I can understand their position and why they opt to stay with the company.

You can understand their position? Their position that slave labor wages are better than no income at all? Do they realize that although they manage to put food on the table and pay the bills, their health is at risk? They do not carry insurance, they do not have any SSA benefits, neither are they covered by government health insurance. I do not understand how these people think. The rates that their writers are currently being paid are so low, my gardener earns more than they do on a monthly basis. It is because of slave labor thinking such as theirs that these con artists believe they can just keep doing students a disservice, while being seen as a god by the third world slaves that they hire. The writers think the owners of the company are helping them survive. The truth is, they are only helping the company owner while they die a slow death based on their slave wages. How? Ever heard of overworked and underpaid? That is exactly what they are going through.

The company has not stopped being a scam site all these years

It actually stopped being a scam site sometime last year. The domain name is now up for sale via bidding system by the domain name owner. The ownership reverted to the company that sold the name to the shady characters that used to run the website. There is only one reason they would disconnect from the original company name, the negativity of the service could no longer be denied and the clients were wise to it already. The only think left to do was to consider rebranding their image. It is easy to let go of a negative domain name anyway. It is always easy for any criminal mind to start a new con on the internet under a new domain name.

if you call an American company and ask if you can cheat using their work, the answer will be no.

In which case, the existence of our services both on a company and individual / freelancer scale would be moot. That claim is just for formalities sake. Nobody takes it seriously. The client will not pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for a paper that will be used only as a writing basis or example for a new paper to be written. That defeats the purpose of having someone do the work for you. The companies and writers that claim this know very well that the student will be submitting it for a grade. Their advice to not use the paper is only for show. The paper is an original, it is paid for, it was submitted to the client with a deadline in mind, it is for the use of the student.

2 major reasons to be weary of this writing company. The first, is that they use cookies and plant it, supposedly, within your browser and continued use of their website indicates and agreement to allow the cookies to do whatever within your browser or within your computer. Never a good idea. Never allow cookies to be planted in your system without knowing what it will be used for specifically and why it is important to plant it in your browser. If there is no disagree button, leave that site immediately and clear your cache. You never know what trojan or malware may have made its way into your system. The second reason to be weary, is that they claim to revise the papers only if the instructions you provided did not match the paper delivered. That sounds like an admission to inadequacy on the part of their writers. You cannot trust them to do the paper right the first time, hence the unlimited revision request. Do not work with companies that indirectly admit to data privacy breaches and unqualified ESL writers.

The second identity of the company is also now defunct. It is no longer functioning as a portal for their company and their services. It appears that it went down the same time as TermPapersCorner.com but, was not located on the same server so it is not a suspended account. However, it does have a suspended url status which means the url for KoneckSolutions led the person who clicked on the link back to the mother company. A common practice among these thieving sites. Lucky for us they are both now less of a problem for everyone since the companies no longer exist. However, their writers may have been taken in by other academic writing companies of the third rate kind so it will be best for all concerned to still be weary when hiring these writing services.

This company has been suspended by the service provider. There are several reasons that the account could have been suspended. The company could have been caught using the server channels in illicit ways ( a distinct possibility), The server company was deluged by complaints from clients of the company with a threat of suing the server host along with the company ( another high possibility based on the comments here), and finally, they failed to pay for the server fees over a period of time, thus resulting in the suspension of their account. Getting their account suspended by their server host is a good thing. They cannot come back in the same incarnation because, the server host also happens to host the domain name. So this company is dead in the water. As least in this form.

All 3 of the aforementioned academic writing companies are not out of business. They have been for some time now. Their disappearance could be considered simultaneous, meaning there is truth to the assumption that the companies are all owned by the same party or parties. The company did not manage to stay afloat within the academic shut down period of the pandemic. Meaning the company was existing on a barely existing budget and most likely paid the writers through current collections rather than a revolving capital. The continuing disappearance of these black marked companies give me hope for the academic writing business future. These criminals may run themselves into the ground soon enough. Will they have enough rope to hang themselves? It is starting to look like it. Money is tight for everyone and the pinch, is most felt by those who con people for a living.

