As the cost living rises in the Philippines, we can expect that they will slowly fade away from the academic writing business. Considering how that country is becoming strict about their business dealings online, it gas become more difficult for fraudsters to maintain businesses in that country. Fake academic writing businesses are one of those affected. Their weak English language skills are also one of the reasons they fail to remain in business. Their grasp of the English language is rudimentary at best and it is their lower income strategy that ends up working at these companies. I would not worry so much about their existence in the biz. They will self destruct eventually.

That company is long out of business. Being Kenya based really meant it was not meant for the business in the long term. The student community would be familiar with the reasons why without the need to repeat it. While there are some honest Kenyans out there, they are not as loud as their dishonest counterparts. So the country is better known in a negative manner. While some of them can manage to speak better English now, that does not mean that they are capable of doing good academic papers, regardless of the company they belong to as writers.

It would appear that the money problems of this particular writing company were not just rumors. There was a lot of truth to it since the writing company has officially gone offline. The server now redirects one to a page that simply states "Web". I have no idea what that means. It just took some time for them to finally run out of money and for the vicious cycle to catch up with them. I am just hoping that their writers somehow received their full or partial back-pay before they shut down for good. I do not know of any affiliate companies that they might be a part of so I am of the opinion that this shut-down means we will never hear from them under this domain name or another, anytime now or in the future.

Epicwrite.com is now available for the next company wanting to use the name. A change in writing focus redirected the work for textbroker.com from academic writing to commercial writing instead. The company claims to have thousands of writers on board to develop content for whatever purpose you may need. They do not claim to be using AI for this purpose, then again what company would admit that right? You won't know until you pay a hefty price for the service and then receive trash content from them that could have been spewed by any AI program they could get their hands on. Be weary of hiring a company that has such a long anchor page. As effective writers, they should be able to say what they want, without taking up so much reading time for just the introduction of their company and services.

Of the 3 websites listed, only academy papers.com is still active. The other 2 sites have been taken down for some reason. The URLs have not been sold to the highest bidder either. The phone number for the company remains the same. I guess the other information such as ownership is still consistent as well. Since the company originates from the Philippines, I can understand why the owner/s would want to just keep one company running online. It costs too much for them to keep all those domains active, leading to only 1 server anyway. Their exchange rate would kill their business since they would still have to pay for everything that they use to keep up the appearance of a US based company in US dollars. Since this thread warns the students very well about the pitfalls of hiring this company, it would be best to think twice about hiring academypapers.com.

It would appear that this company is in the process of taking itself offline. There is difficulty in accessing the anchor page, which is not responding to the domain name handshake request anymore. Therefore, the company may be said to have run itself out of business. That is the reason why websites like EssayScam exist. We ensure that these questionable companies get the negative attention they deserve so that they can no longer scam students, while also highlighting the good companies and independent writers whose aim is to truly help the students succeed in their academic undertakings.

Essay Services / Ordering from essay-writer.org? [5]

Their website is too one dimensional. It talks too much but does not really offer any evidence of quality or delivery. The text is written in a manner that tells me an ESL writer developed it, but was very careful about not getting caught. The deals being offered are too sweet so there must be something going on in the back. The fact that they are using so much text in their landing page makes me question if they really can be relied upon to deliver quality papers. They have an automated chat system, which makes their language proficiency even more questionable as far as I am concerned.

These sorts of services proliferate on social media, specifically FaceBook where they exist as Groups which require you to join them to be a part of what is supposed to be an open discussion community.

These then turn out to be avenues for these scammers to prey on unsuspecting students who are looking for an easy way to pass their academic requirements or tests. They never deliver and the student has to redo everything that is submitted to them. Do not rely on the programs they provide at an extra fee either since they are not really useful in terms of what the student needs. I agree with FLW that the Department of Education has better things to do than investigate individual students. The schools do this based on the academic honor code that a student signs upon admission to the school. No worries in this case. you moved in a manner that will protect yourself from all possible threats the scammer could think of inflicting on you.

