It doesn't really seem necessary these days to offer the clients your contact number. As long as the writer has an active Skype, Messenger, WhatsApp, or other form of online telephony account service, the client may have a specific number to call without having to actually get the number of the writer. This also allows the writer to control the contact time with the client. Messages may be left either as voice mail or SMS if the writer is unavailable. I have found that writers gain the client's trust on a larger scale if a phone conversation is completed at the start of the order. After that conversation, I always make it clear to the client that he may leave voice messages or send SMS via the app and I will respond in due time, normally within 24 hours. Due to the time zone issues, this is normally the best way to deal with such situations. However, I let the client know that I reserve the right to contact him whenever I deem it necessary to do so. As previously stated, I did not have a problem leaving a message or an SMS when necessary. I may not have liked having to discuss client issues directly with the client but I also understood that the client needed to be pacified by having his worries addressed directly. At least once during the duration of the paper completion.

Essay Services / Trusted essay writing services? [35]

Yes, there are certain companies that are not scams. These are the companies that are duly registered as a business in their country of origin. Usually stemming from the UK and USA, these companies do not hire ESL writers. They only hire ENL writers who can prove that they have a high level of writing ability based upon the educational attainment of the writer. Some of these companies hire masters degree and PhD level writers who are native English speakers as they were born and bred in the country where they are working. Any company coming out of Russia, the Ukraine, the Middle East, and Asia are suspect. If you want to figure out if a company is a scam, either read the DND list at this forum, or do an IP check on the company to find out the origin of their IP address. That will help you tell the difference between a SCAM and a legitimate academic outsourcing company.

If you want to find out what essay writing services you can trust, you can turn to the vetted companies that are affiliated with ES. These are CustomPapers.com and GraduateWriter.com specifically and the other companies that are listed under EssayDirectory. These companies have a track record for quality, accuracy, completion, and affordability. You may also consider hiring direct services under the Writers and Services section listed above. You can trust these companies and writers because ES has taken the time to make sure that these are not scams posing as reputable writers and companies. Another alternative would be for you to ask your classmates, schoolmates, and friends regarding the writer services that they have dealt with satisfactorily as well. If they have used a particular company and writer a number of times without problems, then the service might be able to help you with your needs as well. I have found that looking for a website on your own does not come without risks. However, if you get an actual referral from a person from a trusted person in your circle, then you lessen the risk of problems in dealing with the company with regards to your order completion.

I would not say that all the academic writing websites are like that. I would say that all of the 3rd world writing companies and most fly-by night academic outsourcing companies would fall under that description though. You probably ended up signing up with 4 of these companies. We have a pretty comprehensive listing of companies that fall under the description you just gave under the Do Not Discuss List. It would be beneficial to all the newcomers in this field to have a look at this list, take a screenshot of it and make sure that you do not apply or do not have an account with any of these companies. If you accidentally got signed up with them, I would suggest that you stop using that account before your nightmares begin in terms of collecting payment and you being fined for your work kicks in. The payment won't go up, it will go down even more per page as you increase your profile at the company. The higher your position, the lower per page payment you will get. Sure they will increase it at the start, then slowly, the price per page will go down until it becomes the normal payment per page for you and you will find yourself simply putting up with it because you don't have a choice.

Free essays in exchange for feedback? Talk about a bad business decision. Why on earth would you give away your hard work for feedback? It seems you are a bit cocky and overconfident with regards to your writing qualifications. Something tells me that you should not be trusted as a writer. Your post reeks of a scam. i don't believe in giving away the milk and the cow, which is what you are doing. Either you get paid for your work or you don't. I mean, what kind of service will you give a client if you are not paid for the work you are doing? Nope. I would not be confident in hiring a writer who is willing to give away work in exchange for feedback. There has got to be a hidden agenda in this agreement and the poor student won't know that until he has gotten way deep into this trap that you have set. As the saying goes, "nothing comes for free". So what is it that you are trying to pull here? Be honest. It can't be free essays in exchange for reviews. What are the grounds for placing the order? How many pages? What topics? You better come clean with your intentions so that students can gain some assurance regarding the quality of your work and the reasons you will be doing these papers in exchange for feedback and nothing more.