Essay Services / essayexperts.com reviews? [12]

Well, company certainly wants to make sure that the students who are interested in their services know that academic blackmail is on the line. What? Why? How? Their landing page indicates several LA based universities BY NAME. That means there is a strong possiblity that the universities have already been tipped off that their students tend to use these services. It may also mean that they are warning students subtly of their dark intentions. Regardless of their ulterior motive, no student should take confidence in hiring a company that openly lists the universities where they have helped students. That is supposed to be a secret between the student, writer, and company. Anybody who does otherwise openly advertises their scamming purposes to the students.

482 dissertation specialists? Really? I find that hard to believe. In fact, I sincerely doubt that they have even 12 writers on staff that are worthy of consideration as basic essay and research writers. They have a staff of ESL writers that trust me, do not come anywhere near a hundred writers of dissertation level. They barely have 50 writers that can write the most basic English paper. Is it a fraud? Definitely. Everything they claim on their website reeks of the company wanting to gain the confidence of the potential client through unproven claims. Scour the web and you will find complaint after complaint about this company. Students figure out too late that the company is not what it seems to be. Do not be swayed by the glossy anchor page. There is nothing behind the glossy curtain.

One of the things that I enjoy about reviewing the URL's at this forum is seeing how the websites have been taken offline by the owners. Whatever their reasons are for taking down the url, such as in this case, what becomes evident is that there is a truth to the discussions about the company in the thread it was posted in. The disappearance of the company further cements the truth about the lies behind the company and the truth behind how they scam the students. By disappearing from the net, one company becomes less of a problem to the students looking for services. However, I cannot say for sure that they have totally disappeared. They may have opted to just change their company name and url in some instances. So vigilance is still the key to avoiding these problem companies.

The URL is currently being resold by GoDaddy.com. It no longer belongs to the company in question. Either the company changed names or, they got out of the academic writing business in totality. Eitherway, the discussion is now moot. GoDaddy is obviously trying to find another 3rd world academic writing company to take the domain name and url off its hands. My instinct tells me they do not have any takers. Mostly because the company is riddled with negative reviews. The url has been on the market for some time now. There are no interested parties because they know that they will have to prove that they are not the same people who ran the original deceptive company. How can they live it down when students still remember the horror that this company was? Maybe somebody will but this url from GoDaddy in about 10 years.

We just cannot tell in these instances. The companies regularly change ownership throughout the year and could end up with an woner who is actually focused on client assistance. With changes happening anywhere between 3-4 times in a year, there is always a chance that clean owner can be found and change the path the company is on. I always want to believe that there is some good available in this line of business because I have witnessed some of these "miraculous" changes happening in some companies. These were companies that had negative images to begin with, but ended up going straight after some time. The company name was changed, along with the url. The client database was retained though and amends were made when these students placed orders with the new company. Little did they know about the rectifications being made, just that they were qualified for "discounts" as "new clients". Try not to be so negative. Everyone has the chance and opportunity to change if they wish to. I would give anybody that chance, regardless of the situation and what they are percieved to be. The pandemic changed the mindset of most of these companies. Believe me, some of the scammers eyes have been opened and they know that they need to play the game properly or they will not survive the changing game.

Hi, it appears that you have mistaken the forum for an essay writing service. While you did post the essay under what could be assumed to be the correct thread; "Essay Services", the writers at this forum do not participate in public editing or revising of the posted essay. It is something that is not allowed under forum regulations. This section of the forum is used by essay writing companies and independent writers to promote their services. If you wish to have any sort of editing work done on these essays, you will have to reach out privately to any of the companies or freelance writers available at this site. You may reach out to them via PM or DM those listed in Essay Directory. The writers cannot reach out to you directly again, because of forum rules.

@FreelanceWriter
As legitimate members of this community, we can only hope that the new company that is set up changes for the better. Some of them actually take note of the problems of the previous company and work towards improving their services and client interaction. Not all of them are scams. Some of the company owners just don't have any idea of how to run an academic writing company. They learn from experience. Others prove to be nothing but criminals. They are the ones that just change the company name, but do nothing to improve their business skills and client engagement processes. For the students, the experience counts towards their trial and error considerations as the continue to hire other companies or independent writers.