May I suggest that the next time any student comes across a writer who is suddenly or constantly changing deadlines on them, that they cancel the order instead? Request for an immediate refund since the writer will not be able to deliver as promised or agreed upn. It is important that a writer have integrity and always holds up his end of the agreement, specially when it comes to deadlines. A writer should always assume that the deadline is immovable and therefore, should be met at all costs. There is no excuse for a missed or changed deadline in an era when the Internet is practically accessible to everyone either in free or paid form.

I really dislike the way that these writing companies allow students to calculate the price of their paper based upon a fill in the blanks template. This is the method by which students figure out how to under pay the writer for their order. It is bad enough that the writer will receive pennies for his work while the company gets the lions share, but to have the student pay under the true value of the written paper, then demand endless revisions from the writer is just not fair. Thinking about it though, only a 3rd world writer would agree to such slave work demands. So the paper will be written by little skilled writers... Low quality work for low priced papers. The students will get what they paid for. They should not complain about the output of the writer because they did not think their order price through.

Whether he was asking us or telling us is a moot point already. The company has taken down its site and is no longer engaged in the business. The server cannot be found anymore. So it is not really important to delve deeper into the previous work results of this company. It doesn't make sense to keep this thread active anymore since they will no longer be causing a problem for the students. Since the domain name is not up for sale, we can assume that this domain name has been retired for some reason. I guess the academic UK act really did put a lot of the scam online companies out of business.

The company in question has not been in business for some time now. The domain name is not up for sale, nor is the site located on any existing server. It has been taken down totally. It does not leave me with a sense of the company having been merged with another company and taking on a different company name. It is just done for. It no longer exists so, YEY! I think it was run by amateurs and not scammers since they went out of business instead of following the path that other scam companies take when trying to reinvent themselves.

This company does not exist in its original form anymore. The link now directs to a Malaysian offshore gambling site called DepoSlots. So there is no need to worry about whether this is an above board company or not. The fact that the name was sold to an online casino should tell us everything there is to know about the original owners of the domain name. I can only assume the nightmare that they gave the students that hired their services during the time when they were functioning as a scam academic writing website. We should be glad that they finally got out of the business.

There appears to be some company squatting on the domain name, hoping to sell it at a profit. I sincerely doubt that will happen. There are not enough positive reviews to support a high cost for reselling the name. It appears that no lawsuit was filed against them, since it is difficult to file a claim against an internet based company that has a fictitious address and phone number. There is no international court that will take on such a case. So the domain name can be resold, how soon remains to be seen. Here's hoping that the umbrella companies shut down the same time as the mother company. That is the only way to legally get rid of their scam companies.

You can always use an AI to check for plagiarism these days. It is the quickest and almost foolproof way of checking for plagiarism. Then again, AI is known to plagiarize itself when it develops a paper for you so using it to check for writing similarities could be a double edged sword. Using the common apps would probably still be the best way to go. In fact, you can check for possible writing similarities with published papers and articles if you are developing the content using MS Word. The editor feature has a similarities program that can definitely be a tremendous help in your writing and verified information presentation.

The company has lost its Chinese reference. I guess they realized that it was bad for international business. They seem to have cleaned up their anchor page since I last checked on them when a different student was asking me to verify the integrity of that company. Now, just because they lost the China link does not mean the company is now reliable or trustworthy. The fact that they offer to sell pre-written term papers is a red flag. You never know if the writer they are giving you will write a fresh paper or just rehash some old work of his, locking you into a revision nightmare. It would be best to just get a different writer or company. One that is sure to deliver a freshly researched and written paper to you every time.

I cannot be entirely certain as to when this company left the word wide web. All I know is that the domain name might still be up for sale. Indicating that the domain name has been on the sale block for several years now, with no serious takers. I have been asking around and it is truly difficult to sell an academic writing domain name these days. There is a background check being done on the company names, just to make sure that there is no problem with it and it can be used effectively by the new owner. The problem is that these companies usually come back with a negative check, leading to the disinterest in the domain name. Business people only show interest in buying domain names that accompany a good review from previous clients as they wish to win back those clients once they relaunch the name and services.

The company and its affiliates are no longer available online. These domains are available to the highest bidder at the moment. Meaning the original owner has let go of his rights to use the domain name and has more than likely pulled out of the business. It will be difficult to sell these names though since the negative reputation of the companies precede them in a deep investigation of the domain name history. I sincerely doubt we will see any of these names come active again anytime in the near future.