To be clear, what you purchased is a model paper. That is why the rights remain with the company, unless otherwise specified. That is also why the paper can be resold by the company after a few months. The model paper is never to be submitted for a grade. You are supposed to paraphrase that paper in order to make it usable. The only parts you should not paraphrase are the actual quotes. Therefore, if you paraphrased the paper before submitting it, then you should be in the clear in terms of possible plagiarism charges. You won't have any copyright violation in such an instance.

The independent / freelance writers who write original model papers for a client are a different case. Each paper they write is done in an original manner and could actually be submitted for a grade if you need to. That is because each paper that an independent writer creates is specially written for the client. There is no duplication of content, nor copyright issues as the writer, by default, since you paid for the paper, turned over the rights to the original written work to you for all intents and purposes. You should however, make sure to get this assurance from your independent writer before you close the deal and make any payments for the paper.

Most of the academic writing companies that I worked with in the past always informed the writers, not the clients, that all the rights, both intellectual and proprietary to the written work would be transferred to the client upon completion of the work. So that means the client has the right to use the paper in any way that he deems fit for his needs. It also assures the client that the paper will not be resold nor republished by the company or writer to another party in perpetuity. Not all companies inform the clients about this clause though and are only told of it / given a copy of the agreement upon request. While I find this a bit silly since the original paper is written in a specific manner for a client, thus negating the possibility of using it with another client in the future, I did make such electronic agreements with my previous clients when requested to do so. It's all a matter of trust and by being amenable to such a request from clients, it offered them peace of mind and helped them become more comfortable in dealing with me when they placed future orders.

When I was first starting out in the business, most of the clients I ended up with were those whom I picked out of the database of the company. Eventually, these clients became regular clients and they began referring me to their classmates and friends. I tended to retain these clients over the semesters. I was their writer for the rest of their "academic life" you might say as I worked for them till they graduated. I would say that at the start, I had 10% of repeat clients based upon the work I did for them and others, so that would count as word of mouth. As I branched out and away from the writing companies, I began to see a pattern of students promoting me via word of mouth / referrals. That would account for 50% of my clients at that point as I was still engaged with writing companies at the time. I never paid for advertising because the word of mouth and organic search method of promoting my services worked well for me. I also did not want to blow my cover in case there were people out there taking note of freelance academic writers for reporting to universities. So I avoided paid advertising at all cost. I can proudly say that I never got a client through paid advertising. My skills spoke for me and the students acknowledged this. They promoted me without my asking.

Grad School WritingBefore you start advertising your services as a writer, you may want to contact the lowerclassmen in your university first.

Offer to sell your previously written class essays to whomever is taking the same class and would be interested in making his research and essay life easier.

The professors tend to give the same essay and research topics over the semesters so your previously written papers can serve as true "model papers" for these students. As you sell the paper to the students, inform them that you are also available to write original research papers and essays for them.

That is, if they like your work in the sample paper. I had a few friends who developed an immediate client base as academic writers by using this technique.

It is almost foolproof. If they like your sample paper, there is a 100% chance that they will hire you to write original papers for them in other classes.

With any luck, you will also gain a client base through word of mouth so you will not have to ever work for a writing company. You will start out and generate income repeatedly without the middleman.

As far as I know, the writers are informed by the academic writing company that the minute the paper is submitted to the client, all rights to the text and any images included in the paper automatically turn over to the student. Even independent writers turn these rights over to the student because that is part of the service. Once the paper is completed and submitted, the writer loses all responsibility for the paper unless previous arrangements are made with the writer. Due to the turnover of rights, the student can actually write down his name as the author of the paper risk free. The original writer cannot claim any rights to the paper. It is important to note though that the student should change the content of the paper to a certain extent to eliminate any possibility of plagiarism.

It is difficult to pinpoint the actual location of the writing company because the internet can easily mask their information in order to make you believe that you are dealing with someone in a reputable country. It is like playing Russian Roulette. If you are lucky, you will get an actual US or UK based writer.

All of the academic writing companies, and even the individual writers, inform the students that these papers that are written for them are not to be submitted for a grade. Sure it is formatted in a submittable format, there is a reason for that. The student is supposed to paraphrase the paper given to them prior to submission. They must change everything about the paper except the quotes and paraphrased citations. That is because the model paper is meant to make their research and writing work easier. The essay was written for them, but the students know, as it is always clearly stated in the service agreements, that the model papers are not to reach their professors / teacher's hands. They must change the paper enough to create their own voice. Display their own writing style, as known to the educator, so that the fact that the student had someone else write the paper for him will be covered up. Any student that does not do that is really asking for trouble in terms of being caught with an outsourced paper for his class.

