The company gave him 20 days to give the money back

That is not true. The company was the one that decided not to give you back your money. The companies have a clear 15-21 hold time on payments to allow for situations of chargeback claims, fining situations, and basic refunds. The writer was penalized for the errors in the work that he submitted to you for sure. However, returning the money to you is the job of the company that had a hold on that payment from the start. It is the company, not the writer that conned you. The company was merely using the poor writer as a scapegoat.

The company works overtime to quash any negative reviews for their services. It appears that they have a dedicated department for creating positive online reviews. The problem, is that their positive reviews cannot be written as fast as the negative reviews from actual students / users are loaded. So the negative reviews are what usually calls the attention of the student first. Which means hiring their company is a big mistake. They normally try to convince the student to hire them for multiple essay developments at the start. The students fall for it because of the "discounted" price for "bundle" orders. All of them find out, when it is too late, that they were robbed of their hard earned income or allowance.

The company employs writers who were probably undergraduate dropouts. Why do I say this? Most of the reviews for this company refer to how their writers did not understand the topic for the research, nor did they know how to properly format an essay / research paper. To top it off, their atrocious use of the English language had some students wishing they could poke their eyes out. I never came across any student who had something nice to say about this company. They are just... No. Never hire their services if you want to keep your sanity intact.

Essay Services / AdmissionsEssays.com [6]

The company used to focus only on admissions essays (personal statements, statement of purpose, motivational letters, etc. ) during their early days. Later on, they began including academic essays in their service offerings. I guess they were not making enough in the admissions essays niche since any student can write that essay with not much of a problem. So they ventured in writing actual papers for students. Needless to say they failed to provide acceptable papers to the students, and their client care was non-existent after the order had been placed. There is absolutely no way of contacting your writer so you are taking a huge chance when hiring this service to complete any sort of paper for you.

If you request an essay to be completed within a time frame that you couldn't complete yourself... such as the writer bailing on you increases exponentially.

There is also the possibility that an independent writer or writing company would charge you an unbelievably high price due to the unreasonable time frame, and you will pay for it out of desperation. Which means you were suckered into the con. These companies and deceptive writers will actually do that and leave the client holding an empty bag. If the client was so lazy that could not even be bothered to look for a proper academic writing service long before the deadline, then they deserve to get the trash paper that such writers produce. Hard lesson learned. Do it yourself or, allow for ample lead time to be able to search, assess, and hire a proper writing service for your masters paper needs.

I have been using the titles of the essays to check for plagiarism lately. If the essay has previously been published or, was based on an already existing paper, it is bound to show up through a title check. The other method I use is the random cut and paste of sentences in the essay. I use a sentence from each paragraph to search individually for cut and paste jobs or plagiarism. It is the cheapest way to check for plagiarism as far as I am concerned. The problem I have with software is that it returns to many false positives due to the way the program is set up and the database that it checks. If a cited source was taken from a report published in several online or print materials, that usually triggers a plagiarism warning, when the information is properly referenced in the paper anyway. It is the multiple source reference that proves to be the main problem with that type of plagiarism checking.

Essay Services / ivyeyesediting.com scam or NOT? [7]

I find it strange that for a company counting years in the business, there isn't enough information available about them at other review sites or forums that would indicate the type of work they deliver to the students. Run a search for the company and the return will only give you results for "reviews" from their own website, all of which are, as expected, positive and encouraging. The reviews are designed by the site owners to entice clients to sign up for their service. Since they do not really engage in academic writing, it is possible that the editing work that they do does return positive reviews. However, I doubt it can be positive all the time. They probably delete the negative reviews left on their site and, since they do not write "original" research or opinion essays, they do not get the kind of reviews that one would expect of a typical writing service.

There are some companies that offer discount codes AFTER you complete the first order, without any complaints, revisions, or charge back claims attached to the paper. The more papers you order, the more coupons you get. Eventually, you could become a referrer and get a permanent discount code for your succeeding papers. This is one way that the company uses their clients to build their client base. However, you have to be careful of the fine print when it comes to using the promo codes because the company also doesn't want to lose too much money by giving unlimited discounts to any of their clients.