I guess the companies from India are now being affected by the AI essay writing trend. It appears that this company has taken its website offline, but has kept its server active. That is what worries me at the moment. The fact that they kept their access to the server could mean that they are merely reformatting their site to play an updated game and ride on the AI wave. It is important that this company be taken offline permanently under this domain name because the company was never one that played the game on a level field. They created mediocre papers and refused to work with clients on revisions or refunds. Let us hope that the company will not resurface under a new name in the future.

The domain names being mentioned by various posters in this thread are already up for sale. I am guessing, based on the location of the servers and the domain name sales companies, that these are all belonging to one and the same company and they all emanate from Pakistan. Sadly, I cannot say that I am sorry to see these companies no longer in service. That is because Pakistan has a reputation, in the academic writing community, for being the hub of scam companies. They specialize in low quality papers but high quality blackmail schemes. They use the gathered personal information to threaten the students and force them to keep paying for a ransom that will never end. Stay away from Pakistan based writing companies and independent writers.

Based upon the way that the OP wrote, the simplicity of his English sentences, the shallow point of view about the writing job that he hoped to enter into, the way that he was limiting his age range coverage, I think it would be safe to say that if he was actually studying in the UK, he was originally educated in a different country. I do not dare say 3rd world as that would be the automatic assumption of anyone reading his text and I do not want to be judgemental about his origins. All I know is that based upon his written output in this thread, there is no way he could be an effective English academic writer, regardless of his origins.

I have a problem with any essay writing service that closes its invitation to try their services with "Let us know what you need, and we will do our best to meet your expectations. " Do our best? Seriously? So you are conscious of the fact that your company writers cannot deliver as expected? Yet you dare ask me to entrust my academic needs to you? The students need writers who will not "try to deliver" but actually "deliver" as expected, based on the given instructions. If you think hiring a company that will "try" to deliver is something you would like to waste time on with regards to constant revisions, improperly understood instructions and the like, then this service is for you. If you are looking for a piece of academic work that is delivered correctly the first time, then you better look elsewhere for that service. This is NOT the company that can deliver what you need. They already admitted it.

Why would you place an order with a company called "Great Goods"? The name of the company is in no way connected to academic writing and should not have been taken seriously as a player in the game. The company / brand name says a lot about the people you will be dealing with. In this case, the name of the company should have been a red flag. The company name has no relation to academic writing? Don't even bother to read their website. Sometimes the way students fail to see the most obvious red flags puzzles me. Don't the potential clients have a gut feeling about things sometimes?

For some reason writeversity is still in existence and advertises on several websites. They even sell merch for their business, which I find strange for an academic writing company. I have found several positive reviews for the company online via various sources such as alltopreviews, direct.app, and crunchbase.com. Please do yourself a favor if you are considering hiring their services, don't do it. The problems that are the truth behind their work are not worth the stress, aggravation, and potential blackmail that you might come across. There are more reputable writing companies and independent writers for you to choose from. Do not sell yourself short.

It appears that the domain name is still offline because the original owners were, as far as I have heard, could not sell the domain name and the business to any interested parties. To this day they are trying to monetize their domain name investment, but nobody is interested. The writing companies are doing better by selling themselves on social media instead. They are proliferating all over Facebook. I do not doubt that this company is one of them, probably using a different profile to avoid the problems that come from being identified with their original domain name.

They never had a good reputation 4 years ago so they are no loss to the academic writing community. The students have finally been saved from being victimized by this company of scammers.

I think this is a case of a stolen identity. Denesia Quail is a performer who has her own YouTube channel that specializes in Alt Rock and Indie Music. This cannot be the same person as the writing scam artist that was discussed by the OP. I guess the person who stole the identity of the real Denesia Quail is a fan of her music or something. It is not a common name that could be referred to like say Jennifer Jones or something. This was a deliberate act of identity theft as far as I can tell. Make sure to always run a name check on the writer you are planning to hire before closing the deal. You need to be sure that the person is actually who they say you are. If they cannot prove their identity, then do not hire them. You are definitely talking to and making a deal with a scammer.

