I am not sure why the owner of this site is making a false claim regarding service anonymity. Since the person ordering the paper needs to pay for the order, the company will gain access to the name of the student (at the very least). There is nothing anonymous about the service since the sign-up and ordering process collects the sensitive information of the student. What information is not known to the owners then? How do they plan to use the student information ? They do not have a data privacy page to assure the students regarding "anonymous" data collection. The only anonymous information is the writer data and that, should be known to the student.

I am not in agreement with labeling the students as abusive, insulting, and demanding. I believe that students only become such when they end up with a holier than their and non- cooperative winter such as yourself. Just look at the writing tone and you will know what I mean. Students tend to get mean when they are ignored by the writer. I did my own search on the name and the search returned several men of the same name. It appears to be a common Latin American name. I am afraid to say anything negative about this person since we can't really be sure if we are discussing the right man or slandering an innocent. I believe that a person's name is very important and should be discussed by others in public with great care. Specially when a person's business is at stake. His financial lifeline could be lost based on fake accusations.

I agree that students' are mighty cautious these days when it comes to paying for services. It isn't just the writing field that is affected.