General Talk / Blackmailed by writer [19]

An intention to plagiarize is not an academic offense. Actually plagiarizing someone else's work then passing it to your professor for an actual grade is a serious academic offense. That is why students take an Oath of Honesty and Integrity before actually being admitted into the university. It saddens me that you actually violated the code of ethics of your university by contracting a writer, not to write a "model paper" for you, but to actually write a paper from scratch for you, that you hoped to turn into an actual grade. It is this intention to cheat yourself, because there is no one else who is going to get hurt in this situation, that actually created this scenario for you. You don't have to be afraid of the blackmailer though. It is an empty threat. There has never been a successful case of a blackmailer getting in touch with a university, turning the student in, and actually getting the student expelled. It is more difficult to prove plagiarism than they think. Specially if they are not part of the faculty of the university. Don't fall for it. This is an empty threat that will not amount to anything.

Writing SaleSounds to me like you are trying to gain unlawful access to personal information from the students.

What have you got in mind?

One thought that comes to mind is that you are trying to build your client base by using direct access information.

The other thought, is that you are trying to build up a list of students whom you hope to blackmail in the future. In which case, this is a pretty stupid way of getting that information.

The mere fact that you want the student to give an affidavit like admission along with pertinent information related to his academic life tells me that you are up to no good here. I hope that nobody made the mistake of submitting any information or cooperating with you in relation to this scam you are trying to run. I noticed you never disclosed why you need this information.

Non-disclosure makes your actions even more suspect. I hope no student fell for your scheme.

Legitimate journalists would be able to access sources and informants without coming here to blatantly ask students to sign their university expulsion warrant.
Smiley73
Jan 19, 2018

Wait, you did not mention if you were not paid on time by a client or by a writing company you are independently contracted with. There are two things that you can do for each scenario. If you are directly dealing with a client, you can publish the paper online and shame the client into paying you. You should however, refrain from publishing the personal information of the client that you have access to. You should also stop yourself, I mean really control yourself, from trying to blackmail the client to get your salary and then some. That will not help anybody. Just chalk it up to experience and don't repeat the moves that led to that situation.

If you are referring to a company though, your hands are pretty much tied. Either you wait it out silently or you try to contact the accounting department of the company somehow and hope that they listen to your pleas to have your salary released. How long has it been delayed? From my experience, the companies that tend to delay the payments eventually catch up by bundling the previous payment with the next set of salaries scheduled for release to the writers.

Did you eventually receive the payment in question?

Plagiarism checkers often kick in and flag a quote if the said portion is more than 3 lines long. This is something that I learned as the company I previously worked for started rolling out their "plagiarism checker" service with every original paper written for a client. I discovered that the best way to avoid being flagged was to keep the quotes down to 2 lines at the most. I then relied more on paraphrasing the quotes, adding more explanations in my own words, and then simply citing the source after my explanation. When the program does not have too much of the original text to compare to its database, the citations are not normally seen as being plagiarized. As was mentioned previously, these plagiarism checkers normally send the url of the perceived original source along with the report. What makes that laughable is sometimes, the checker returns more than 3 "original" sources of the flagged text. Which means that the text cited is widely used so the original source of the text is already difficult to trace. If you want to avoid getting flagged, it is best to paraphrase the text and limit the use of original quotes in any paper that you are writing.

I am not sure which academic outsourcing company you are pointing to as the one that sells pre-written papers as "model papers" to their clients. Having worked with an academic outsourcing company as one of their top writers in the past though, I will admit that there are instances when an old paper is sent back to the writer for major revisions for no apparent reason other than "Just revise it please". I guess these are the instances that you are talking about so I will admit that your accusation is on the right track with certain writing companies. However, not all of the academic outsourcing companies do that. I would say that, based on the company I was previously connected with, 80% of their papers are originally written for the client. It all depends upon whether or not the company has an affiliate site that sells previously written academic papers. That said, I would not lump companies such as AcaDemon in this accusation. The company has a full disclosure presentation that states students who have already graduated from various levels of academic education are encouraged to sell their completed papers as pre-written "model" papers for students. With that disclaimer clear on their website, the students know for a fact that the paper they are purchasing is not worth submitting for a grade and is truly for use simply as a model paper.