When this helpful forum is destroyed by one Phyleeks and your twin-in-delusion

Let us hope that never happens because there are already other academic website rating sites out there that allow students to post honest reviews without fear of retaliation or being called names by people who think they are the universe's gift to the academic writing industry. Ego and self importance should never be allowed to overtake this forum. The forum was started with good intentions. As usual, it is the users who are trying to destroy the forum itself. Thank heavens Phyleeks was taken care of and removed, I believe, of his own volition. Maybe he found a better place to pollute with his fighting stances.

The company has not been in business for some time now. The URL has been retired and is currently up for sale to whomever shares the same name. This tells me that the company was never able to take off in terms of service. They did not have enough writers to fulfill client requirements and the writers they did have, never passed muster with the student clients. There are a lot of academic businesses that get started every semester, but not all of them manage to remain in business because of mismanagement. This is one of those companies.

I was confident after reading everything some forum members had to say

Never trust second hand information. Always look into the claims for validity. Do your own information verification. You never know who might be posting at this forum with a vested interest. One could be a paid shill, promoting the company as a "student" or company representative and the other, a competitor sent here to lower the positive image of the company. it is important to not trust the words of others, both positive or negative. Think for yourself, decide for yourself. Never base a decision on someone else's opinion.

I thought you might like the favor reciprocated.

The gang of bullies that think they own this forum do not care to have their errors pointed out to them. That would just fuel their ire at you for bruising their ego. Ego matters very much to the now defunct Phyleeks, who, after being such a severe bully suddenly decided to drop out of the forum that he worked so hard to make unwelcoming to new writers. Thanks for calling him on his error though. He badly needed that ego slap.

essays that need to be handed in within 24 hours.

Yes, it is possible to get a full multiple page essay submitted to you within 24 hours. However, the quality of the work may be suspect as the rush deadline means the writer only has enough time to create a cleaned up draft for you, not an actual proof read, edited, and QAD inspected essay. When in a rush it is best to hire an individual writer if you can. They normally submit better papers even though the deadline is tight because they know that the quality of their work is of the utmost importance to the client, the prevention of chargeback claims, and creating a repeat client base in that student.

This forum is operated by the criminal gang of *********. These criminals employ both third class US students and meritorious ESL writers.

Funny how this idiot made such a claim in public, but then failed to validate that claim with actual evidence to prove that this company is run by any sort of gang. As far as I know, the people who frequent the boards are regular users who pay to get their profiles highlighted and their businesses promoted in the forum. Such qualifications do not exactly classify them as thugs or criminal gang members.

The whole thread convinces me that this company, which eventually went out of business since no Chinese student wanted to hire their services, was a scam. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing in the business. Those whom I have spoken to who remember how the company tried, but failed to get started, recall that they were running around like headless chickens, trying to copy every academic business model that they thought was successful. Anyway, this is one less problem for the students. They never made it to actually launch. Nobody wanted to work for them because of the confusing policies partnering with them was creating.

The company is actually from Islamabad, Pakistan and not the Ukraine as seen in public records. It is listed as a private company with up to 1000 employees, I guess they mean writers. For some strange reason they have decided to misrepresent their writers as being from anywhere but Asia and their writers are not "Asian" when you ask them about it. They are very lax in their hiring process to the point where they actually ask the applicants to remind them via email about their application if they do not hear from the company within 30 days of their application. If that doesn't represent a scam, I don't what does.

If a student does not have the time or inclination to complete a class then he should simply drop out of the class. Specially if it is not a prerequisite course. If it is a prerequisite, then the student should drop out and wait till the next semester to take it. Maybe then he will have the inspiration to complete the class based on need or professor availability. The point is, a class is something that you should be attending yourself and the tests and other requirements should be done on a personal basis. You have to do this. Only ask for academic help in writing research papers and other similar papers. It is because of the rise in online course completers that the universities have taken to IP address checking before accepting login credentials. If the student can't be bothered to actually complete the course, then they don't deserve to be graded on their perceived "performance" in the class.

Im a freaking customer...

The problem is that the OP never provided any client related information such as an order number or chat transcript. Both of which, even if submitted individually to this forum, would have given him a semblance of reality as a client and evidence of wrong doing on the part of the service provider. Whenever there is no evidence presented, the automatic conclusion will be that the OP is a plant meant to discredit the competition. He either works for the competitor company or, is a disgruntled former employee of the company. Either way, nobody should take the OP's word as truth due to lack of credible evidence.