The URL leads to a page that indicates "Coming Soon". I take this reference as an indication that the company has changed management and will not be back to scamming students anytime soon. The company is still in existence. It just isn't accessible to students at the moment. Perhaps the new owners are still working on changes in management and client services. Something most companies do in an effort to erase the previous image of the company. Not all of them successfully do that though because the same problematic system stays in place for the new owner. I hope that the company does not come back. They have never had a stellar reputation anyway. The new owner bought a bad company and will lose his shirt if he tries to launch it.

It is perhaps due to this particular posting that the company has gone out of business. It is no longer associated with the hostname. A check of the url returns a name not resolved message indicating that the company data has been deleted from the host server and, the domain name has been allowed to lapse. It has not been reassigned to another company since that time. It is safe to say that this post contributed to the eye opening information that students used to assess the invalidity of the company services, among other claims. It is always the lack of clients and the mounting legal problems that lead to the company being taken offline. Since the OP took proper steps to report the company, the owners most likely decided to cut their losses and just dissolve the company.

@Cite the main reason that the student will not use the service is that it is no longer in existence. It has been taken down by the owners or host server administrators for one reason or another. Since the company is no longer accessible to the users of this forum, that negates the need to warn them of the scam. The company is also not cached in any search engine so it has been offline for a number of years now. Making it even safer for the students who may have come across this thread, and considered hiring the service. They can cause no more scams at this point. Unless, they took down one site url and came back under another name. That, I cannot be sure of.

Essay Services / USA Essays - one of these sites? [41]

@FreelanceWriter The lines of communication are open between the writer and the company when it comes to client services. They require the writers to use a company based email address, located on the company server, so that the communication between students and the writers can be monitored. The writer is sent a notification at his private email address or work email address on file that informs him to check for the message in his company inbox.

Phone calls to the writer are patched through the company line and recorded for reference. The student and writer knows that the conversation is being recorded. The messages the writer leaves for the student on the private messaging system are also editable on the end of the company, allowing them to delete the email address and other contact details the writer might try to pass on to the client.

As for video conference calls and the like, the company always controls the contact between the client and writer. They do this by having their agents start the meeting. The agent calls the client, then calls the writer, afterwhich the agent sits in on the meeting taking notes as a secretary would, in case there is some mix-up later on between the two parties. The company always aims to show the writer that the middle man is important in terms of communication and fee collection. Something the writers appreciate since it lessens their workload as opposed to if they had to attend to everything related to communication and fee collection themselves.

The companies acknowledge that the clients might figure out a way to direct hire the writer, which they do not have the power to stop. However, most of the writers do not have the office set up to deal with the client on an official basis as they would if they used the company channels. So most of them are dissuaded from going direct to the client. There are some that leave the company with their client base, but the clients end up back at the company because the writer proves to be incapable of properly running the business without company guidance.

The company is no longer accepting online applications for the writer positions. They also do not have any contact information present in their contact page. I am thinking that the company is perhaps on the verge of closing shop at this point? That would be the only logical explanation for the 2 questionable actions the company has taken. In which case, their actual location no longer matters.

Anybody interested in an update about the actual situation of this company can refer to the following url: https://essayscam.org/forum/es/nervous-placed-order-essaysreasy-1491/ They have rebranded and launched an "honest" student assistance service. There are several questions that remain about the change in work slant of this company that the student should consider before working with the merged company. I do not believe it is an actual merger though. There is something else going on here, I just can't put my finger on it.

The company has merged with GeekyLab and they no longer write papers for students. They simply act as academic guides now by helping students find research materials and assisting in the collation of other work material for students. The company now claims that they will not assist any student in academic dishonesty, and that includes writing the paper for the student. Why do I find it hard to believe this claim? Maybe because their "geeks" supposedly come from Ivy league American universities, as based on the Geek testimonials. If an ENL Geek comes from such a university, they will not be working for a company like this. They would be working in formal offices, in positions of responsibility, or running their own businesses.