Writing Careers / SENIOR writer - what does it mean? [10]

A senior writer is simply someone who has completed the required number of orders at an academic outsourcing companies to climb one rung of the writer "promotion" ladder. It really doesn't mean anything to the people outside of the company. It isn't even important. It is an internal title that is used by the company to consider what types of orders the writer will be given access to, whether or not he will be granted a "requested writer" status, and if he is qualified for what the company believes to be a "higher" cost per page rate on certain orders. If someone applies for a job using that title, it isn't really something that should make a difference in the possible consideration of the writer for hiring. For all intents and purposes, a "senior" writer is nothing more than a regular writer who has some benefits within his attached academic outsourcing company. It isn't an impressive title and even within the company, the writers, who mingle with one another in some form of supervised group communication, don't give any weight to it. They don't address each other differently due to titles. They still use their given writer i.d. number or profile. So the title is really useless in my opinion. You can't even use it to impress your relatives and friends because the title doesn't make any sense to them.

If the writer is working for a legitimate academic outsourcing company, then yes, he must be highly qualified as a writer. He will not be hired by the company if he isn't. He is more qualified in the sense that English is is first language, not second, nor third. Writers who work for themselves should be of an equal or higher caliber than an ENL writer hired by a company. Both of these writers are expected to adhere to a higher academic standard than the run of the mill essay writing company writer. In fact, an independent writer needs to display a wider expertise on a vast array of topics. That is because his business requires him to be able to fulfill his direct client needs regardless of the given topic. He must be a "Jack of all trades, master of none" so to speak. That is, as opposed to the academic outsourcing company writer who has the option to pass on certain orders beyond his abilities. Considering these factors, I would have to say that yes, writers who work for themselves may be seen as more qualified than the writers who work for companies.

These essays are normally uploaded by college graduates looking to make some money off their collected assignments, essays, and research papers over their time as a college student. These papers are not meant to be downloaded and submitted for a grade. These are actual model papers that you can only use as a reference guide for the completion of your own essay. You can either paraphrase the work or, use bits and pieces of information from it in order to fill in the blanks of the paper you have written yourself. I am not sure what you mean by "deleting process". Do you mean to ask about when the original essays are deleted from the database? Or if you can delete your copy of the paper after you have used it? Either way, the copy on the server remains there for the reference of others. Multiple students can download the same paper which is why it is not advised that you turn in database essays for a grade.

Essay Services / kenyawriting.com good or bad? [23]

If you haven't become familiar with the way that Kenyan writers have been brutally beaten back at this forum each time they try to run a scam by the students who visit this forum, then you obviously don't understand how bad Kenyan scammers can be. The name of the website alone is not just a red flag, it's on fire! You can't really trust any Kenyan writer at this point because they have just burned too many students and have recently taken to blackmailing the students in order to illegitimately earn from the paper that they wrote for the unsuspecting student. It is important that you are not only cautious about dealing with these writers, but that you ignore any services they offer. If you want to protect your identity and make sure that you have a usable paper to model your actual essay or research paper after, you won't hire the services of this company. I can't believe that they even have the guts to advertise their citizenship in their website url. It is extremely difficult to trust any writer from that website. I would not recommend that anybody take that sort of risk. It isn't worth it.

In my opinion, freelance writers have their benefits in terms of dealing with clients directly. However, having a client deal with a writing company has more benefits. I indicated that writing companies offer more benefits to the clients because the company has a pool of in-house writers whose field of expertise are so varied, the client doesn't have to shop from individual writer to individual writer looking for one that can handle the demands of his paper. The company surely has a writer who can write a paper for the client and there is no need to shop it around. The company will shop it around for the client by simply placing the order among the active orders list on their server. Individual writers do not have this option so giving your work to an independent writer does come with certain risks. Writing companies also come with risks but then again, the issues are easier to resolve because all the payments can be charged back and sloppy work can be reassigned to better writers. So I think that writing companies are better to a certain extent for the client.