Students who have used this service would rank the company with 0 stars if it were possible to do so. The main complaints about this company stem from how the client service agents seem to disappear after the order has been placed. The writers are not really efficient when it comes to communicating and collaborating with the clients. Truth is, the writers have been known to ignore the students messages, thinking the students would only hamper the progress of the paper. When in truth, a simple chat would have prevented revisions and chargeback requests on both ends. The papers they produce, due to the lack of communication , result in unusable papers not worth the electricity it took to run the computer and document software it was cut and pasted on.

The company has been in business for over 20 years. That gives it a semblance of legality and their papers, an image of high quality. The problem, is that the actual papers they produce are only of average quality since their writers are not all native speakers. They do have some ENL writers on staff but a majority of their writing staff are strewn all over the world. That is why, even though their writers pool is composed of college graduates (at the very least), the papers produced are not of the top notch quality that one would expect of a company that has been servicing students for more than 2 decades already.

Actually is there any legal matters be taken against masterpapers at all.

Both students and writers have tried and succeeded in suing masterspapers.com However, winning the lawsuit and actually enforcing the court decision are two different things. It is when it comes to the enactment of the decision that the students and writers realize how vast the coverup, regarding the actual location of the company is. They have enough fake US and UK addresses to keep Interpol busy for months. Actually finding the company would probably take Sherlock Holmes types investigative skills. That is why they manage to evade international law, and keep their businesses running out in the open.

They only seem to operation online.

All of these companies and even the independent writers do not use their actual location in their websites. Mostly because they do not really have a storefront or office to actually use. It is this lack of actual location, and easily procured fake addresses online, that make enforcing laws difficult, if not impossible to do. If a writer gets conned and seeks legal avenues to collect, the situation above is what results 99% of the time. Of course it would be different for say, a writing company or independent writer that uses a shared office space. That is their actual business address and law enforcement can come down to that office to enforce the court decision on the "table" that serves as the office of the writer / company.

US-based research services take UK orders?

There are some writing companies and independent writers who claim to have knowledge of both US and UK law. I would not believe that for a second. The US and the UK, just like all other countries, have different laws which they implement in their respective countries. So if you need a paper written about UK law, it would be best to assure yourself of hiring a true UK based writer to avoid problems regarding law interpretation.

I will soon cease posting altogether if the owners don't take action to rid this forum of frauds and liars.

They cannot do that. The forum exists as a platform for open communication, exchange of information, and intelligent discussion. Whether the person posting is a fraud or a liar is not the point. The point, is that they are offering information that keeps the discussion going. In the process, the discussion helps inform the students that come here for advice. These students will take what they deem to be valid discussions and disregard what they think is irrelevant. That is regardless of who is speaking, the OP, a fraud, or a liar. All that matters to the owners of this forum is the constant exchange of information, for the benefit of the students.

Leaving negative reviews for such companies at reputable academic rating companies such as SiteJabber, Glassdoor, and Trustpilot will help warn others about your experience and give them time to consider hiring or not hiring their services. This is however, dependent on you actually mentioning the name of the company at this forum. You can leave company reviews unanimously at the 3 sites I previously mentioned. That is the only recourse you have when you have a failed chargeback claim. You may not get your money back but, you can at least ding their reputation in public.

Beware of using the services of this company. For some inexplicable reason, they require students to send them copies of their valid government issued ID after completing the payment process. They claim that this is for verification purposes, just to prove that they are who they say they are and there won't be problems with payment clearing. I don't think so. They have some something else in mind for the students. Probably blackmail or identity tracing. Who knows what they have planned? All I know is, you don't need to provide additional ID's to prove your payment is on the level. If they cannot trust the client, then the client should all the more, not trust the company and their services.

Trust this company to write your PhD papers at your own risk. They continue to exist and have a company Facebook page where people can leave open reviews of their services. Based on the presentation, it appears that they do not even care that the users are openly calling them a scam and discussing how they were conned out of thousands of pounds when they hired the company. These are blatant thieves who know that they are beyond the reach of the clients and as such, are beyond the reach of the local laws of the country they engage in business in.