I hope that anybody considering this service based upon the website presentation notices the most glaring shortcoming of this company. They do not offer any kind of online support system for the clients. There is no listing of a phone number, email, or chat window. That is definitely the biggest red flag that you should be considering with regards to this company. You will basically place your order without any support system from the company, which does not bode well for their writer communication system as well. Remember that you will get what you pay for. In this case, the low prices coincide with the lack of client support. Think twice. This is not the service for any student, even if the deal is highly enticing.

When a company makes promises about transparency and client cooperation, consider those red flags. High trust rating from Site Jabber and Trust Pilot are also warning signs that this is a company that pays for its ratings. I don't know why but I find their promises of transparency and reliable client services to be questionable. Perhaps it is because they sound too good to be true and where I come from, if it sounds too good to be true, then you can bet it is something you have to question.

There is no reason to trust any app, regardless of the source country, when it comes to privacy concerns. That is why Facebook and Google, among other big name companies, have come under international privacy lawsuits. They simply do not understand how borders work. Collecting personal data is something that should have a border, but we are all seemingly willing to surrender it in exchange for a chance to use something for free. Pakistan is notorious for privacy infringement, so trust them at your own risk. You should know that you are risking your private data with any company that offers a "free" or "trial" service. Nothing ever truly comes for free.

There are way too many start up AI companies out that that over promise and under deliver. This AI company is one of those that falls under this category. Do not forget that AI can be trained to do anything and track anything by the people writing the code. So it would be best for students to stick with the mainstream and better known AI writing assistants. Remember, that you are providing information to these companies when you sign up for the free service or trial. Be careful with your personal information. It will only be a matter of time before these fake AI companies start to blackmail the students that use the service because they did not know any better.

AI works based on the prompts or keywords that it is provided with. That is what causes the hallucinations in its writing output. It was never meant to write an original paper on its own. It is only a writing assistant. It is not capable of writing in the way that a human can. The hallucination is the end result of limited keywords, writing prompts, and instructions regarding the content it should have. In order to properly use AI as a writing tool, the student must first, know how to write a paper or do research himself. AI works like any computer that relies on coding. Garbage in, garbage out.

The domain name is actually still active 4 years after the post of Cite. It is still in the same limbo status. The URL is active but not connected to an anchor page on an existing server. Why the owners continue to reserve the name is beyond logic and reason now. Its been 4 years. They should have made a decision by now. Either let the domain name go or restart the writing company. For some reason, they cannot make a decision that should be simple enough to make. Checking the URL now just ends up at a page that says "Web". That message does not make sense to anybody.

I do not understand why students keep placing their trust in AI generated papers. Even the creators of the technology, every single company owner from ChatGPT all the way to Meta admit that AI is far from perfect, cannot be relied upon for 100% accuracy, and is not capable of writing quality work for the next 4 years at least, and advice everyone to use it for image generation rather than text content generation for now. Do not pay for AI "premium" features when you can get the same crap for free from the other AI pioneer apps out there. If you want a properly researched, referenced, formatted, and high quality paper developed for you, stop being a cheapskate and hire an actual, flesh and blood writer who has a decent track record of producing quality work for students. That is the only way to actually get your monies worth for writing services.

I used to say that these companies give an honest review of the academic writing companies, not anymore. These companies now allow companies to pay to advertise there. So they are given the opportunity to post glowing self-serving reviews of the company at the said site. I hope that you were not one of those who found themselves misled by the paid reviews and ratings. Once a student sees that the site gets a high rating from these sites, they should think twice about hiring the service. It is most likely going to be a scam.

The company has been reincarnated under the same name, but a different purpose at present. A quick search of this domain name returned a link for a dissertation repository site where they claim to have millions of published and unpublished dissertations on file, ready for (paid) referencing of masters and PhD students. I would not give much stock to their current claims. They are being too boastful regarding the support they receive from questionable companies. I mean, legitimate and authoritative companies will never associate with questionable dissertation repositories. It does not work that way. These are kept in published journals or in the university libraries under hard or electronic copy formats for the reference of students.