By the way, I checked out their location on Google Maps and while the location does exist, the office is not identified as being within the building they indicated. So, use this service carefully. There may be dangers that exist when using their services. Something to be considered since their location is highly suspect.

Writing Careers / essaywriters.net weird demands! [18]

Slave labor wages are common practice among these Ukranian scamsters. Believe it or not, they have even lowered the wages further for their writers, regardless of ESL or ENL status. I doubt they have any ENL writers as they claim though. Right now, they are paying within the range of $1 - $2 per page. These companies, specially essaywriters.net.DND, have taken undue advantage of the pandemic and lack of jobs in the third world to further employ writers under abusive conditions. Since the ESL writers have no idea regarding proper wages for writers in legitimate companies, they take the job and often, end up writing for free based on "QAD" reviews and "client requested revisions". Both of which are actually questionable considering the QAD reviewers have no idea what they are reading anyway. They just know that the writers will have no choice but to agree to the revisions if they want to see even a cent of their pay for that particular paper.

@pheelyks tried to warn the OP. He was charging rates that were too low for the business, even as he used a free web server to house his site. I think that is where his problems began though. An independent writer who cannot afford to pay for an ad free web server will not be able to convince any clients that he has the kind of quality and ability that they look for in a writer. The free website comes with a free email address, both of which will make the potential client think twice and consider the service a scam. These are, no doubt, the primary reasons why he was not able to make a go of the business. He just could not raise the funds to do so since he did not know how to properly price his services.

@masonaid You really have to pick one name for me because I cannot go by two names at this forum. I would have a hard suspension placed on my account(s) if I tried to have more than one identity here. I have let you make this accusation long enough because I did not believe it was worth my time to bother responding to such worthless accusations. I do not need to prove my identity to you. Rather, you have to pick one person to talk to since I do not have multiple personalities at this forum or anywhere else. That would be against forum rules.

in response to your question, there are several legitimate companies allow the CV to be uploaded for the client to review, then they set up the meeting with the client, based on whatever communication platform they wish to use. The client will then have the opportunity to verify the information from the CV and ask additional questions of the potential hire. The Zoom ID has nothing to do with the assessment process in relation writer hiring.

@Freelancewriter Since there are a large number of questionable companies and independent writers out there, the best way to assure a client of transparency and legitimacy is by being honest about who you are and how the job is to be done. I commend you on your desire to promote transparency as a part of your business honesty profile.

I am familiar with the way other legitimate companies run. It is an alternative to the way that the scams use fake writer profiles and pictures on their websites to entice clients. There are even some companies that, in an effort to provide clear and direct communication between the writer and client, allow the two parties to directly communicate using Zoom, Viber, Messenger, or alternative communication platforms provided by the company. The only request of the company is that the payment passes through them, which is a given since the order has to be placed before the communication between parties can be conducted. Clients tend to trust the writer more when they can connect a name with a face through actual communication.

2021 was a bit different with the economy opening up and students going back to school. Our occupation became all the more important for students who struggled to get back in the game after so long an absence. We became their academic lifeline in a changing learning environment. As they struggled to adjust, we made sure their grades and homework were still within passing levels. We were the hidden heroes of a pandemic that could have shut down education almost permanently as it was known to most. The old normal gave way to the new and the students still had their trusty academic writers to support them in a rapidly changing world.

When business partners have a falling out, the end result is a Cold War the likes of which we have never seen before. If these warring factions could draw blood from one another, they would. The way that these two still go at each other's throats these days tells me that their business fued is money driven. The anger that they have for one another is definitely based on money and how they were both stealing from one another, thinking that the other had no idea what was going on. When they finally realized they were stealing from each other, the end result was a parting that was not pretty at all and, has made their the worst of business competitors. Nobody wins and their businesses suffer because of it. Smearing one another online all the time does not prove a point, nor does it shut either company down.

