanted to know.

My advice is to order a paper that looks like it would be a true academic paper and send it to a few services. This would tell you what you want to know.

I would be interested in hearing if they get back to you. And if so, how it was handled.

As a newbie, I will say that if you research the site, you will most likely find which ones are not thoroughly trashed on here.

That being said, this site does not allow the promotion of any site. In this type of industry, the concept of buyer beware should be exercised vigorously. Plus, are you sure who would be promoting a site. Would it be a true client or someone astroturfing for a devious organization?

I know these were not direct answers to your questions, but I hope that it informed you enough to make wise decisions.

I do find our little dancing minstrel quite amusing. Also the language is very colorful, if not well written or precise. I am forwarding our dancer's post to a friend who is an attorney to review on contract law.

A mind shattering thought just occurred to me... I took two law classes while I was was working on my BS, so I must now be capable of interpretting law now myself. Oh glory be, a new career is open to me.