Wait till the vacation seasons during the school year kick in. The orders normally pick up around Spring Break, then again around Thanksgiving, and then come in like tidal waves around the Christmas break. During the regular year, the orders seem to pick up only on the weekends for some reason. Just be patient and wait it out. With any luck, you should have managed to create a regular client base during the previous academic season that could help you with your income generation during the current semester. Sometimes it takes a long time for the work to kick in, specially if you are just starting out at the company because the higher rated writers get right of first refusal over the orders coming in. What the newer writers see as available are the leftovers from the more credible and higher value writers of the company. Do your best to work your way up the ladder during the active semester so that you can go up in the ranks and have the opportunity to see more orders as well. Your writer ranking in the company makes a lot of difference in terms of seeing what orders are available in the system.

Writing ReferencesThese companies will not bother to contact any of the people listed in your resume as a reference.

I know this from experience. It is not even a necessary part of the writer application process at these companies.

They are just so wanting to fill their writer quota that they don't care about your references. So you can rest assured that your professors were not contacted for any reason. In fact, they avoid calling references because they do not want to blow their cover. I believe that the minute they saw the job description or title of your reference, the HRD of that company made up their minds not to call for a reference.

After all, the professor can turn it around and start questioning them. I sincerely doubt that your professor would judge you regarding your choice of work applications. It is a form of employment that will keep you afloat and your bills paid.

In such instances, who cares if you are performing an academic assistance for the students in need? I doubt if your professor(s) would take it against you.

It depends upon whether or not you submitted the paper to the client. If you submitted the paper then your opportunities to strike back are limited. If you did not submit the paper due to non-payment, then there is nothing stopping you from making money off the hard work that you put into the paper. You can opt to sell the paper to a different client who is using the same topic (provided your sources are acceptable and still relevant at the time) or, you can submit it to those sites that pay for pre-submitted work such as AcaDemon, although that company isn't solely focused on selling pre-written term papers anymore. You can also use it as a reference point for another paper which might have similar content. You can always revise it to suit the focused needs of the new client. However, in cases wherein you submitted the paper and did not get paid, then short of publishing the content, there isn't much that you can do. Not even blackmailing the student will work to your benefit because your claims will fall upon deaf ears and blow your cover as an independent academic writer. Personally, I would just let the case go in this instance. There are always other clients to make up the lost income anyway.

All writers have to pay for the transfer fees because that is money coming in on the writer's end. The company also pays a transfer fee on their end to their local bank. There are fees on both sides which is only logical since the middleman always needs to get his share of the fees. It's a sad truth in the life of a freelance writer. It's not something we can change but it is something that we can adjust to. That is, provided the writer knows how to carefully balance his checkbook and also, manages to adjust the due dates on the fees that he needs to pay for in order to stay alive. If you have to pay such a hefty transfer fee for small amount, I suggest scheduling your payments instead to transfer every 2-3 months. That way you have more money to transfer and in the process, less fees to pay for due to the bracketing system used for the fee charges. I did it that way when I was just starting out in the business, until Paypal finally kicked in for me. Like I said, it is a bit tricky, but it pays off in the long run.

That happened to me once. The student received the paper, asked for numerous revisions, then decided to file a chargeback even after he had reported that he got a higher than average grade for the paper after he submitted it. Considering that he asked for 8 major revisions, which the company granted and I had to write, he probably sold the same paper 8 times as well. I tried to file a protest with the company and was told that I had to wait for the Paypal resolution to come out. When the Paypal resolution came out, I was fined 100 percent the cost of the paper due to what the company called a "complete refund" decision from Paypal, which I strongly doubt but I had to accept as a decision anyway.

One time, the company came across a student who used a fraudulent credit card. I was already working on the essay when the report of the company came in that the card was under investigation so I was told to complete the paper but not submit it. Then the second order from the company came in, I was to submit the completed paper to them instead. I did that then I received word 3 days later that the order was cancelled and I was not going to be paid for it. Funny, I think the company still used the paper that they ordered me to complete. I think I gave the company a free paper to sell to a student at that point. That's the life of a freelance writer who had no idea that the company was based in the Ukraine until it was too late.

You should never admit that you had help in writing or revising your essay. It is one thing for you to have been caught using academic outsourcing help, it is another thing to be foolish enough to admit it (without being asked). What possessed you to do that? You should have just let well enough alone and dealt with any questions about plagiarism if it came up during the review of your paper. You could have had a lot of cover responses such as:

1. My roommate helped me perfect the paper.
2. I asked for help at the university writing center.
3. I worked extra hard on perfecting the paper.
4. I used online grammar and plagiarism checkers to help me polish the content of the paper.
5. I asked for help from "John". He took this course last semester.