Writing Careers / Heard of PRIMEWRITERS? [13]

Their landing page is just an extensive want ad composed of fake promises and lies about how they treat their writers. They are very efficient at telling the writer applicant what he wants to hear. They make their company sound like a dream company, which they are not. Mind you, they claim to have English speaking writers, which should not be mistaken for English Native Language writers. Those are 2 different classifications. Their writers are all ESL, without admitting that they are ESL.

I am wondering what they mean when they say that their (doubtful) copyrighted brand name is "for proper use only". That doesn't make sense to me. What exactly comprises proper use? Does that mean only they have the right to mention their name? Seems to me they do not understand how a copyright works and they thought that by saying "proper use" they can avoid negative publicity for their unqualified writing company.

The company does not give the client control over anything related to his paper. Which makes me question the quality and ability of their writing staff. The company should allow the student to choose his writer based on the uploaded CV of the writer applicant. Only the student can choose the writer for his project because he is the only one who can decide if there are any additional qualities in a writer that he may desire or, if a writer suggested for the project seems lacking in the skills he feels are necessary for the project. Let us not forget that the company could care less if they assign a skilled writer or not. The student should have the right to speak to the applicants and base his final decision for hiring on an interview process. This company seems to be skilled only in payment collection and nothing more due to their extensive online payment channels. I believe the company is focused on the wrong part of the business.

Essay Services / Essay - Trying a few out [25]

A situation was created by the forum allowing company representatives to post about their services at this forum. By allowing these people to rightfully or wrongfully advertise their services here, the separation between an advertisement and a positive review disappeared. The students will not bother to check the OP profile before contacting a writer privately. They will just assume that it is a user posted review. It was only lately that I began to check profiles before posting a response to the OP so that I could learn whether I was reading a company ad or a user review. Most of the time, it is a company ad posted by a clueless sales representative who speaks as a student, but lists himself as a company rep. My suggestion is that the forum create a different forum section that will be clearly identified as "Company Advertising", that way the company reps will stop getting lost when posting their advertisements and, the students will clearly know that they are not reading a user generated review. That way the discussion as to what comprises a review and what qualifies as an advertisement can be avoided.

The writer is definitely an idiot who does not have a clue about how to use the messaging system. Initial contact does not mean simply saying he is working on the paper. That is his chance to open the lines of communication that could help him deliver a perfect paper. Use first contact messages to clarify instructions, ask for additional directions, encourage the client to keep in touch and communicate. In other words, present your trustworthy profile and build a foundation that will turn the first time client into a regular one. Don't just use a badly composed and formatted template for initial emails. This will be your first and only chance to make a positive impression on the client. Make it count.

A quick visit to the current incarnation of UVOCorp shows that they are at least trying to be honest with their potential student clients. They now indicate that they employ both ESL and ENL writers, at different rates. Of course the ENL writers recieve what the company percieves to be "fair page per page", which is still too low in my opinion, while the ESL writers recieve a slightly lower rate. I commend them for their honest about the types of writers they employ. That is not to say that they already pay their writers on time. The company has never been known to be up to date with their payments. They are always a quarter behind in their payment schedule. Hey, a leopard will not change its spots ! So work for them at your own risk. Students, beware the writer you hire. They already told you there is a possibility you won't get a quality paper from them through the differentiation of their writer status.

Grandessays.com is now known as essaymills.com Same runners, new name. Are the writers getting paid? I really doubt it. The name change is most likely related to the fact that their unpaid writers were all over the wet, moaning about the nonpayment of their fees. The most likely scenario is that the students endedup with undelivered, but fully paid orders. The company was slammed on both sides leading to only one solution for the owners - a name change. It is unfortunate that aside from the name change, no positive changes followed for the writers or the students. Students, be warned.