The site actually has shills going about the review sites, trying to drown out the bad reviews the company has incurred over the years. The standard rating for the company is 3 out of 5 stars, and that is because of the obviously paid positive reviews for the company. The students, the honest reviewers, actually have nothing nice to say about this company. Their complaints range from bad customer service, third world quality papers, and overall lack of education of the writers employed by the company.. Some of the previous clients have said that even ESL students should not use this company for any reason. Their paper can only go from bad to worse.

The company is two faced. It attracts their writer employees by making them believe that the company is a fun place to work at. An opportunity to earn while not really having to work too hard. The idea is to make the writers think that they can work part-time, and earn well enough to support their desired lifestyle. Nothing can be farther from the truth. The company exists to employ only subservient third world writers who do not mind being awakened in the middle of the night (their time) to work on orders and revisions from students, all while immediately getting their pay docked. They don't complain because they are used to slave like treatment. Which is probably why the writers fail to produce somewhat usable papers. They apply undue pressure on the writers, which causes severe mental anxiety for them as they try to complete the papers.

That company is paid to produce positive reviews for scam sites. They are, in effect, in bed with the devil. They are not as reliable as other rating sites like sitejabber and trustpilot. Those are the two companies that I know allow students to openly post about their experiences with writing companies in a manner similar to, but not exactly like ES. It is because of these real review forums that site such as those have come into play. The actual review sites are keeping the students away from these scam sites quite effectively, and the scammer know it. So setting up their own review company is the only way that they know to fight back.

While the owners of the site are questionable, the quality of the paper they deliver is not. They appear to have good client services as the clients find them to be very helpful, even during short notice. The writers produce acceptable papers so, while the writers are not ENL, they are at least undergraduates who know how to complete a college level paper. Sometimes, the company cannot be judged by the ownership alone. The writers need to have a chance to prove themselves in place of the owners, who, like I said earlier, could be questionable.

So they really have no clue what they are writing about and how to write it. The company should not be hired to write even a personal statement for a student. Writing Careers / Buy essaywriters.net account [98]

Buying writer accounts were once the rage. Sale of writer accounts were quite frequent as the field reached a bubble. There were more writers than orders listed in most companies and those from the third world country thought academic writing was piece of cake that could help them earn and improve their finances in their own countries. The company in question was one of those that had frequent offers from others to get writer's accounts. While some were silly enough to sell their data at that time, they were sorry later on when their account began to encounter problems and their names were getting blacklisted across the web. That was the offshoot of the company finding out that they sold their writer account to the highest bidder.

Academia-Research is a strange employer in the sense that they treat their writers based on the ranking of the person in the company. General writers who have yet to prove themselves will pass through hoops with delayed payments, constant fines, and other tests. It is almost as if they are trying to see how much abuse the writer can take before quitting. If you don't quit and you rise through the ranks, then they start to treat you a bit better with lesser fines, scheduled payouts, and other "fair" treatment that keeps the writer on with them. That is not to say that they are a legitimate company. They are still running scams, but more on the part of their writers salaries than the client payments.

The only "quality assurance" review available for this company online is one that gives it highly positive reviews. The comments sound more like paid copy and the formation of the presentation is SEO friendly. So the review cannot be trusted. The company stifles the actual reviews for their site by paying for published reviews. It is better to never hire a company that does not have a balanced review presentation. No writing company is perfect, no writing company is all bad either. A good company will have both types of reviews available at various sources for the students to consider. How soon after receiving the paper did you file your refund? Always check the refund policy of the company because if you take too long to file your complaint, you will not get their cooperation on a full refund. In such cases, you will have to file a complaint or stop payment with your bank, card, or payment service. Since they are offering only 40% refund, I guess it took you a few days to get in touch with them. So filing a refund through the payment provided would be your only option in this case.

Why do so many Ukrainians feel the need to intentionally deceive the British/American public by deceptively posing as Brits and Americans?

They know that people tend to be distrustful of former Soviet countries. They tend to be the kind to engage in criminal online activity which manages to evade the law in the US and UK. Hence the need for them to be deceptive. They believe that they can gain the trust of the client by pretending to be someone else. It works for them most of the time. The problem with online businesses is exactly that. Being without an actual formal location or identity, regardless of their registrations, they can keep deceiving people for as long as they want and need to.