Along with a plethora of other excuses as to why your paper would have magically been perfected all of a sudden. A pre-admission of guilt was not warranted and could spell more trouble than that was worth for you.

During my time as a model essay writer, I often guided my clients towards the highest grade possible for them during the semester. They never complained about their grades improving because they used my model essays to pass their classes. In fact, they said that they could not have passed their classes without my help. As far as I am concerned, my clients were highly satisfied with my work and it showed in the way that they used the model essays and never scored below an A in their classes. Sometimes, using a model paper helps them in writing their own paper because they finally understand whatever it was that was bugging them about their assignment. I end up as some sort of tutor whose responsibility is to help them understand what their assignment is about and how they should be writing it. I am proud of the fact that I never had a student fail any class they were taking, for which I was hired to help them write their papers, under my watch. I would consider it a personal embarrassment if one of my students had to attend summer school. That meant I had failed in my duty as their model essay writer.

Outing a client to his university or on this forum will not get you paid. It will be nothing more than a senseless vendetta that will hurt you more than it will hurt the client. Sure you have all that personal information and you can use it.

The question is, do you really think that it will get you anywhere? Calling the university and claiming the student is a plagiarist won't work because then you will have to submit evidence of your claims, assuming they take you seriously, in which case, you will also be brought up on charges (perhaps aiding and abetting? or maybe not. I've never heard of a writer successfully outing a client at his university to the writer's benefit.).

If you publish the clients information anywhere in order to scream "I wasn't paid by this person!" then you will have blown your cover as a writer, shown the kind of temperament you have, and, embarrassed yourself in public. Thus leading potential clients to shy away from hiring your services. In my opinion, it would be best to just let it go.

If you submitted the complete paper to the client before getting the full payment, then consider it a nightmare and get on with your life. It isn't worth risking your career over.

There may be some exceptions to the rule but, as the others before me pointed out, you are not one of them. However, you are one of the less godawful writers to come out of the country. At least you are a bit coherent. Work on the punctuation issues and you might be able to get some basic English writing jobs. The ones for grammar school. Even though Africa was once a British colony, it doesn't appear like the standard of English education was very high or, the quality of English education was lost after independence was granted to the country. At this point, most of the English writers coming out of Africa do have questionable abilities when it comes to writing. I have yet to come across an African writer who can successfully pass himself off as an ENL writer. The ESL abilities are evident in all instances of writing and the amount of revision requests are always at an all time high. Sometimes I wonder if some of these African writers really graduated from college or they are just misleading their clients into thinking that a high school dropout is a college level English writer.

As far as I know, the tax part is handled on the writers end independently.

Foreign Writer CitizenThe companies that I worked for made it clear that they do not do the withholding tax thing but that they would assist the writer in cases when tax payments would be necessary.

The inclusion of the form in the documents sent to you were probably part of that. No need to worry, you don't have to pay for taxes if you are physically working in the United States.

I don't believe that there is double taxation for online workers because you basically still work in your home country, regardless of the currency you are paid in.

You just have to be sure that you set aside your tax money for payment of personal income tax every year.

Keep track of your salary via the Paypal statements or whatever documents are used as proof of salary so that you can present the required paperwork with your tax papers when the taxman cometh in the UK.

The US taxman doesn't have anything to do with it.

Don't worry about any threats from these online companies. Legitimate writing companies will never threaten a client. These blackmail tactics are only used by scamming academic outsourcing companies. These fly by nights try to steal your personal data and coerce you for money because they know that they can do it. Provided you are sure that you never submitted any private information to these people, then you can rest assured that they are threatening you with blanks. Even more laughable is that their threat to tell your university about it won't work because the university will not take an anonymous report seriously. Believe me, they won't be reporting you to the authorities of the university because they know their report will not be taken seriously. Only professor reports regarding plagiarism are taken seriously. This is precisely why students should never deliver personal information with their orders and make all payments through Paypal so that the private information of the client will be protected in the most secure manner possible. Don't take this threat seriously. It is nothing more than an empty threat.