The writers that work for these companies do not realize that they are being scammed. They believe that by continuing to work for free, they will eventually get paid. That is never what happens. The company might decide to pay a fraction of what is owed to them, eventually, but they will never receive the full amount. The company will always keep a part of the salary in hold because they know that if they pay the writers in full, the writer is most likely going to leave. While there are other new writers who will take their place, these writers are normally better clued into the system and refuse to work after one missed payment schedule. Why are they better clued in? They have already read this forum and know that they are working with risks for the company. They are willing to give the company a chance since these writers are more comfortable working for a company than working alone. They are willing to suffer the consequences of their wrong decisions for a period of time. They will not stay for as long as the OP has though, who was hoping to get paid in full by complaining about the company in public. Guess what? It did not work !

Someone payed a question about how to sue the company from the U.S. I do not think that is possible. As far as I know, the lawsuit must be filed in the country where the crime was committed. So he would need to get a local lawyer and pay the legal fees in the Philippines. It would cost to much to sue the company at its businesses location. Just consider it a nightmare and remember the lesson. Also, keep track of its company portfolio and never deal with any of their businesses as best as you can. There are just some legal loopholes that are difficult to overcome for us common folk.

They do not even know what a global database is and how it works. Do not fall for their threats. Ignore them long enough and they will move on to the next prey.

Here is another tip, if you choose to hire a company writer, which I do not suggest, then never use the same company more than twice. That is the number of maximum times you will get a good paper out of them.

Kaspersky isn't really a very reliable antivurus software. It fails to do real time monitoring and updating of its virus listings. It is always a late comer to the game so I would not be surprised that it would be returning a false positive reading in certain instances. However, the way the virus is presented in this case, it appears to be an infection in the system of the user. A malware that is triggered by certain site url's. It is more than likely that the report is actually a photoshopped image from a competitor who is trying to dissuade users from proceeding to a website. It is not an uncommon competitive practice. Also, since most warnings come with a "report to admin" warning, it made no sense for the OP to post the image here rather than following the instructions for virus detection and removal. That warning is missing from both images provided, making it ever clearer that the images were put together for a more devious purpose. The image does not contain the correct warning messages and starting procedures to contain the malware or virus.

General Talk / Original papers or not? [29]

I wonder if you have ever come across a case where the paper of the student is composed of nothing but cut and paste information, with properly cited text, then they ask you polish the essay under proofreading services? I have had to deal with students who seem to think that simply citing sources throughout the paper passes for an original presentation. I keep telling them that they have to at least explain their understanding of the text and somehow relate it to previously related written material in their paper before it can pass as even "original" text or discussion presentations. I end up asking them if they paid for the paper they are asking me to rework for them because the whole presentation reeks of haphazard ESL work. Most of them insist that the work is original but I really doubt that. Some of them even kick off the research paper with in-text citation and no thesis statements these days. Making it ever more difficult to fix the presentation, and further adding to my questions about the originality of their paper. Sometimes, I have to tell them that if they submit the paper as is, a plagiarism checker is going to come back with at least a 75% plagiarism reading and the professor will either fail the paper or, ask them to rewrite it.

General Talk / Original papers or not? [29]

How do you know it is an original paper? You don't. With the exception of Freelancewriter who takes pains to ensure the originality of the paper he submits to the student, everyone else must remain suspect. Sure checking the originality using plagiarism software helps, but not all the time. Those that hold your paper in a database could prove to be a problem once the paper is submitted to the professor. There have been times when, an original piece of text is cited several times over in various online locations that the writer wrongfully gets accused of plagiarism. All because he cited the 7th reposting of the information rather than the root source. That is why it is difficult to assess paper originality. ESL writers do not care about originality, they just care about the money. Do not expect them to turn in original papers because they are incapable of doing that.

I am not so sure that companies paying to advertise here would qualify as a "vetted" service. I have not seen any evidence of the site owners actually creating any difference between the scams and the companies that post here. Although the complaints about the companies that are highlighted in this forum are few and far between, that does not erase the incidental problems that students have had with some of them, and complained about here. The risk of hiring the service still rests within the client. It is his responsibility to find out for himself if the company or writer is worth taking a chance on. While the screaming advertisement does give the company an edge over the other company representatives here, it is important that nobody takes the word of the paid advertisement as truth without verifying it for themselves.