If you are worried about plagiarized papers coming out of the company or writer that you are hiring, then the company that you hired did not instill confidence in you when you read their website. Regardless, you should be able to find writing companies that offer plagiarism reports along with your original paper. These companies are usually the ones who tend to hire 3rd rate writers who will most likely do a sloppy job on your paper, which is why they offer the plagiarism report in the first place. A company that hires reliable writers who truly write model papers from scratch decline to submit plagiarism reports because they have such high regard for the work of their writers and they are absolutely sure that their writers always deliver original papers. Mostly because they do their own private plagiarism checking the minute the paper is submitted and they correct any plagiarism problems that might arise before the final copy is released to the client. Any potential plagiarism problems with the paper are addressed long before you receive the model paper. I suggest that you chat with the company representative before you hire the service so that you can ask the rep about how they can assure you that the paper you will receive is 100% original and not plagiarized.

It is never a good idea to try and hire a writing service with so short a deadline. You will end up hiring a company simply because you are pressed for time and you can afford their prices. The problem with hiring a writing service blindly at this point is that you will not be able to sift through the writers pool in order to get the writer that would suit your needs. In such instances, the best bet for a writing company would be to ask for referrals from your classmates whom you know to be using either writing companies and a specific writer from that company or who use a regular independent writer. These methods will most likely result in a better working experience with the company / writer, and you will at least, have some confidence in the thought that your friend or classmate has had a pleasant working experience with the company / writer. This is normally the best method of getting the services of a safe website on short notice. When the company or writer sees that you are a referred client, you will be sure to get the best possible treatment from the company and / or writer concerned.

Study Direct@writerIN before you start dreaming of big income, you must first make sure that you will be capable of writing the types of papers that may be coming your way. If you are limited in writing scope, then I suggest that you do not get greedy. From the way that you worded your post I would assume that you are not capable of writing the more complex English essays and research papers. It is important that you have at least a number of years experience successfully writing various topics and styles because without that experience, you are better off sticking with the middle-man. After all, when you have the middle-man, you can always reassign a paper if you suddenly realize you made a promise you cannot complete to the client.

@joybit while Academon used to be the best place to sell your papers, These days, you could try to set up your own website where you can control the way that you sell the previously written papers and make sure that the client knows that these are model papers that cannot be turned in for a grade due to the age of the paper. Even if they paraphrase the content. Since your papers are 5 years old or more, then the references in the paper are no longer acceptable as a reliable academic source.

In general, you can't get direct clients to "writer" for. You can however, get direct clients to "write" for. Based upon the question that you presented though, I would not recommend that anybody hire your services as a writer. If this post of yours is any indication, you will just give the independent writers a bad name with your performance. Don't try to use an excuse like "autocorrect" because the mistake you made was so elementary, you should have caught it immediately. Since this mistake got past you so easily, I am worried about what other grammatical and sentence structure mistakes you can make if you work with a client who, shall we say, is "so desperate", your services would be hired. Don't even think of contacting clients directly. You would probably end up embarrassing yourself in the process. Save the potential clients here the stress and aggravation of having to deal with the likes of you. Stick with your 3rd world scam of a writing company (if you are connected with one) and stay away from the students looking for proper writers to help them with their papers at this forum.

They ask for these proofs of identity because they are stealing your information either to blackmail you with in the future, use your identity in financial scams, or simply, to keep it on hand for some future use that they think it would be applicable to. Nothing good can come of you giving them copies of your valid ID's. In fact, it is not required in any instance when hiring a writer or an academic outsourcing company. Under no circumstances should you give these companies or people copies of the ID's. Any company or person that does that is not running a legitimate service. It would be in your best interest to disengage from such services because nothing good can come from dealing with them. You will not be at a loss for legitimate writers and companies that do not ask for personal information so you should not think twice about booting out any person or company who demands these information from you. They are up to no good and you should make your data privacy your primary concern when dealing with these companies at the payment stage.

You speak the truth @Major. These scam companies even hire software developers to create programs that suit their needs. Which allows them to find faults and fines in every paper that is submitted. The fact that they demand that the paper be submitted 4 hours before the actual deadline, then ask that the writer remain online for the same amount of time, just in case the QAD found any "editing problems" that required immediate attention. These actions were done "in order to avoid future revision requests", which we all knew wasn't the case. After all, they already delayed paying for the paper by 2 weeks in case of refund requests and/or disputes. Sometimes I think they faked the refund cases in order to keep the full amount for themselves. I had instances when I would try to contact the client via the PM system in an effort to dissuade the client from proceeding with the chargeback and my messages would magically disappear from the system in a matter of minutes. The the QAD team would contact me and demand that I let them "handle" the situation. Which was code for "we're keeping the money and you can't do a thing about it."

The legitimate writers who have managed to save up seed money in order to promote their business usually open their own websites to start promoting themselves. Then there are the usual places where 21st century business people turn to promote their business. Social media such as Twitter, FB, and Instagram are places they normally pay to advertise due to the advertising boost that paid advertisements get from these companies. Then of course, one should never forget the fantastic self promotion offered by EssayScam to their users under the EssayDirectory, Writers, and Services listing where independent writers and academic outsourcing companies can pay monthly in order to get a highlighted status on the aforementioned pages. Of course, nobody should discount the importance of self promotion in public places where community bulletin boards exist. These are all effective methods of advertising that have helped a number of writers at this forum become high profile independent writers whose names become synonymous with high quality work, without the middle-man. Craigslist isn't a place that is associated with trust in most instances so it would be better to not advertise in such questionable websites.

Research Quality ControlNo amount of debate and discussion with an academic outsourcing company will have them dissolve their Q&A team.

This is the team that helps them rip-off the writers immediately after the paper is submitted and even before the client reads the paper.

This "team" is no more than a group of people whose job is to just cut and paste the honest work of the writers into a software program looking for faults. Where no faults can be found, they will make accusations up.

These accusations will be based upon trumped up charges that the company has set into place for their own personal gain. Charges such as "lacking word count" or "redundant use" of a certain word, or even the overuse of the word "the", believe it or not. These quality teams can't even write a single coherent English sentence, much less paragraph and yet the writer is supposed to bow to their authority.

They act as automatons who are reliant solely on the software checker of the company.

They are worse than brainless overseas call center agents. Wait, scratch that. They are just as bad.

During my time as an academic writer, I found that I continued to further my higher education through the papers I wrote. Of course I needed to have some sort of background or at least an interest in the topic that I was assigned to write. So doing the paper was just adding to my already existing knowledge on that topic. While others may do the minimum of work in order to complete a paper, I would often continue to grow my knowledge in that field after writing the paper so that I could qualify for the more complicated papers based on the same topic or field of interest. Over time, I found that my reading interests were beginning to spin off into other areas as well and I enjoyed learning about those things. So I ended up unintentionally expanding my knowledge across various areas. It wasn't because I needed it for work, but rather, I enjoyed reading on the topic. This practice also led me to widen my circle of friends to those with varied intellectual interests as well because the exchange of knowledge helped keep me abreast of the various discussions behind certain topics. So my answer to your question is, yes, writers need to continue to expand their knowledge not only for profession related purposes, but for personal intellectual growth as well.

You've got some pretty harsh words for the writers here who are just trying to eke out a living. Granted it is not a lucrative and impressive job to some people and yes, I have known people to turn up their ugly noses at me when I tell them what I used to do for a living, the point is, the academic writers are delivering a needed service in the academic industry. The writers may be part of an underground group within a grey area of the academic world but that does not change the fact that without their help, some students would be booted out of college. Sure they may turn in the model paper for grades. That's their prerogative, they bought it after all. Who are you to say they are lazy? Who can say that they don't actually learn from reading the papers created for them? That is, I am assuming that they actually have to at least read the paper in case they are called upon in class to explain what they wrote. No. I do not consider what the academic writers do as cheating. It is an unspoken academic assistance that has been around for eons. Remember the class bully who forced you to write his homework? Yeah. That was cheating. Paying someone to write your paper for you? That's considered a paid service.

Here's the thing, if the blurb on the site reeks of terrible English grammar, run! If they have a Skype phone number, run! If they use a free email address such as gmail or yahoo, don't walk, run away! If you call and you get a person on the other end who speaks with a thick non-English accent, you can bet that is not a reliable academic outsourcing company. If they promise unlimited revisions, question why they would think that you would need such a guarantee. That is normally a red flag that the company employs inefficient writers and they are just out to make a quick buck. Keep tabs on the length of time that it takes the company representative to get back to your email inquiry. That is normally a good gauge of how reliable and efficient their after sales service can be. If it takes them more than a day to get back to you, that may not bode well for the completion time of any revisions or additional instructions for your paper. These are but a few of the signs that can help you assess whether or not you might be dealing with a writing company from hell.
